They did a great, clean job on my 2003 Suburban 1500. Got rid of that ridiculous Y some GMT-800 trucks have at the end of the stock muffler. Went with a new Black Widow Race Venom now she sounds mean and clean. Definitely will recommend these guys! Clean welds and great work for the prices!

I needed a complete exhaust system for my 1985 Jeep CJ-7 from after the downpipe to the tailpipe. I called a local muffler shop near me in Cypress first but the reception I received over the phone immediately turned me off from me taking my business there. Randomly, I was watching a video on YouTube and came across the ad from Orange County Muffler and decided to give them a call. The initial call was professional and it actually sounded like they were willing to work with me.I took my Jeep down, I m guessing it was Mike who looked at my Jeep, told him what I needed and that I wanted to use the muffler I would be supplying. Immediately, Mike? began calling suppliers to find a CA compliant catalytic converter for my Jeep as he didn t have one in his shop. I left the Jeep at his location and I received a call shortly after indicating he found a cat and that it would be delivered later in the day and he would start the fabrication the following morning. I was fine with that.The next morning I received a call at around 9:30 with news that my Jeep was done. When I arrived, it was perfect and exactly what I wanted. The welds are beautiful and everything about it exceeds my expectations.Do not hesitate to go here. They do awesome work.

There's a reason I drove out from Corona to get my muffler welded on here. Prices were super fair, work was impeccable, and it took less than 2 hours to get my stock muffler and tailpipe chopped off and the new muffler and turndown installed, as well as replace my friends catalytic converter. Seriously can't recommend this place enough.Service: Exhaust

Once again. Mike and his team did an awesome job on my car.I came in around 9:30 am on a Thursday morning, I asked a lot of questions, they gave me some very good and very informative feed back that did helped me make a decision.I went with axel back exhaust system, my car already comes with the 2.5 piping so I got a Magnaflow Muffler and a Stainless Steel Blue Burnt Double-Tip 3.5. It was such a nice upgrade. Looks way cleaner, and sounds really nice and deep. I was actually a little concerned while they were working on it. I just didn t want the car to be obnoxiously loud. But, the car sounds so nice, I can hear it, and people can definitely hear me coming when I step on the accelerator lol. It is exactly what I want it.This is what I keep coming back. I m not even sure of how many people I have sent here lol.Thank you Mike!

Mike runs a solid business stopped by there to get an estimate to have a catalytic converter cover and possibly re-weld the existing catalytic converter. Instead of taking my money, making false promises he was honest, provided his professional opinion. He not only explained the what ifs but made sure I was aware of the potential risks $$. I d recommend this business without hesitation.

Wanted to restore my 2015 Focus ST back to stock cat back last Friday. Rolled in around 8:30 am with all parts straight from a craigslist transaction. Said it would take 90 mins, I chilled at the coffee shop down the street. Mike called to say it was done in 70 mins. Straightforward job, required a weld, done right fast, fair price. Threw in couple pieces of mouting hardware for free. Very professional. This is the real deal. Thank you!

Mike was super helpful told me exactly what information he needed hung on the phone with me while I got the info from the car. Confirmed the info and checked if they had the part. they had the part and finished the job the same day I got the car there. They were recommended to me by a friend at a dealership who told me these guys are the experts for older cars and he was right. Great customer service called as soon as they were done. This was an insurance claim and the adjuster told me Mike was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Was Recently in a Accident and the Factory Camaro Exhaust System was on back order for 6 Months, and could not wait that long to get it fixed. I've had Excellent experiences in the past at this Muffler Shop. Mike does an outstanding job !! His craftsmanship is top notch and delivers top Quality Exhaust Systems and much more. I Cannot thank him enough! Even the guys at Caliber Collision saw the new Exhaust System and couldn't believe how Great it was and looked! Thank yo Mike. Highly recommend this Small Business. Bad experience, employe was full of him self. Quoted me $1,000 to install a resonator and or muffler on my vw. He also had no clue how the exhaust underneath a vw is supposed to look and tried telling me my car was messed up all he had to do was a simple google search, but did he? no.. over all the guy was rude from the time we arrived here, i had the same job done 160$ it came out great, this shops crazy for quoting me $1,000 then turning me away cause he can t do a simple google search. Stay away from this shop HE WILL OVER CHARGE YOU.

Had an exhaust package put on my Lexus GX 470 I received awesome service and fair pricing Had a cold one while I was waiting! What more could you ask for? I rarely write reviews. But these guys are great! Very helpful and friendly also does superior work. I had them alter my Volvo s piping for performance/sound and I am impressed as I drive AMGs daily. Highly recommended 10/10. Thanks again!!

Mike is one of the most talented and efficient welders and exhaust experts in Orange County. I just finished building my 74 C 10 Stepside. It was on open headers and built for the track. I brought him a set of Flowmaster mufflers and asked him to get it done in a day. Not only did he get it done between the hours of 11 and 430. But he also took the time to mandrel bend the entire system from scratch and made sure the geometry cleared my Dakota digital speedometer cable but also kept it away from my high pressure electrical fuel pump.I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their exhaust done or repaired on any level. Mike has it covered.

My Catalytic Converter was cut out from my work van and with it being rather loud...I didn't want to drive it anywhere. I called Mike @ Orange County Muffler and he was very helpful. He gave me his cell # and told me to send him 2 pics of the undercarriage. He saw what had happened, told me exactly what I needed to do & we began the process. He dealt with the insurance adjuster several times & ordered the part only to find out it was on National Backorder. He was able to put a rush on it, called me several times during the process and as soon as the part arrived, my van was finished shortly thereafter. I recently had a custom aluminized system made for my 87 Chevy Stepside. Mike gave gave me a spot-on quote and delivered in a day! I feel sorry I can't remember the tech's name, but he built me a gorgeous system!Magnaflow muffler, new CA certified CAT he had to find! Awesome job from a great crew! Heading back for more goodies! These guys are it!

Unfortunately Mike doesn't have a torch too heat exhaust pipes. Not only that he suggested taking my car to third world Santa ana. Not the experience i had hoped for. A simple exhust rattle against a frame rail that this shop was unable or unwilling to tackle. Don't waste your time.

This is one of the only muffler shops in the LA-OC area that has a mandrel bender, and will do mandrel bent exhausts. If you insist on quality products for your vehicle, or are unsatisfied with less than optimal quality, this is the place for you. They also have very competitive prices!

After watching Mullet Mike's advertisement on YouTube. I thought I'd give him a call on a 1983 Toyota Pickup I Already have Thorley Headers, Magnaflow high flow cat, Hooker Maximum Flow Muffler, and 15' Satellitestubing all 2 1/4" to install from the catalytic converter to the muffler he quoted $500-$600 with an additional $200 for the header install. Called another shop for the same job $165 for mandrel bending from the catalytic converter to the muffler and $325 with the header. Orange County Muffler is in my opinion a scam..

Best prices I could find by calling around to about 10 shop in Newport, Irvine and Santa Ana. Very fast and did a clean job. I had my catalytic converters changed out. Highly recommended!!!

Haven't been their but died laughing when i saw there commercial on youtube. Usually i skip past ads but this one was priceless, Definite must see. I would go to them if i was getting a muffler no doubt.

Mike fabricated exactly what I wanted; a mandrel bent, resonated X-pipe, and installed it. Very happy. Welds are clean and everything aligned perfectly.

Best place in Orange County to come for exhaust work. Especially custom. They will fabricate anything on the spot. Last old school muffler shop left.
