THIS IS MY CAR AFTER I PAY AN INTERIOR DETAIL $150!! They said 2hrs and it took 4hrs.After 3 hours my car was ready, but when I got to the car it looked they didn t clean at all my painel and console (the soda I dropped on the console was there). So I showed how dirty it was and the guy took almost another hour to clean the car again and still gave me the car like this. It s not a interior detail, they vacuum and wipe your car! That s it

They said they re open until 4 pm on Sunday, showed up at 3:30pm, they re not taking anymore cars. Showed up the Monday after Tropical Storm Hilary which struck last summer on Sunday. Google sad they would be open on Monday, they were closed all day. Both the owner and the manager of this place are too lazy to update their hours on Google.

It's just a car wash like at a gas station, they don't even provide those clean towels like other car washes, just a vacuum and air hose. I had to go and finish cleaning my car somewhere else, not a good look guys !

The prices are extremely reasonable and there is a spacious indoor/outdoor waiting area. I could see that the employees were doing a diligent job cleaning the car as they scrubbed the inside of the cup holders, in between the seats, and hit all the spots that often go missed at other car washes. Overall, I was very satisfied with my Diamond Wash and I will return.

Been coming here for the past 4 years management changes, but service is still great. Sunday morning is when I go anything after 11am you'll be waiting just about 1 hour to complete your car.

I have been searching for a full service carwash since 2021. Oh my the prices for a basic wash has gone up to $40. I found one foe $25, was there for 2 hours. I found this one and I love it!!!!Pricing starys at $13.99. In and out in under an hour and my car is detailed clean.I paid $39.99, because my car was super dirty inside from being ungaraged for 6 weeks and dogs I do not own.I did try the $13.99 a month later. Still great service and clean. This place knows how to compete with the 5 Express self service car washes.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I brought my car here to be washed. It was very dirty and I thought for sure that it may have to go through the wash twice, but it only had to be taken through once and it came out clean. They did a great job vacuuming the inside, cleaning the interior and exterior. It looked almost brand new considering how old my car is. The wheels and tires were nice and clean. The staff is so nice and friendly. I am very impressed and plan on making Newport Mesa Car Wash my go to car wash. I may even start going there for oil changes as well.

As a full time worker and student I'm usually very limited on time. Making sure my car is clean at all times is very important for me. I love going to this car wash. Their customer service is beyond great, the workers are very respective and polite, it takes 5-7 minutes and their prices are very affordable. I love their vacuum area. Thanks to this place my car is shining clean after each wash.

I didn't wanna leave a bad review since the guys do a good job at the cleaning part... Brought in my brand new 2023 black supra for a hand wash and ended up with swirl marks on the paint. Don't even know what to do at this point... just depressing.

Bad customer service by Leo, he s supposed to be the Manager but has no manners and respect to be one . Had been going there for a few years for a $30 truck wash then wanted to bump the price to $50 for a basic wash . I could have understood a price increase but He was rude about it so F that NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Owner needs new Management Team before he goes out of business.

Had a great first experience here. They gave me $30 off on an interior detail since it was my first time, and did an amazing job on my car. Very hard workers and really nice people working here!

I have been coming here for over two years now. They are very friendly and their work is up to par with my expectations.Different services, ranging from the quick hand wash to the thorough detailing, with varying prices that seem right. Hablan espa�ol, aunque a m� me hablan en ingl�s porque no parezco latino.There's a comfy waiting room. I've never asked if they have WiFi because it's never that long of a wait. They usually take less time than they say they will.

My friend puked all over my brand new car after going a little too hard on the 4th of July. We took it here and they made it look like it did after driving it away from the dealership. Great service and they even had a sense of humor to boot. Definitely recommended to anyone who wants a full service inside and out car wash.

I live nearby. But tried many other spots in the area. These guys are the best for no BS. Just cleaning cars. No markups like at most places. No extra charges for BIG TRUCKS. No extra charges for DOG HAIR. Price is cheap. $25 for the full diamond super whatever wash. Not the best car wash I ve ever got. But gets my vote for the price and friendly no bs wash. Thanks!

This car wash is one of the best places to take your vehicle that i have found in all my 20 years of car wash ,detailing and oil change services in all southern California !! Just ask for Chewy to help you ! Tell him i sent you and he might give you some extra monthly deals !!

