The Nissan of Costa Mesa is amazing dealer I ve ever seen before. I brought my cousin here on black Friday weekend to get the Armada. This is my third time purchased from them . Alex is the best guy at this location. He always has good mood and super helpful for everything. He has incredible customer service and always got me the good deal. Highly recommended if you need any help please go see him.

The Nissan of Costa Mesa is simply the best!I just picked up my 2022 Nissan Kicks from the service department after was involved in accident and end up there for some suspensions and Calibration works.The service department in general was very helpful and professional during the repair process! They did everything that they promised to do on timely matter with reasonable pricing! Jessica was the person in charge with Khalil and they did a superb service. I m very happy and recommend them to all my friends and family.Thank you guys!

Love going to Nissan to see my girl Jessica. She always helps me with my car even when i have attitude she still is willing to service my car. The service helps me every single time . Always are on top of it. Always fast and always honest. I know that she will tell me what and how to fix my car

I called to make an appointment to have work done for a safety recall on my car; the representative said they would order the needed part and it would be there on a specific date so I made an appointment for after the needed part was to arrive. When I arrived for my appointment I waited three hours only to be told they, in fact, did not order the part and would have to order it. This was a giant waste of time and I realized that workers here lie to you and tell you whatever they want to. I d highly recommend going to any other dealer unless you enjoy wasting time and having people lie to you while smiling.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic this is the place! I have been coming here with various issues for my Nissan Rogue and the people here are so caring and always available at short notice, the pricing is very reasonable and most importantly they do not charge me if there are no issues to be fixed. I recommend this particular dealership as I find them different from the other ones and I trust this particular service provider with all the issues that come up with my car. During my most recent visit I stopped for AC issues and Kal was there for me, resolved it and was super helpful. 5***** !

I decided to try maintenance at the CM Nissan instead of my usual Tustin service dept. Costa Mesa was very good and they took the time to look up my maintenance contract and tell me the time left on it. When I called Tustin they said only a service advisor could help me but I could never get anyone to pick up and even after leaving messages no one returned any of my calls.

i ve had a very challenging experience with car dealers. My situation was a very difficult one and a very challenged fico score. I can t say enough great things about Moe and the entire staff at Nissan of Costa Mesa now because they finally were able to give me a proved but because. I was upfront with them and they were upfront with me. No games it just so happens. That after initially being declined, they kept working on the file and I got a call about an hour later that I was approved. I love my new car, it checks all of the boxes. I am in the grocery delivery business. I am spending about 60 bucks a day in gas with my new Nissan kicks. I ll probably spend that a week. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Nissan in Costa Mesa that only for working real hard to me to deal happen. But also for working with me on the financials and not treating me any differently just because I had a low fico score. I certainly will be buying my next car from them.

Just got excellent customer service from Yaz Alturjman in the service department. He was attentive and listened well to my car concerns. I arrived this morning to get my car checked underneath after going through some potholes on the 405 freeway last night, expecting to have to pay a fee for the inspection and fixes. He took my car to his shop foreman, and they immediately went ahead and checked/tightened the clips, making sure everything was ok underneath, and even checked/ inflated my tires, at no cost to me! All under 15-20 minutes max. This helped me immensely. You guys rock.See Yaz and the shop foreman and his team if you want excellent car care who listens. Dealership is at a good location. Highly recommended!

ZERO stars if I could! Absolute WORST experience in my life. AVOID AT ALL COST. Nissan sold me a vehicle with UNSAFE engine and transmission mounts & refused to fix it! Jesse and Tom gave me the run around and their only resolution was to trade in my car which is their way to make a sell out of my situation. Just purchased the car and now it s deemed unsafe and not drivable, I'm left with a $4,000+ bill to fix it!!! They DO NOT do thorough inspections before selling a vehicle & they don t care about their customers. We will be reporting to better business bureau so this won t happen to anyone else. Find a better dealership that actually cares about integrity and accountability.

Brought my car in for an oil change and a recall regarding my Nissan rouge key. I was attended to immediately by Gabriel Torres along with another service rep. I did not have to wait long at all. Very quick and efficient!

