We have been dealing with lucid for about a month. The communication is horrible. They have delayed our pick up 1x 24 hours before the time and today about 1 hr before. Keep in mind both times I called to verify because they are flakey. If I had not called we would of wasted our time going there. I hope the car is better than the company. So far not impressed with company.if Hewitt is you delivery rep be prepared to be ignored and not communicated with.

Bought a NEW Lucid a month ago. The first 3 weeks of ownership was spent in service. We get it back and week later it needs to go back to service. This car is a joke. The service department, sales, depart, Regional manager, manager, district manager, are all jokes. They can care less. Should a new $165K car be in the shop the first month of ownership ? Oh and the rotars showed rusted, wheel parts missing, seat material bent up and delivery of the car was very dirty. Car and company very unprofessional. but again.. nothing but warning lights etc. .. I am keeping good records as this will be a lemon law issue I am betting.

I had an excellent experience with the Costa Mesa Lucid service team Chris and William in particular. It took a minute to get my car in the system, but after that, it was top notch all the way. The service time was reasonable, and Chris offered me a great loaner Air. All service was done to my satisfaction, and the communication was outstanding. The service team spotted something that I had not, and they fixed it without asking even though it was not their responsibility well done, Lucid!

Overall, the facility is very clean and looks very professional. Staff were very friendly and offered you water, coffee, and flavors of carbonated water. Unveiling was cool, but after inspecting the vehicles, there were some issues that would have to make an appointment to come back and get those issues resolved. Delivery advisor went through some details of the car features and programming and set up a mobile app. I will give Lucid a chance to correct those issues since all new EVs are not perfect.

Lucid representative (Hewitt Ng) handled my delivery and what a fiasco that was. Delivery was meant to be on a certain day but was delayed by 4 days. He told me truck driver pulled over at a truck stop in route because he got sick but was never picked up. He gave no updates, and I had to constantly call/text/email for updates. I dealt with Russell who was helpful and Ariel to finally getting my car. Dealing with multiple unknown people got me concerned with fraud, so I called Lucid HQ to confirm if both these people were actual employees because they seemed to only be worried about me sending money. I wanted to speak to a manager/supervisor about this poor experience, but I have yet to get a call from upper management. I expected so much more from a luxury BEV company . I come from 2 Teslas household and understand the delivery process.The car is amazing to put it lightly.

Customer service is superb! Steve the service manager is wonderful, and their staff Art & Chris are super friendly and very professional. Their cars are beautiful, clean and well maintained and they take great care of their customers.Highly recommend this business.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company's customer service team. When I tried to contact them with a question, I was put on hold for an extremely long time and then eventually disconnected. When I finally got through to someone, they were unhelpful and seemed to have no interest in resolving my issue. It was frustrating and disheartening to deal with such poor customer service, and I will be avoiding this company in the future.

The service department is the worst been communicating by email and they swear a manager is going to call me and no call but they reply with someone is going to call you the car is nice but the service is atrocious almost non existent I'm giving you a few more days and I'm moving to my next step