Random dirty spots that had been missed all throughout the car. Windows were mostly clean, but again, random dirty spots. The worst though was that I began to smell oil coming through my A/C vents on my drive home. When I got home, I checked under the hood and sure enough, they had not secured the oil cap. It was just sitting loosely on top of the hole. Thank good the cap didn't fall off. Oil all over my engine. And it smells like oil when I run my A/C. Too add insult to injury, there was no air freshener in the car either. And for some reason when my car came out, the service attendant took my receipt from me. So now I need to find the transaction on my bank history.I called this morning to speak to management, but no one answered. It just rang and rang. In short, I will not be returning to this location and would advise the same.

Their business says they're open until 5pm. They wouldn't accept our car for a car wash when we came at 4:50pm. The front desk person told me they stop taking cars at 4:45pm. I asked him to please change their hours on Google so this doesn't happen to anyone else. He gave every excuse as to why cannot do this. I have no respect for this kind of victimhood or customer service.

Awful customer service, the guy (I believe he was the owner) was more concerned about telling the detailers about his crazy weekend than paying attention to customers and their needs. It was an inconvenience for him to stop his conversation and take care of me. Left my car running while he went over and finished his conversation. My car looked fine, could have paid $5 less and gotten the same thing down the street with better customer service. Never going back

Took my car in here for an oil change and they were 2 quarts short on filling it. I took my sisters car here and they didn t tighten the filter so the filter leaked oil. I tried calling to get the rest of the oil put in my car and they never answered. It s a cheap oil change but you get what you pay for

I took my Tacoma and my PT Cruiser here at the same time to get both a full detail with clay, etc. When they called me at 6pm to pick up the cars, they were still frantically working on the PT cruiser as they were closing shop. I didn't really have time to look things over but once I got home, I realized they probably didn't do half the work the were supposed to do. I'm positive they did not clay either of the cars or polish the head lights. The dash and hard surfaces in both cars was streaked and splotchy and both cars still had white streaks and wax in all the groves and molding. I had to spend over an hour going back over it myself with a towel. They did a horrible job and charged me over $300 for both cars for this hack job. Instead of just admitting they couldn't finish in time, they half-assed it and then tried to tell me how good it looked. I will never waste my time on these guys again. Go to a real detailing place. These guys suck and aren't apologetic about it.

Horrible vacuum job and when I showed the manager the hair still in the floor on the mat in the front seat, he said, "it's really hard to get pet hair so if you want better job you need to pay for a full detail." Holy crap. I've never heard such nonsense and have never had a car wash not vacuum nor complain. Horrible place. I'll never return and recommend staying away.

Do not use this carwash at all costs. I brought my new car here given the advertisement for a brushless "hand wash." The result was tiny scratches all over the paint. They use hard, old towels and cheap chemicals that will damage your paint job. When I informed the manager, "Sam," about this, he was a complete jerk, denied any liability (even though the car is two days old and had never been washed other than here), and told me to leave. I am in the process of making complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Ripoff Report, and encourage anyone even considering using this wash to stay away. See the below review which also discusses scratches showing up on a new car. Apparently this place has made no efforts to correct its ways.

For a car wash, a picture is worth a thousand words. Came here on New Years Eve and opted for their "Extensive Super Clean" $49.99 package and from the pictures you can get a sample of how "clean" it is. The wheels still had brake dust (and they weren't stuck on either) and the side mirrors wasn't even cleaned. Water was dripping when you open the door and the trunk.The interior was worse.. although they did clean the vents and door there was lot of over spray. They did clean my weather tech mats, but literally "threw"it back in the car.Nonetheless I didn't want to make a fuss and still gave them a tip because it's New Year Eve.

The next best thing to the original Costa Mesa car wash that was closed down on Harbor. More expensive but a very nice job. And the hubby enjoys the vibrating loungers.

Wow I just got back from a two-week driving vacation over 3500 MI did not wash the cars during the whole trip got back home completely covered in stuck on bugs and other wonderful nasty little things on the windshield car was completely thrashed outside and inside purchased the medium car wash was so surprised on how clean inside and out extremely happy tipped the guy extra money from what I was planning to tip because the inside was so spotless if you haven't tried this car wash try it try it try it you will not be sorry

So when I got a new car and saw this place had a LivingSocial Deal I signed up to see for myself.-Clean facility-Polite staff-Top quality serviceAnd a new manager whom I would steal away if I had a customer facing business.

These guys were great. They did a bucket wash and had me out of there in 15 minutes!
