Came in to do a lease buyout. Managed to make a same day appointment. Spent a few hours waiting for paperwork but it was relatively fuss free. Finance guy was comfortably chatty and friendly. Signing documents was great on the giant desk sized screen, making it easier to read vs on a tablet.I think the office closes early, as most people were gone by 7pm. Office was clean and nice looking.I might come back and try their service department.

Our salesman, Noah Nelson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, both mechanical and systems, that I asked about even though we told him we had to look at other vehicles also. He patiently answered all our questions.The whole staff at Theodore Robbins were pleasant and genuinely happy to be working at an honest dealership.

Theodore Robbins is the only place my wife and I would ever buy a vehicle from. This is our third vehicle from them within the last 2 years. The customer service from the moment we walked in was phenomenal. We had an appointment with Eddie Castrejon to look at a particular Explorer. He had already had it pulled up and cleaned for us. Mike Mamich the General Manager came over and greeted us to see if there was anything he can assist us with. Absolutely the nicest man. Everyone we encountered spoke to us and made us feel very comfortable. Steve the Sales Manager and Chris the Finance Manager helped make the process very easy and enjoyable. Eddie made our car buying experience flawless with no pressure. I can honestly say that Theodore Robbins Ford is by far the best place to purchase a vehicle.

Purchased a Ford Maverick in early January 2024. Ordering process back in August was easy, only took about 15 minutes. My sales rep Eddie Castrejon explained the process and set clear expectations of that the communications to me would be like from both Ford and himself. The process of picking up the truck was fast and efficient as well. In and out with my new Maverick in about 40 minutes. Very happy with my experience.

I had an unfortunate manufacturing issue with the drivers door in my vehicle , I reached out to my community FORD to assist with the repair, I got No help from their customer service for 2 months of me going back and forth. Frustrated and feeling unsafe in my car, I reached out to manager Marcela in the collision center and she became my personal advocate , providing the necessary information, photos and the desperate need to get this repaired and finally FORD has done the right thing and replaced my door! A big THANK YOU to Marcela for truly going out of her way in making things right !I can now once again feel safe driving my granddaughter in my car

I just purchased my new Ford Bronco Sport from Theodore Robins. I had a great experience and the process actually went by fairly quickly. I think I was in and out of there with my car within 2 hours. Baldwin was the sales person that helped me and he was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Would defiantly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Theodore Robins Ford. I called around to several dealerships before placing an order here for a 2022 Maverick. Rick Rhodes was my salesman and he was terrific. Everything that was promised was delivered. There were no surprises or add ons that I didn t want or need. His communication was really great and answered me quickly when I had questions while waiting for the Truck to get built. Ron was the finance manager that I signed paperwork with and he was great as well. Everything about the experience felt very genuine and not pushy. One of the most pleasant and least stressful buying experiences I have had in buying a new car. They also gave me a fair value for my trade which was refreshing. If you want and above board honest dealership, that treats you like a real person and not just a sale, then this is your dealership. Thanks Rick and Ron! I ve already taken my truck Scuba diving and I love it!

Please note that I still like this Service Center, and that this review is a training opportunity for my past 2 experiences trying to address the battery issue I ve had with my 2023 Escape Hybrid (with 3,xxx miles around the times of both visits).My Service Advisor was Frank, and I m unsure how many techs were involved during each visit. But honestly, I believed they overlooked something that should have been part of the troubleshooting procedure.Scenario:My vehicle kept going into deep sleep mode to prevent further draining of the battery. My radio screen would display: System off to save battery. Also, my outside passenger door handle would not register unlock/lock functions and interior dome lights would immediately turn off a second after the vehicle shuts off. Additionally, over a week before my first visit, one morning my Escape would not turn on. I can get into the vehicle, but because it s a hybrid, the Ready light would not show. After letting it sit all day, when I came home from work it finally started (although many error codes showed up). Since that day was when I noticed all these issues.Thinking it s a bad battery issue, I finally decided to take it to this service center. Although I have 3 other dealerships closer to where I live/work, see my other reviews on past experiences.The first time I brought it in Frank had his tech(s) do the testing and mentioned that the battery passed and is holding a charge. I was ok with this because they did what s expected. I was able to get my vehicle back same day. However, after leaving the service bay, that pesky message appeared again the moment I shut off the vehicle. And along with it were the associated symptoms.Therefore, I took it back in 2 days later and told them they can hold it for a few days to do better testing. Well after 5 days (Friday-Tuesday), they told me that the issue was my dash cam causing a drain. That didn t make sense to me because I ve had that same dash cam in 3 prior vehicles the last 2 years, and never had problems; the power source is direct to a USB port (not the auxiliary power). I didn t bother to argue with Frank - as I didn t want to be without my vehicle another day. But keeping nothing plugged into the USB ports (and still not using the aux power), the problem still came back.Feeling frustrated about having an inferior product, I was about to purchase a brand new, bigger size battery. Did some research on some Escape forums, and that s where I stumbled upon the BMS Reset procedure. With Frank mentioning the battery passed with flying colors, I ve decided to go through the reset process (because what else can I lose). It s been a few days, and so far the vehicle is running as expected; no more problems so far!Apparently, Ford placed a sensor somewhere connected to the battery line, and because mine faulted in the past, it still needed to get reset. So after flashing my high beams 5 times, followed by pressing the brake pedal 3 times, waited a few seconds and noticed the sequence was successful!It makes me question if they even considered going through this. My dash cam was plugged into the Escape 4 months prior to experiencing problem, and I still have it plugged in after doing the BMS reset; no issues.

