The two motors on my moon roof recently went south and I couldn t close the window or the shade. I brought the car over to Theodore Robins Ford and James provided excellent customer service. He stayed on top of the project and kept me updated along the way. Luckily, they were able to make the repairs while I was out of town. If the project was to take longer than expected, James said he would have the rental car waiting for me at the dealership, which I really appreciated. They completed the job before my return, which was great! Thank you Theodore Robins, James in the service department and Chris in Finance. Side note: I highly recommend purchasing a premium repair warranty. This saved me a ton of money.

Excellent service as always. Theodore Robins has the best Ford Service department in Orange County. I can t recommend them highly enough for all your needs. I ve been taking my Ford vehicles (and my family s) there for over 2 decades and the service is second to none.

I bought my truck from Robins Ford. In the past 3 years I had my oil changed once from Jiffy Lube out of convenience. It was faster, but I drove away spending more money and without the tire rotation and dealership treatment. I feel like my truck just got the spa treatment when I drive out of Robins Ford. Staff in the service department are always good, Frank helped me out this past time and was great. The Robins are a great family, they ve taken care of this dealership since its opening and has remained in their family because they clearly care about. I m a strait shooter. I m a man of my word, so are they. I ll keep coming back.

My earliest experience with Theodore Robins Ford was as a child where my mom bought a car there in the 80 s. Since then, as an adult, I ve owned five different Ford vehicles, three of them convertible Mustangs. I ve serviced each of these cars at Theodore Robins Ford (since 1998). I ve always been pleased with their service but today s service went above and beyond. My Mustang had some recall items and a faulty retractor unit in the driver s side seatbelt, all under warranty. Not only were these items fixed, but their shuttle service brought my car home to me! I love my car, I trust it to the dealership, but the people make this dealership shine. Special kudos out to Mike, their shuttle driver, who clearly cares about providing excellent customer service.

I buy my trucks and vans there and have been getting my service there for a long time. But had a bad experience this time was told we'd get a diagnostic result same day or worst case the next morning and it was just a water pump so we already knew that. But it took 3 days just to find out that it was a water pump and then they wanted another four or five days before they could get to the service. So wasted a bunch of my time. If they would have told me any of this in advance I would have never left the van there. Had another mechanic do it I called him at noon he did it the same day. So yeah bad experience. And then the salesman Tech in the service department was rude as well so whole thing was pretty bad

Every encounter I ve had with the service department has been top notch, from a minor service to a recall (I own an EV). My main go to is Steve White he is very approachable and has a lovely demeanor. He always has my best interest at heart. Thank you for making me feel safe in a male dominated environment!

After a weeklong ordeal with my trucks engine, ignition, and starter, and realizing that my low mileage truck was outside of its five-year warranty. The team at Theodore Robbins came together, and we re able to work with Ford and help find some Goodwill to help take care of the big cost of my expenses. Shout out to James in service and Liz the service manager for being lifesavers and a great help for me. Highly recommend & thankful got their team!

All 3 maintenance service items I wanted were correctly written by the Service Advisor Steve completed to my satisfaction in a timely manor. The shuttle driver was friendly and prompt. I will continue to use Theodore Robins Ford for my trucks service.

Theodore Robins is always great on service. Made an appointment, but I still had some time constraints. They were able to push things along and got both my service and the recall work done. Made things easier for me-I owe them one.

VERY COURTEOUS STAFF!! Called another LOCAL dealership three times the service department. No one answered the phone on the fourth call answering machine leave my phone number and they WILL get back to me never called me back so I called Theodore Robbins Ford in Costa Mesa. They set an appointment for me 45 minutes from then And my car was done within 30 minutes and the service people and the SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE who helped me was very friendly Good guys!! GREAT JOB!!!

Excellent Customer Service!! I've had several Fords and I've had them serviced at different dealerships but I have to say, Theodore Robins is the best. My experience was excellent and I will be having my vehicles serviced here going forward.

I had an appointment and I needed an oil change but I had to be in and out in an hour and a half at the latest to drive a kids' carpool. I had overheard James at the service desk tell another customer that the mechanics were very busy. I told James my timeframe and suggested that I could come back later. He said he would take care of it. Sure enough, the car was serviced and I was out on the road in less than 45 minutes! Really nice customer service!

I had a very pleasant experience. The service attendant offered to get me a ride home, which was not necessary as I was just getting the first service on my new Maverick. They estimated 1 hour and they were true to there word.

I bought a Ford Fusion in 2021 and it was the worst thing I've ever done in my life, I need to change the transmission for the third time in three years.I went to Ford in Costa Mesa and they said that I needed to bring the maintenance receipt so that the exchange could be done, then I came back with the necessary documentation and they still invented other excuses for not changing the transmission. I will never step foot in a Ford again, waste of time and money!!!

Tom Glockner was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable and helpful when it came time to order my AWD HR Transit van. Once my van was in production he let me know of the status as it changed from phase to phase. Pick up and check out as a breeze.

Check engine light popped up on our 2023 Bronco and tire pressure sensors acting up. Got a next day online appointment at Theodore Robins Ford, took it in and they got to it same day. Easy check-in and pick-up... I'll use them again!!
