We've done business with RR before. Stopped by this time and spoke with Sean. Friendly, knowledgable, helpful. He helped us decide, we got what we wanted, roof racks for our Jeep, & walked out with our purchase! Great experience.

Awesome guys that worked hard to accomplish my installation. The absolute precision of the installation alignment down to the 1/8th of an inch was unbelievable. Nice to have installers with so much pride in perfection. Great customer service also from the very first contact. They were very diligent in following up with me and also reminding me of my installation appointment. Highly recommend these guys for your rack and accessory needs. I don t live that close but I can tell you that I will be back here.

This place is the real deal. Sean is the man!! He helped us with our RSi Smartcap and was extremely communicative and very personable. Sean went the extra mile to explain how to set it up and even showed us his truck set up.Thanks Sean and Rack N Road, you guys are the best! We ll definitely be coming back here.

There s many options out there for purchasing a hitch bike rack, and most likely the biggest factor is cost, but what a lot of people overlook is the service. Shawn and his team are well know and highly recommended in the OC and they provide top notch customer service. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to their business and they provide a knowledge base that is unrivaled. I live in LA and doing business with them was totally worth the drive. I plan to go back for sure and highly recommend them.

Great communication and customer service. Had my BMW X5 rewired for a five pin connector. They did such an amazing job and Took extra steps for a very clean wiring installation. Highly recommend.

Great customer service from the first phone call to ordering the parts to installation. They offer a very fair price, high quality product and installation. Irvine Subaru sent me here as the only shop they say they won t void the warranty and I see why. Thanks!

Over the years I have used Rack n Road for my many needs and they have consistently provided excellent customer service every time! They are knowledgeable, informative and experts in their field. Rack N Road Costa Mesa rocks! I was having a hard time finding all black rack and cargo box that wasn't going to take over two months to get and install but they managed to do it all in about a month. I was going to do a standard clamp on rack and box but when I told them I just wanted whatever was going to look the best and be the most quiet they recommended doing a built in rack. It looks so beautiful. I'm soooo glad I didn't do the clamps. My car looks so much cooler with it built in. Everything looks so custom and natural. My car looks so upgraded and and of a higher quality with my new rack and box. I'm so happy I went here. These guys are knowledgeable, great with recommendations, speed, and quality service. So glad I didn't go to the other places I checked out first. This is the spot.

Walked in and was greeted right away by the assistant manager Jon. He was very helpfulin assisting me with shopping the multiple options for what I was looking for and I left a very happy customer with a great new car accessory!I would highly recommend this shop for any car rack needs!

Rack NLoad have been great from the initial purchase to the repair post a car wash accident that damaged the roof racks.Fair pricing ,quality equipment and service.I give them my highest recommendation.And yes ,I have been to their competier in Tustin.Go to Rack N Load.No comparison.

Sean took care of me from start to finish! Answered all my questions over the phone about IKampers. Super smooth transaction. I will be going back there in the future.
