One of the worst experiences I've had owning a car. They are over their capacity to service the cars. They pay you lip service with no resolution to issues. It takes months to get their attention. I wish I would have never bought this car. With any other car the issues would be resolved in a matter of days. With Rivian it takes months. This company may not survive the competitive car industry.

Clean space. Fast service. Getting an appointment was difficult but once I got here, Joe took care of everything. He texted me with updates and I felt good about the service.Car was ready for pick up and all is well. Great job here.

The place is great. The team is friendly. Was very frustrated that it took 3 weeks to recharge a drained battery, then the truck wasn't washed or detailed as it was the last 2 times I had service there. A nice consistent dust pattern from just sitting around, I guess.

Picked up my R1T, such a great vehicle.I've had it a week, put 490 miles on it.( shhh, don't tell my wife I put a deposit on a R1S...)

Rivian host the first mile experience here. Hosts are generally very experience. The driving experience is very pleasant. Just make sure that you arrive earlier so that you wouldn't go on a shorter test drive.

Weird and disorganized and a little bit rude, but mostly feels like the call center, nobody quite knows what is going on / what to do. No good idea of how long repairs will take, no onsite loaners, have to go to Enterprise. No paperwork. Like at all. It's all very confusing from the moment you enter the lot and have to find a parking spot in the service area.
