Last month, I took my mom s Dodge Caravan in for a new headliner. The old one was hanging down, it was embarrassing. They got me in, and matched the liner perfectly. I was so pleased and really appreciated the professional manner and the way everything was done. It meant a lot to me. It was my mom and dad s van. He passed about a year ago, and having this van look great once again means the world to my mom and myself. So thank you Robert s Auto Trim. I will always come back to your shop.

I had the lining of my hard top convertible replaced. The job was professionally done and in half a day.The material installed was different that the original, but it was a good match. I felt I got a good price based on other estimates I had in the past.Mr. Raul Jara was very diligent throughout the job.

Interesting that after I read the negative reviews, they all seem to correlate to my experience. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Brought my car in, Raul looked at it. Told me to follow up to get pricing. I did what I was told, called 3 times, sent 3 emails and a text over a 2 week period. Every time I was told I would get a call back, nothing. Now the scope of my job was not large. However, in my line of work, if one I can't or one doesn't want to take the job on......have some integrity. Have the courtesy to call back and say no. I've done it in my professional life.Now, if you have a job that is gonna make them a ton of money, you would probably get a call back but again, if they dont want the job, then they shouldn't be a chicken $hit and avoid. Be an adult.Overall this falls under the same issues I have read based on negative ratings..... terrible customer service

I brought a motorcycle seat in to get re-covered. It wasn't in the best shape and could require more extensive work, which I understood. However. They had it for two and a half weeks without trying to take a look at it and give any sort of estimate. When I got the seat (without a cover) they did no work, other than them cutting the foam so it was completely unusable. Really poor experience.

I found this place on Yelp, loved their ratings and reviews. Valeria and Leonard are the best in what they do! The other employees are respectable, their always smiling and make you feel welcome. The job done on my truck was top grade. I will definitely refer family, friends and return myself.Thank you Roberto's Auto Trim Shop

I called on a Friday of Father's Day weekend to see if they could fix my dad's car seat. Spoke with Valerie and she was really nice. She said bring in the car early the next morning and it should be done by noon. Next morning I met Damien and dropped the car off at 7:30. Damien called and said the car was done at 11:30. The car seat turned out great. Thanks guys. My dad really liked his new car seat for Father's Day. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Roberto's is top quality interior work. After finding two 2 inches cuts in my back seat, I went to Suburban Cadillac and asked who would they recommend for leather repairs. First name out of the three service managers was Roberto's. Now I've known of them being here in the City of Costa Mesa for the past 4 decades, but they did my back seat removal and repairs in 24 hours. Great Service Will Recommend them to All. Thanks Again

Excellent work completed to repair a 13 yr old Lexus cream colored seat with a 12 inch tear in the seat. They repaired to new condition, reasonable prices and same day service. They are very busy here, so make a reservation. They work on very old classic cars and any make or model.

Unfortunately the worst experience i have had .Raul ( mr. As far as ) is so rude , and unprofessional, he doesn t know the basic of customer service and this shop has lack of employees and can not handle any job unless you are looking to get something overprice and overtime based on promises!The owner raul who will say 20 ( as far as ) in one sentence. Will make non sense excuses to avoid taking the job and finishing it ontime .Avoid this shop just to respect yourself.Service: Upholstery repair

I ve been using Roberto s since the early 80s. They do amazing work. I m now having them do my backyard furniture. So glad to see a company that has been around for so many years and does such excellent work

These guys KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. They replaced my rear window for my AUDI A5....and assisted me carefully with costs/options. They are terrific, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly Recommended.
