I had to have a new transfer case put in my nine year old Cayenne, and their customer service was great throughout. The car drives perfect now, and they stood by the old recall on it. I couldn t be more pleased. Jason Sand has always been an excellent advisor for us in the service department, and we know we ll be taken care of at this dealership.

I had an issue with my GT3 that I wanted checked out before putting more miles on the car. Jason Sands got me in very soon after I callled, and because I didn t realize I could leave the car when I dropped in to have someone look at the car, he arranged for a Lyft ride home. The repair was done quickly and done well. Jason has taken care of my Porsches for years and has always been professional, friendly and resourceful. As a car enthusiast, dependable service means a lot to me. I will continue to bring my cars to Porsche Newport Beach and am pleased to recommend it to others!In addition, others with whom I interacted in the service department were, like Jason, knowledgeable about Porsche vehicles and friendly. Chris in service did the diagnosis regarding what the issue is with my car. He has been with the dealership since the 90s and was very interesting to talk to. I bought my first Porsche at PNB in 1998 (a 99 996 911 Carrera), and Chris said I probably worked on your car!

I visited the Porsche Newport Beach dealership close to my house because I had some questions about Porsche, specifically the Porsche 911.When I visited the dealership, the Brand Ambassador, Mr. Apollo Gesa welcomed me and kindly answered questions I had.There was a CPO 911 Carrera in the dealership just in time, so I got a quote, but it was too much for me to cover the monthly payment, so I decided to wait until next time. I highly recommend Porsche Newport Beach dealership anyone who wants to get a Porsche and also I ll come back to get my Porsche 911 soon. Dear dealership owner,If you need any help with social media, I d love to help you as a social media influencer and a Porsche Lover.

Simon Chen is the best service rep I ve had n my 8 years bringing my vehicles to Porsche Newport Beach. He is always prompt in returning calls. He tells me exactly what needs to be done now and what can wait. Points out potential issues with the vehicle so I am not blind sided at later service intervals. He always tries to see if any repairs can be covered by my warranty and fights to make it happen. He s earned my trust. First service rep to make me feel like I m taking my car to a family business rather than a large dealership!The service department as a whole is exceptional. The car is always immaculate on pick up. They will make sure you have a ride at drop off or pick up if a rental is not available.Noticeable change in last few years. If you had a bad experience in the past, give them a try again.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing a car at Porsche Newport Beach dealership. Lidia Grasso was incredibly patient, efficient, and assisted us with everything we needed. She made us feel comfortable and built trust throughout the process. We ended up purchasing the car and Lidia ensured the process was smooth and seamless. I will definitely be returning for purchases in the future. They provide the best of the best. Highly recommended!

Giovanni was great to work with. He educated me on Porsche, the various options that were of interest to me, and in his opinion the best match for my desires in a sports car. With a no pressure environment he walked me through the build process, helped me evaluate the various options, and in the end, facilitated me landing with the perfect car, color and configuration based on what I shared with him during my visit. He also kept me informed along the build/finance/delivery process and couldn't have made the pickup experience easier during a very busy time at work. I feel like I have the perfect car for me, and the overall experience was a pleasure.

The entire team at Porsche Newport Beach is top notch. From receiving my request for implementing a recall notice to researching and finding other needed recall services, I felt well taken care of. I was provided a loan vehicle and kept informed every phase of the process. Jason Sands of the service department was professional and he is a customer focused Ambassador. I sincerely had a great experience having my vehicle serviced at Newport Beach Porsche. I didn t feel pressured about anything. From calling into their service line, scheduling an appointment, driving into the service center, being advised about what I should and shouldn t have done, to picking up my vehicle felt easy, especially since they are based at a temp location while their previous location is being renovated. Bravo!! Definitely a refreshing experience!

I was very satisfied with the service provided. My service tech, Simon, was very proactive and was able to get a problem resolved under my original factory warranty. And a very nice car wash finished off a great experience!

Always a great experience at Porche of Newport Beach. Even during their transition to a new upgraded facility you would never know the difference. The service advisors are always on point and knowledgeable. They will discuss options and point you in the best direction for your needs. Simon is my service advisor and always gives me a detailed accurate rundown of the condition of my vehicle. You won t regret going there!

The service was great! Ryan the Service Advisor took care of all my needs and made arrangements for a ride from the dealership and back to pick up the car. The service technician sent a video walk around of the vehicles health. Well Done!

