This place is so cool!!! Such a fantastic experience with the people here, always so nice, to the point and never felt taken advantage of. Competitive pricing and friendly service every time!!!Got my chain, brakes, tires all done by them over time. Would do more with them but my BMW bike is so specific with its stuff. But I keep coming back!! The place is a little dirty but for the quality and price of their work, I'll take it any day!!!

Went into Mach 1 about two months ago and they quoted me on a flat repair for $60 for the labor (I provided the parts).. I brought my bike back in today Friday 12/15 to get the same flat repaired. This time they quoted me for $250. Once again I provided the parts. I mentioned that the last time they repaired my flat they only charged $60. I asked why they were going to charge me 4x for the same repair. The response I received was very rude and dismissive. They claimed that mechanic said they did not know how to fix the flat. If you don t like getting price gouged then I wouldn t recommend bringing our bike to Mach 1. Very rude and unethical. It felt like they were just trying to quote me with an astronomical price to see if I would pay it.

A good little shop that know motorcycles, and are more than capable of handling whatever repair yours may need. Very busy, so keep that in mind when estimating a turn around time. Overall above satisfactory and a 4 star shop!

Prices are reasonable compared to other shops. I was recommended to go here and it was a great experience. Paid what I was quoted over the phone , work was completed at quoted time, no issues at all.

I took my bike in for repairs and the motorcycle needed more than expected. I meet with Joe, which he is very knowledgeable of what is needed for the customer and the best turn around for you to be back on the road. If you need repairs on a foreign or domestic motorcycle, try this shop. It's small but the crew is good and experienced.

One of the best places you can take your motorcycle for service, repair, or diagnosis, in SoCal. I am a 12 year customer. Trust me , Long Mach, is "Thee Man" . It's CRaZy how knowledgeable that man is.

This is the best motorcycle shop in Orange County, hands down. This is the last of the ol' school, professional VIP treatment for you & your bike. .. Great family-owned business and Family -like service.

If you're looking for a place to take your bike, look no further. This shop is incredible. Their knowledge of bikes, honesty in what needs to be done and general welcoming nature of the staff is top notch. Add this to the fact their prices are fair and the work is solid, there's nowhere else you should be going.

Love bringing my bikes here, owner and the other mechanics are experienced riders and have been working on bikes for years! Very knowledgeable, upfront and very straightforward with you! There not only to repair or service your bike, but also to help you understand the bike/job you there for better so that worst/best case scenario in the future you can do it yourself if you wanted! Great shop!

Very understanding and helpful. I needed help figuring out how to get to the rear master cylinder. They showed me how without pressure to have them do the work or charging for their time. I did have them change a tire and clean the wheels bead. It was a fair price.

These guys are awesome! Blew a tire on the freeway at 5 pm on a Saturday. Limped it in and in 30 minutes back on the road. Super helpful! Price was better than fair. Go check it out for yourself, you won't be sorry. I will now drive 90 miles from my home to use these guys. Yes I was very impressed.

Great shop. I've been doing business with them for years. I love that they do a quality control check on any fasteners that were removed/reinstalled during the service, and then do a quick test ride to ensure the bike is safe and ready for delivery.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil changeServices: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

If you have a motorcycle and you need service I highly recommend Mach 1 as they are very thorough and do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I will not go anywhere else as they have always treated me right.

Make sure you ask for pricing upfront, and then make sure you remind them about that once you get there. They doubled the price after I got there, it looks like they have dropped the ball in the past year or so.I used to tune up my motorcycles for the past 5 years with them, but now I have found a better, honest and easy to deal shop.

Tune ups are pretty standard. They're good with that. Printing up front is what you pay. But be advised, if they are repairing anything major, ask them what else could go wrong. I had my fork's seals changed and somehow they continued to leak afterwards and they told me that it was rust on the forks. Had I known that, I would have probably replaced the forks too.

Very happy with the service and reliability of the staff at Mach1. My 2006 yamaha R1 got fixed with a really good and reasonable price. Highly sophisticated mechanics. Highly recommend this shop. Best

I Recomend you go here. Ask for long, he is the owner and will do his best to be at your service and to fix whatever problem you are having with your bike if it is something he or his team can do. They have helped me greatly and I owe them so much I am buying them all lunch soon in greatfullness of what a great job they have all done as I am a college student. I would recommend talking to Sam, bill, or even Richard! They all are knowledgeable about bikes and you could learn a thing or two from them. This is why I recommend Mach 1 to many of my friends and hope they stay in business, these guys are simply awesome!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Even while busy they were able to get me in and out of there. Not that I'm looking forward to my bike breaking in the near future, but I'll be looking forward to coming back next time my bike needs something.

My friends told me to go to Mach 1 for my classic honda. I must admit I was skeptical when I first arrived there. The shop is in an old building right off newport blvd, so that makes it super easy to find. When I came to pick up my bike they never told me any price and they charged 600$ and didn't fix anything!!!!! Then they told me I needed an entire new motor. Then they said they wouldn't fix it. Later I took it to another shop and found out the stuck a bunch of washers in the carbs which they said was the stupidest thing anyone could ever do. The owner told me it was running good when he first tested it after they did the work... YEAH RIGHT!! there's no way it was running good then magically 10 minutes later it was worse then when I brought it.The way he does business is totally illegal, please don't ever take your bike here. I have no idea how they have any decent reputation at all!

This shop used to be busy because they had knowledgeable mechanics. Its no longer as busy as it used to be, and I see why. Lately, they're been nothing but hacks to me. Last time, they put the front tire on backwards on my sports bike. The owner, Long, apologized and said he'd take of me next time. He knew i was a regular for years. This time i went in for an insurance estimate and they DRILLED the frame trying to get a bolt out. Automatically, that meant the frame needed to be replaced (any famage to a motorcycle frame in California makes it so). I only asked for an estimate, and i got a ton of damage. Worst oart? He apologized but still billed me for "storage" and "estimate". Unbelievable.

Best motorcycle repair in Orange County - PERIOD! Fast, honest, reliable, and I have never had to bring my bike back on any work they have ever done. They have always gotten it right the first time. I have taken my sport touring Yamaha FJR there, my brothers Hayabusa, and now my bagger-cruiser. They do great work on any kind of bike. If I had to take my bike anywhere else for service, I would probably not even own a bike.

These guys at Mach 1 are helpful and reasonable. I go here every time I change tires. Just bring your rim and tire they mount and balance. They offer a lot more services also.

Wow, great experience. The guys at Mach One are great. Very smart, very fair, worth more than what you spend. These guys took great care of my bike, and explained everything to me, I am no expert but I understood more after talking to these pro's. Thanks guys!

They sucker you in with cheap fast work, inexperienced with new technology bikes, they replace oem parts with shitty parts. They zip tie fairings. These guy are a joke and only skilled at older bikes. Rip off for any other repair work. feed you bullshit. over all a shitty grimey messy disorganized place. Good for tire change and minor work only. they do not go above and beyond and over charge. Lies to your face. read the 5 star comments and they are all novice people with novice issues.

Do NOT bring a Buell to Mach1! They do not have the tools or knowledge to even change a back tire. They wanted to remove one time use hardware and re-use it. Apparently, they do it all the time, according to the owner. First off the tech didn't loosen the pinch bolts before he took an impact wrench to the rear axle. Then he could not get the tire off the wheel and wanted to remove the pulley. I told him that you have to replace the hardware if you remove it and he said it would be fine and they would line it up by eye. Really by eye? Also I gave the tech all the relevant torque specs. He used that impact wrench again. I will never bring a bike here again!