I drove all the way from San Diego to get a car after speaking to Mo, we had a few things to work out and I when I couldn t get the car that day; he drove it down the next day. I appreciate them working with me and taking time after hours to help me get the car I searched for and thank you Mo and Jacob for going out of your way.

Went in with a few issues on my car and came out with everything fixed and left very satisfied! Fast work done by Brandon the Mechanic and not to mention Jaime my representative who guided me in all the right directions. Very patient with me as well and didn t make me feel like I had to wait a long time. Thank you for being very attentive Jaime. I appreciate you.

The reputation that Nissan has is just marketing, for the second time I have a problem with a new vehicle purchased from this brand, I have had to incur expenses due to the poor advice and response from the sales team and manager of this headquarters, I have not yet I understand how a vehicle with 1 day of delivery already has sensor problems and additionally must wait 1 month for a response that they do not have, I must pay for a vehicle that I do not have and incur expenses without having any solution from you, if anyone question I will say that of all the possible brands Nissan takes the award for the worst of all and avoid buying it. Bad advice, bad response and excessive expenses is what I will say when you ask my experience with you

I called before heading to the dealership asking about a car on their website that was advertised at a certain price and they said that the price wouldn t change due to it being a Black Friday special but when I got there I was hit with a price that was twice the amount said because they added accessories like a gps tracker and protective coating on paint and interior. I talked to 2 managers about how I didn t want any of the accessories but according to them they won t sell it without it. I m very dissatisfied and disappointed because they didn t let me know beforehand about any accessories and I drove 1 hour with the hope of leaving with a car at the price they said. They wasted my time and I will never go back and I don t recommend going here.

I got there a little early and they started servicing right away , in about a 1/2 hour it was completed , when check what was done I was very satisfied a place that will return always return to have my vehicle service always !!!!! Excellent place A VERY FRIENDLY STAFF very good atmosphere while it all got done they offered me fresh water & coffee, and alsoI m a die hard RAIDER FAN to all RAIDER NATION their staff at Costa Mesa Nissan mostly are RAIDER FANS ( FAMILY ). Comment To Excellence . I ll recommend to all Costa Mesa Nissan to all looking for a vehicle

The dealer who assisted my mom from this establishment was unprofessional, disrespectful and a liar, I wish I can give no stars. I had a bad feeling about the person who was helping my mom. He also told my mom that people tip him $100-$200 when he helps them and my mom tipped him as well. He used the money to buy himself dinner in front of her. He harassed me by continuously calling and texting my phone to sign papers for a car. He said he would come by my job to sign them and I told him I will call the police if he tried it. Now my moms old car she tried to use for down payment cannot be sold. He lied to my mom and she trusted him with helping her get a better car. I will never come to this dealer again.

The sales team made promises they did not keep. The finance guy added 11,000. To our loan worth of warranties that he insisted we had to purchase. They lied about the features included in the vehicle. Despite the fact we told them we would return with a bank check from our credit union, they sent the contract through Nissan Finance. They lived up to the cliche of the shady car dealer.

Love this place and it's staff! Saw a car online, went in, and bought it all under 2 hours! The service was fantastic. Not pushy like other dealerships! Definitely worth the drive! Recommend to all of my friends.

Everyone was very friendly! I felt comfortable compared to other car dealerships I have been too. My salesman was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me. I can tell that everyone has a great relationship at this dealership, everyone seems to work efficiently together, like a work family. I ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends, colleagues, and family. I am enjoying my new car and I feel great about my purchase.

Don't bother coming. I read through the 1-star comments but still gave them the benefit of the doubt since I live close nearby. I went inside and spoke with a salesman who sat me down and said the car that I saw on the internet was sold and the other car I was interested is not at this location. Bait and switch...don't waste your time and precious money. Go to another dealership.

Leo was extremely cooperative when going over the used cars that I had asked to see and helped cater to my wish of having a car similar to my honda civic showing me the Senturo and Versa. Did not try to push a new car like you would expect but went over advantages and disadvantages of each option

I was completely satisfied with the cordial service that was received. Everything was explained to me and any questions that I had were answered to my satisfaction. They asked how I was doing while I was waiting for my car and that was appreciated. All the associates were very friendly.

Waited for three hours to be then given extortionately high prices for work that needed to be carried out on the car. Nothing was fix and they still charged me. Will not recommend or revisit again.
