After our mechanic of many years started ripping us off, had to find a new place. I always see Mesa taking my son to school. Our Ford Edge started acting up, so decided to give it a shot. Michelle at the front desk is awesome. They replaced a fuel injector and the price was super fair. Even gave me a ride to my house since it was so close by. Our Edge is running awesome now, and we have found our new mechanic !

HARD WORKING, HONEST SHOP Took my 2010 CVPI with a CEL on & rough idle. AC was not functioning properly either. Intake manifold is warped & no other shop would offer me a repair under $2,000. (I checked 3 other shops in O.C.)RESULTS & EXPERIENCE: Mesa is a VERY clean shop, waiting room was spotless, parking lot was immaculate which is not the norm for auto repair shops. (Just check my pics.) Scott got back to me the following day with an estimate of needed repairs, once approved he got right back to work. Despite the serious problems my car had, Scott fixed it within 48 hours. I was expecting 4-5 days?!? It's been several days since the repair, everything is great! Ice cold AC, no check engine light, smooth idle = AWESOME!OVERALL:I read a few people's complaints before going to Mesa & I have to say NO REPUTABLE BUSINESS installs random parts YOU provide, that's non-sense. You cannot buy cheap parts, stolen parts, scrap-yard parts and have a professional shop install them since they would be on the hook if they failed. Grab a clue As for my 1st impression of Scott, he appears to be a man of his word, operates the cleanest automotive shop I have ever seen & he got things fixed at 1/4 the cost of other quotes.Anyhow, I never leave reviews to curry favor or when asked to by the business in question - why would I waste my time being a review shill? If you have a check engine light on, need honest repairs, then check out Mesa Center Automotive - it was a cool experience for me & most of the people whining about "windshield wipers" and using their own "cheap parts" are delusional at best.Thanks again Scott have a good one bud!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have been going to Mesa Center Automotive for over 8 years now...so happened I found this place from 4 separate people who recommended this place in one week...the workers are always friendly and awesome...and they do excellent service and maintenance on my car...they are also a great place to get a second opinion...always professional...

I took my Altima to Mesa Automotive in Costa Mesa and I couldn t be happier.Scott took care of me like I was a long time customer. This was my first visit to Mesa Auto. I thought I needed a new Transmission and Scott drove it and said I need one new wheel bearing.An hour later I was driving home happy as can be. I ll be back as this is now my new favorite mechanic shop. Michelle in the office was also Very helpful.Great Place, Clean as can be. I thought I was at a dealership until I got the bill. I ll be back!!

Looking for a mechanic who gets it done, on time, communicates with you, no bs? Prices are fair and the job is done right. Michelle in the front office is great. She will either have or get the answer to any question and explain it so I will understand. (female over 50)Best thing: I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off.Thank you to everyone at Mesa !

I have been coming here for 13 years and my family has been coming even longer. they are the only mechanics that have service my 2005 Camry since I bought it. Now they are servicing my 2013 Hyundai. Mesa Center is family owned, they are genuine nice and honest people and run a clean garage, they won't rip you off. They will take you to work and pick you up if needed. that is good ole fashion customer service!

I took my car in for a 30,000 mile serviceThey told me I needed a new battery and showed concern that I might get stranded somewhere if I didn t do it right then. I thought it strange because 1.I hadn t had any signs of a weak battery 2. My battery was not that old. I called my husband and he said no you do not need a battery. When I past on getting it again they were very concerned for me.I was supposed to have a 30 mile service which I did not realize I hadn t gotten until I made an appointment with another auto service and we looked over my invoice and I was not given a 30,000 mile service. That s why I would not recommend Mesa Center

They won't let you provide your own parts so that's a big RED FLAG for me . if they won't let you provide your own parts and they insist on a diagnostic fee, go somewhere else. any auto repair service worth their salt will provide a labor-only cost and let you bring your own part with you to save a little of your own hard-earned money . There's NO reason whatsoever that the exact same part if you buy it it's $300 but if they provide it, it's $600

I went there because my wiper blades woudn't move up and down and this dude named scott apparently did not know what i was talking about. How hard is that to explain? This guy is not a mechanic. They can't swap engines and not even head gaskets

I was visiting on vacation with a broken AC. Kim, you couldn t have been more accommodating if you tried! Not only does my AC really fit a place to hang meat (lol), because of you, I didn t miss one minute of my vacation Thank you all