I had an extremely positive experience at Porsche Newport Beach. No snags whatsoever. Everyone was friendly, courteous, helpful and interested in not only all facets of the process of purchasing a vehicle, but also in follow up to make certain that I was satisfied and had any lingering questions answered. Chris Scales did a superb job of working with me and management to ensure that I was taken care of. The process of signing papers was swift and complete. There was no push to buy a bunch of extra warranties. I do, however, recommend the rim and tire warranty as the tires on these beautiful cars are wide and there s more contact with the road so you re more likely to pick up nails, screws, and all sorts of interesting things, as I have done, that will literally deflate your driving experience. Perhaps the most enjoyable part of the purchase experience was driving home from Newport Beach to San Francisco! Think of Porsche Newport Beach as a destination to find the car of your dreams. With that said, they have a pretty nice 992 GT3 available for sale at the moment. Check it out! Lewis

The service agent was courteous and paid meticulous attention to detail. Follow up was as promised and delivery was excellent. Even though all issues were not addressed (due to their technicians being unable to replicate the reported problems), rather than be dismissive they appropriately invited me to document any recurrence and to return at my earliest convenience). Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

They were very responsive to our late request for an unexpected service call due to the appearance of a engine malfunction light.Arranged for a loaner and were very accommodating of our needs.Reported back to us on the nature of the issue and the estimated costs of repair.Upon pick-up of our vehicle, it was ready and had been washed.We are very pleased with our overall experience.

I have been a Porsche Newport Beach customer since 2009. I have purchased several cars from Matt Gemici who s the most awesome car salesman and brand ambassador. I m on my 5th Porsche serviced by the dealership.10/10 professionalism. This is where you build relationships that last a lifetime!My first 911 Cab was a 2009 and here we are 15 years later!Best cars ever made. I have owned multiple exotic cars and nothing, I mean nothing, beats a 911!Buy from Newport Porsche and ask for Matt!

I went to this dealership for purchase a new Porsche, I met salesman Apollo Gesa, he is the most professional, kind and great person I ve ever met in any dealership, he is patient for all kinds of questions I have and explained any questions I have had. I must say I had a great experience with him and feel 10/10 satisfied at this dealership with my purchase, would definitely come back for purchasing more vehicles here.

Very professional and on time. Dropped off my Macan GTS for service and was picking up my loaner car within 10 minutes. Pleasant advisor who explained things clearly so I knew what was being done for my 30k mile service, which included additional items like brake pad & rotor replacement.

I am currently looking at selling my cayenne (that I bought from this store). I was given an offer from another dealership in Orange County, and so I decided to stop by Porsche Newport Beach to see if they were interested in buying the car, or perhaps matching the offer the other dealership gave me. The dealer informed me that the offer the other dealership was giving me (20k less than what I paid for it 6 months ago) was much higher than what they could offer me, so I went on my way. In a BIZARRE twist, Porsche Newport Beach contacted the dealership that was wanting to buy my car, and told them not to buy my car because of a check engine light???? Talk about burning the entire bridge on a relationship! I feel awful for my salesman Chris who has to work there because I will never be doing business again with Porsche Newport Beach. The weirdest part about all of this is the dealership who ended up buying my car was aware of the check engine light (which was for an aftermarket exhaust) and the car was being returned to stock before being sold to the dealership. I would absolutely love to hear the sales manager s excuse as to why they felt the need to engage in such weird and childish behavior.

I have nothing but the highest praises for the sales & service staff at Porsche Newport Beach. When everything goes well there is no way to tell but when something goes wrong and inevitably eventually something will then how is it handled. Well, I can say these guys passed with flying colors.I had two seemingly minor issues to me that they could have just put a band aid on to get me out of their hair but instead they insisted on only repairing these items to Porsche standards. I am incredibly impressed and will be buying my next vehicle from Porsche Newport Beach in 2024 to 2025. I won't go anywhere else!

Bought a 2024 Cayenne in December 2023. Love the car but, it has had some minor electrical issues after about a month of driving. I brought it in to NPB Porshe and the service department has been awesome to work with. Evan has been very responsive. Porshe has had the vehicle for a couple weeks as they are waiting for parts partly being a brand new 2024 SUV. They set us up with a loaner car and have sent numerous updates via text and video! We appreciate the team and their hard work. Thank you!

We brought our Porsche Cayenne into Porsche Newport Beach for a tire replacement, and Service Appointment Coordinator Ethan Do as well as Service Advisor Simon Chen went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Not only did they honor an offer that made pricing competitive with outside sources, but they also ensured I was able to reserve a loaner car, that my car was washed at completion, and that I was kept updated throughout the process. I am very pleased with this service center and its professionals!
