Excellent service. Ryan assisted me with my car at the Porsche service center. There was an issue with a broken speaker. He diagnosed the issue, replaced the speaker, and was extremely helpful, and got it done in a good amount of time. Everyone here is really friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was as good as it could be. Would highly recommend this place!

Porsche Newport definitely makes "taking my car in for service" so much easier. From booking my appointment - throughout the whole process: concierge to greet, a loaner vehicle, service representative (mine, is Rick West ), a video message of the status of work being done on my vehicle.ALL GOOD.

Newport Beach Porsche dealership did the annual service and detailing for my car, efficiently and beautifully. It took two days and they were able to provide me with a Lyft service back home on the way in and they dropped off my car for me upon completion. Excellent service and look forward to my next year s visit!

Painless to setup & execute the Porsche recall in just 2 days. The loaner worked out perfectly and turns out to be an extended test drive of the Macan. I'm actually looking forward to my next Porsche vehicle purchase so it would be a good idea to get to know which vehicle's are on my list for a future purchase so each time I have a service visit which requires a loaner for a day or two it would be great to be able to do extended test drives which would make it easier to decide what my next Porsche will be...

I received outstanding service at Porsche Newport Beach. Representative Jason Sands went the extra mile to make sure all my concerns were addressed and that I was given a level of service that one would imagine getting from such a refined and exceptional company. I highly recommend Porsche of Newport Beach to anyone who wants to maintain their vehicle at the highest level and be treated like a valued customer.

Had wonderful service at Porsche Newport Beach. Was promptly met at the service reception and the whole staff was friendly and polite. My service adviser, Simon, was excellent. He kept me updated with what was happening and answered all my questions. Will keep bringing my vehicle to them. They always do a great job!

They knew about the apple car play problem within their company ahead of times. They knew I had issue with apple car play and that s reason for making appt for service. I arrived at the appt on time. The gentlemen came out & said nothing they can do to fix with my 2023 cayenne. I just have to plug in the cable to connect the phone with the car. They should have told me over the phone about this and I did not have to drive there. Just totally wasted times for everybody.

Consistently thorough and comprehensive annual service of my Porsche Carrera at Newport Auto Center on TH March 14th & Fri March 15th. My Panamera had the engine light on. I called got an appt. There was a loaner car available. They called me when my car was ready. It was clean and in perfect health and I am a happy customer of Newport Porsche. Thank you for making a service experience easy.

My car needed new brakes , got an appointment for next day - very quick !and my car was finished same day I received a video inspection of my technician going over various parts of undercarriage of my cayenne- that was super coolGreat service! waiting to buy my next Porsche ! Thanks

I always get excellent service at Newport Porsche as I did this time. My only complaint would be that it took 3 hours to change 1 tire. Otherwise it was all good.
