Came here to get a door ding out of my newly purchased Shelby gt350. Got excellent and fast service from the guys here. Place is clean and very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Jeff and Daniel took good care of me and my new baby.

I went to ROEM to get an estimate because someone bumped into my Tesla. Daniel said it only needed to be buffed out. He did it right then and there! Talk about great customer service! I came to ROEM because they were recommended by Tesla as a certified collision company. I highly recommend them as well. Excellent customer service!

Had a great experience at ROEM. They were able to give me an appointment in a very timely manner. They were very friendly and explained my options to me clearly. And best of all, the work was a great value compared to any other collision center I looked into. Highly recommend!

Hit my rims pretty good and thought was gonna have to replace but they were able to repair and they came out great. The price was fair and about the price of my deductible... so I didnt have to go thru insurance, hence, now my insurance wont go up! I definitely recommend.

This place is state of the art with amazing customer service. They mainly repair Teslas and I crashed mine 2 weeks ago. I met up with Raul and he was so calm and reassuring during a very stressful time for me. The staff especially Sierra that works the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. They fixed my car in 2 weeks to replace the front bumper. My car looks good as new and I strongly recommend this place. Great work ROEM!!Service: Body & Trim

My Mother was involved in a hit and run accident. She had not had an accident in over 20 years, so was "new" to the process and how to handle the claim with her insurance. Jeff and his staff were amazing and walked her through the process making it less stressful. The workmanship was fantastic and she is completely satisfied! Her car looks amazing, and they completed the work in the timeline they provided, even when more damage was found during the repair process. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the ROEM team. The facility was very clean!!! They kept us posted every step of the way as we progressed through the insurance approval and reimbursement process. They were also very versed in the entire process, as you would expect. They exceeded my expectation. This is a small family owned business, not a franchise or corporate owned establishment. I would recommend and in fact will be taking another one of my vehicles there soon.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
