I have had all of my warranty service work and all accessories installed by Massimo Vespa Shop in Costa Mesa Ca. Very pleased with the work performed and the courteous and candid opinion from the owner Massimo who always takes time out to answer my questions. Highly recommend his work and business 5 Star customer service!

I don't know what to say - probably the most trustworthy vespa shop I've ever been. My LX 150 didn't run faster than 40MPH, I went to the dealership and some other shops they quoted the fix for about $1200, and Massimo fixed it for $150, just because he was about to find out what needed to be fixed!Love this place

Massimo was helpful, to say the least. He was aware I was doing a friend a favor (fixing his scooter) so conscious/worked with my budget issues on a more friendly level that a lot of my actual "friends".Highly suggested if you're scooter needs help!

I'd give Massimo 15 STARS if I could. I was in a bind, he stopped what he was doing and got me in and out in 15 minutes for a very fair price. Very highly recommended. Thank you again!!

Not only was Massimo (owner) kind, but he also took his time on my scooter, didn't rush to fix it all. When he fixed my Vespa the first time he physically showed me what he did different to the scooter - not all mechanics do this. He even saved the oil and old parts to show me what they looked like before he replaced them. If you're looking for someone to fix your Vespa, Massimo's is the way to go.

Massimo is the only person l trust with my PX200. It's 22 years old, but runs way better than new. He's installed a Malossi cylinder and new crank with increased intake timing. He is an expert and a nice guy as well.

I contacted shop on a Saturday to have my front fender installed and was told to bring in my Vespa on a week day and leave it for a couple days. I was good with that because I saw several videos on doing this and it was more than I could handle.Over that weekend I took a ride and got stranded. To make matters worse my under seat lock auto and manual release would not work. I was able to get it towed home. That Monday morning I took my Vespa down to Massimo to have him fix it. I informed him of what happened and he said that he'd look at it and that he probably would not get to it till next week because he was busy. I didn't have a problem with that as I expected to wait for it as this is riding season. I left my information and went home.To give a bit of background I purchased my Vespa is used and it wasn't in the best of conditions but still rode. I only did minimal work on it myself but did not do any major work on it. It is not in perfect condition but still fun to ride. The next day I get a call from Massimo that he is sending me an invoice for the work and that he wanted to know if I wanted to fix the cable release for the under seat lock because that will be expensive. I told him to give me a price for it because it needed to get fixed. He provided me a quote and I was good with it. I received another call from him a day later that whoever worked on this bike before left off a bunch of nuts and bolts and that my rear shock was about to fall off. Also that the under fender was missing and this will allow dirt and crud to fly all over the carburetor area. I had him also swap out the wheels to a set that I had powder coated and new tires put on. While replacing the rear wheel he noticed my brake pads were almost to metal and needed to be replaced. I told him to go ahead and fix the issues since they are safety issues. From our conversations I got the feeling he was truly concerned with the issues he found and wasn't just trying to make a buck but pointed out things that could potentially harm or kill you. I received a call from him on Thursday letting me know that the Vespa was ready for pickup. Of course I was excited to get it back so I drove down there to load it in my van and bring it home. He showed me all the things that he fixed worked now, and all the items he replaced. My brake pads really needed to get replaced and very happy he did it. He even helped me load it back into my van.In all I would definitely be taking my bike back for any issue to Massimo. He cares and looks out for his customers. He is sincere and a genuine person which is difficult to find these days. If you need your Vespa worked on, I definitely would recommend him.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Brake service & repair

I wouldn't have any other mechanic work on my Vespa. Thanks to Massimo I racked up 24,000 miles on my first Vespa, et4.My second Vespa ran to 36,000 plus miles. After losing some power I had Massimo switch out the engine for my spare engine, 7,000 on it when I purchased it 6 yrs ago. I have already put 250 miles on the replacement engine without a hickup.
