Ive been coming to sams auto hybrid for about 2 years and they do not disappoint. Very quick service, polite, and communicate for what my car needs. I didn t have an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. I moved away but always come back every time to see if my car needs any maintenance.

I love love this place. I've taken my car to them the last three times and they have done a wonderful job. Sam is my go to mechanic and Fardin who runs the office is fantastic too. Very reasonable. Just a bunch of great guys.

Angel & Fardin are always super helpful & very fair with their prices! I ve done loads of work here: ABS replacement, Air Conditioning, Brakes, Tune Ups, etc, and I always come back because they re just that excellent of a business! I drive from Chino Hills to Costa Mesa, and the trip is always worth it for their customer service!

Fardin went out of his way to take care my Lexus HS 250 when it was broke down in the middle of the road on Saturday. My inverter went bad and they were so helpful to fix my car in three days time. They even gave me a loaner car so I had transportation to go to work. Sam Auto gave me a great price and I can not thank you enough to Angel, Fardin and the owner to help me out. I would highly recommend Sam Auto for anyone who owns a hybrid cars because that their specialty. They even gave a good warranty for all the works they had done. If there was a 10 stars, I will give to them.

I ve been coming here for years to get my car serviced with Angel. They give great service at a better price than dealerships. They don t pressure you into getting more than necessary done and they are quick and efficient. I highly recommend this place!

Fardin and Angel was very helpful , came in with a 2010 Toyota Prius with a rattling noise had, it diagnosed found the problem then and they took care of the problem in less than a week . They worked with my warranty very friendly and informative. Great communication I recommend this place if you have a hybrid they also do anything and everything for any vehicle which I loved

I wish these guys are honest off the start. I inquired about a rebuild engine and was quoted $2700. Later they told me it s required to replace with a Toyota OEM water pump which is $300. So all in total is $3000. I called other places and they quoted me $2500 with everything included to get my car running. Sam auto asked me if I was still interested and when I told them my other quote they said they would match it. I hope they are reading this and I I ll just be straight forward with customers. There are many other shops out there doing similar things.

Sam Auto Hybrid crew is made up of highly qualified specialists with years of expertise dealing with various hybrid system engines. They do rigorous diagnostics utilizing specialist instruments and equipment to find any difficulties or possible issues with the engines.They rebuilt my Prius Engine very fast.They have ability to fix all hybrid cars bumper to bumper. Very polite staff.

Had a good experience at Sam Auto hybrid. Customer service was great from beginning to end, including all the phone conversations until the process was over. I am glad that I came here because I got the best price and the repair was done in a very reasonable amount of time. This is the second car that we bring here and look forward to Bringing others if they need their service. Angel speaks spanish if needed.

I went to a dealer, I was given a quote for an engine job with a price twice as costly as Sam Auto Hybrid. When I contacted Sam Auto Hybrid in the office and requested a quote. I asked them to send me an email since I was in a rush. Only after 30 min they sent me a very quote with full details that included a two year warranty as well. The next day I took my car their shop. They replaced the engine in just two days and sent me updates and step by step details of the procedure with pictures. Amazing management and I m thankful especially to Fardin who managed everything, not to mention Angel is also a professional mechanic. If you need a real and honest team I d def recommend Sam Auto Hybrid.

The Persian-owned car mechanic shop that I recently visited provided an exceptionally smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Been coming here since 2022 for my Prius. Ever since my ABS repair experience with them I haven t left. Come here for oil changes and anything Prius related maintenance (hardly any issues) ever since.Quality parts and service at a great labor price. Ask for Fardin, he s the kindest no nonsense manager there. No appointment was necessary.

I'm so happy and satisfied regarding the quick service I got from this company (Sam Auto Hybrid) The minute I got off my car, they immediately have the technician diagnosed my car within 20-30 minutes, they found out the issue. Fardin, was so helpful and carefully explained to me of the situation and helped me understand the problem. A year ago I brought my vehicle due to engine problems, they fixed it for me and so far I have not had any problems, for that reason now I brought it because of the hybrid battery, at a good price, I trust them 100% So if you are looking for a place to repair your hybrid car, this is the 100% recommended place in orange county. ask for angel he is very kind

My boyfriend has been using Sam Auto Hybrid since his battery died in his Prius the first time. The second time it died, we went back because of the amazing customer service we received from Fardin. He got us in right away and handled the problem quickly. He is very responsive and the prices here are reasonable as well. Definitely recommend this service if you are in a bind.

These guys are awesome! They totally get the hybrid battery and other issues about hybrids that allows them to actually repair your car correctly. They give you s good deal and the whole experience is great!

I had a great experience with Sam Auto Hybrid. They were extremely helpful, kind, and professional from the initial call all the way through to the end of the service. Angel and the entire staff were very responsive and professional, and provided me with helpful updates on my vehicles repair. I live in San Diego, and had my vehicle towed over 80 miles to this shop for their service. Today I had my maintenance done at Sam Auto. They did everything quickly in 40 minutes. The price is probably the cheapest in the entire area. Fardin served me. I can recommend this service 100%. Thank you guys you are the best!