The Service Dept managed by Liz Farr is the best in the industry.� It is the GOLD STANDARD!� I have purchased several cars at this location and always get them serviced here. The employees are highly professional and considerate.� Last week I had a problem with my Ford Focus and Liz and her phenomenal staff took care of me.� I want to thank James, Edgar and Mike for assisting me.� I had a complex repair and had the car back within 2 working days.� They take great pride in helping customers.I highly recommend you purchase and/or service your car at this location.� You will be glad you did.David W

On Tuesday 11/29/23 at about 7:30 am I brought my Escape in to be serviced. There were approximately 5 cars ahead of me, so I thought it would be necessary to make an appointment. There were only 2 guys taking service orders at that time. When it was my turn I spoke to Ever about my needs, and asked him if an appointment would be better. He assured me that the work would be done that day, and probably before noon. I called at 11:45 and was advised that I needed front brakes, and an oil leak. I asked them to please replace the front brakes. About 2 hours later, the work was completed. I asked Ever how could I have an oil leak when I just had the short block replaced 2 years earlier? He looked into it further, and found out I was still covered under warranty, and that they needed it for a couple of days for diagnoses, and work. I am taking it in on 12/04. To be continued. I am very satisfied with my experience so far. Thank you, Ever. You make me feel like I am the only customer.

I've been coming to TR Ford for service since they did body work on my vehicle after an accident three years ago. Their courtesy, prices and convenient shuttle to and from my work has been awesome! This is one of the best dealerships I've ever done business with.

I am so happy! I got my Mustang Mach-e, in exactly the color that I dreamt of. In high-value asking this popular color, was available only order for next year, I was calling for California, left texts, emails... No one give me back decision everyone just put me on hold till August when order starts....only ONE professional works as professional! sale-manager Baldwin Eneaji, remember each customer. He keeps in his mind and truly wants to Help to find the car of your dream. He is professional, accurate, and provides perfect help. One customer canceled his ready-to-go order and he called me on the same day for giving me chance to buy it now. And not waiting until August to order cars for next year!!! I got it now!!!! Had a great experience buying my first brand new vehicle from Theodore Robins Ford through Rick Rhodes. Ordered a Maverick which took a very long time to arrive... (not the fault of theodore robins) but along the way i was updated on the status of my vehicle and when it finally arrived, there was no markups or any dealer nonsense. Was a great experience, easy process, and would definitely buy from them again! Highly recommended!

Best car buying experience ever. I lost a car in the Lahaina fires on August 8 and they helped me to the fullest. Need a few things done with the truck as well as arranging shipping to Maui and they did it all. I ve bought nearly 20 cars and never have I been so impressed by someone as much as Kevin. Could not recommend more. Great salesman ship and not pushy whatsoever. 5-stars all day.

I brought my car for fixing a recall. It was fixed within 1 hour, probably less. I said yes to the valet service, and Sophia drove my car and dropped it off at my driveway! Amazing and easy! Car is fine, in and out, happy.

Worst experience ever, Raffi agreed to a price on a 2020 Ford Edge, we hada buyback offer on our 2019 edge, my wife and I drove down to finalize the deal, when we got there I overheard Raffi say it was more trouble than it was worth, then came out and lied, saying they were loosing money and priced the car too low. The same vehicle is now listed 500.00 less than my offer. Won't trust a dealer that isn't honest from the start.

Have not had a good experience with this service dept. Ever since the simple oil change, I now have major issues with my car. I will never suggest anyone to take their car or truck to this dealer for service. Find another Ford dealership to go to.

Went to this dealership for a preview event for the new Ford Bronco. My interactions were mostly with the Bronco staff. While I was there, though, I took the opportunity to hunt down a truck in Antimatter Blue. One salesman who was helping a customer, still took the time to direct me to where I could find this color. Oh man is it gorgeous!

Theodore,Theodore, where do I begin? I love and hate you guys (in a good way). You guys exceeded my expectations. So much so, had to come back and buy a 2nd vehicle the next day. I guess the Explorer Platinum wasn't enough, so I had to add an Expedition Max to the line up. This place is amazing! They can keep their prices low because they don't go over the top with advertising gimmicks and freebie snacks that no one will eat! Everyone we dealt with in sales were amazing. Curtis,Vic and Franco are no pressure and not overbearing like most sales people are. Pablo in financing, you're awesome brother! He offered the 125k mile extended warranty at a great price without being pushy even though it was a cash purchase. I ended up purchasing it. On the 2nd purchase of the Expedition Max he asked, "do I add it" I said let's do it. All in all, great experience. Will be using you Theodore Robins Ford for now own! Ken Grody Ford, next time don't let someone walk away over $650. Because you never know, they may come back and buy again. Isn't that right Theodore Robins? You guys know how to make a customer feel appreciated for spending their hard earned money with you. Thank you Theodore Robins Ford!

Just a call to service asking a price on rear hub bearing replacement. Service writer says, I ll have to call you Monday as I don t have any tech s here today. I chuckled, really since when do need a tech to look up labor on a job, it s right there in your All Data on your computor. I used to be a service writer. He says, and I quote then you should know the labor . If I was the Service Manager he would be at a Jiffy Lube on Monday ! Customer service my friends is non existent today. Unreal

Kristina Parker and Steve Smith are lazy, scummy, fake, and pathetic. I waited years without Kristina or her leader Steve Smith reaching out. These individuals are exactly who you think they are. Scum. Trash. Disgraceful.I have emails to prove what I am saying. this behavior needs to stop. Oh it looks as if your order went through the cracks.. Oh I promise you we do a good job Steve Smith and Kristina Parker s absurdly poor management and professionalism is why I went to Irvine Autonation. I bought a brand new 4 runner and I cannot be more happy. I hope mgmt sees this.
