Victor, John and Eric did an amazing job. I can always trust Jiffy Lube to give me great service.I let them know we were driving cross country so we wanted to make sure everything was safe. They went above and beyond and discovered my battery needed to be replaced. They didn't have the one I needed but they directed me to multiple locations that carried it. I appreciate these gentlemen!

Great Service and super fast. 10 minutes flat!!! Better than waiting an hour and half at the dealer!! Victor and his crew were great. Granted I was the only car there but still.... definitely great.

Came here recently for an oil change. I was very pleased with how fast it was and the customer service was excellent! The employees I interacted with very friendly, professional, and my favorite-did not push anything on me! They gave me the info on what I will need in the future for my car but there was no pressure, and I really appreciated that. There are always coupons online, make sure to save one on your phone. I'll be back soon!

Excellent service and advise. Trust them when I need a second opinion. Rudy is top at what he does and knows"Edit"Yes. Especially at that location. I don't have a lot of experience with Jiffy Lube, but from what I can tell, they have an excellent work ethic and drive. Great performance. Will absolutely return

RJ was excellent in communicating me through the process. I felt respected and that RJ and the other staff were thorough in their work. It was my first time doing an oil change at a Jiffy Lube, and overall I was very satisfied with the experience.

I used to get good service elsewhere, but at this branch Jiffy lube has become iffy lube! After 25 minutes waiting in my car not being attended to, I had to drive away. never again for me.

The staff is amazing here, there is woman who works there that goes above and beyond, I wish I got her name, dark curly hair. She has amazing customer service, I have even taken my beach cruiser in for air in the tires, they are helpful every since time.

I was in town just briefly and badly needed an oil change. David is the manager and when I called he assured me he had time to take care of it. I went over there and not only did they take care of it they were also able to rotate my tires. I was treated like Family and everything was done in about 30 Minutes. I want to Thank David and his crew for their hard work and professionalism. You guys were great.

The staff was helpful changing my bulbs on my turn signals, my wipers blades as well as my oil . Roger Danny and Dylan were some of the ones that assisted me . My truck is running smoother because of them.

service is not good, had negative experience today. Really all the staff had to do was say we are busy. Be with you in 5.10.15 name the time. But sat there 10 while being ignored and blatant attempts to avoid eye contact. Rather than communicate

These guys sure hustle! Stopped by here one late afternoon and, with all 4 bays full and 3 cars in line waiting, they had me out of there in under 20 minutes. Very courteous and everyone has a smile. Will be back!

I needed an annual inspection done for the ride share company I work for. Jiffy lube provides this service. The team was fast and professional. Quick shout out to Alyjai for being super personable.

Danny, the manager, and Jonathan, one of the technicians, were extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond (in my opinion) any level of service that I have received at a Jiffy Lube. I will keep coming back and I recommend you to do the same!

Friendly and inept.First, I have an odd car. It's a Caterham 7 with a Ford engine, and I called ahead in advance to double check they could perform an oil change and lube my rear bushings. Another nearby lube shop had no trouble, but had gone out of business so I was looking for a new one. "No problem!" I drive up, and the manager comes out to tell me at a glance they won't have a filter. He's in a hurry. One of the techs asks what kind of engine I have, then contradicts the manager. Sure they do. The techs are friendly, the manager wants to flip cars quickly. Makes sense.Anyway, I'm charged $50 for a filter and 4L of synthetic oil, $45 for labor. Ouch. Then they give me the false list of everything they checked. Wipers, washer fluid, tire pressure, differential fluid, air filter, chassis lube, serpentine belt, lights, brake fluids, window wash... All of that says "checked" or "full" and they didn't even check one of them. I asked. Whatever, I'll do it myself. At least the techs are friendly. I did ask them to grease the rear suspension like the other lube shop does, it develops a squeak once a year if you don't. They said they had. They hadn't. Then they say it can't be done. Other shops did it no problem. Whatever.Driving away, I see smoke coming out from my engine bay within two blocks. Pull over and take the hood off... There's oil everywhere. They didn't put the oil cap back on. Fund the cap by the battery, put it back on, drive back, ask them to clean the bay and the top of my hood where oil has splattered through the hood vents and onto the aluminum hood. They immediately begin greasing and scratching the hood with dirty shop rags. Eventually I got them to use cleaners and water. I still need to repolish the hood and detail the engine bay.All in all, it took 85 minutes (four metric Jiffys) and $100 to do about $200 damage to the vehicle, replace four quarts of oil, and hopefully put on the right filter. It almost couldn't go worse, but I'm giving an extra star because the tech did try to make it right, even if feebly.

EMARI C. was incredible, so knowledgable and personable. She made what could have been a very frustrating situation (because of the dealership who last did my oil change) into a moment I was thankful that I went there. She was so helpful and went over and beyond to make sure I was safe out on the roads. I cannot say enough about the team and Emari at this Jiffy Lube location.

**Not Dodge Friendly**I brought my 2019 Ram Promaster for an oil change. Employee "Elijah" came up and told me they probably can't work on my car. I asked why, I get an oil change all the time from them.He then fact check me, asked to scan the barcode on my car and then threw it in my face that I haven't been there since 2021.He walked away and came back a minute later and said he didn't have my filter in stock and walked away.I googled another location 15 minutes away and flagged another employee and asked if they could call for me to verify if they have my filter at that location.He asked Elijah if they can call to verify and Elijah said "tell him to call himself" right in front of me.The other employee apologized and said he would have called but Elijah's his boss.Really disappointed.

I went in for an oil change on 1/2/23 and had my coolants topped off. They must not have closed the cap all the way as today the coolant cap came undone and spewed coolant all over my engine bay. I had to stop and clean what I could and refill it again once it cooled. I've never had that issue before and was able to drive the rest of the day without issue except now my intake smells horrible and my engine bay has coolant all over. Bad service. Wouldn't recommend. Update: 2 weeks later and the cap has had no further issues showing it was the service.Service: Oil change

I'm here now, great owner ,great service..... I drive a lot to pick a location and know they are good people to do business with . If I ever stop by I will definitely stop here again. They only use Pennzoil.

I've been coming here for years and have always had fast and efficient service. I feel like David is always the one helping me and OMG! He's the best! He and the rest of the men there are always polite and courteous to not only myself, but everyone in the shop. As a female running an oil change errand alone, I've never felt uncomfortable or pressured into up selling. I would recommend this place and David to ANYONE!!!! Great job guys!!!! Keep it up!!!

First time here and had an amazing experience. Pulled right in and Danny, Freddy, and Paul quickly jumped into action. Within 15 mins. my Oil was changed, fluids topped off, and tires filled to the proper PSI and I never even got out of my truck. David and his crew are fantastic! I had my oil changed they offered me a $15 coupon making it about $85 for synthetic oil and they checked my tire pressure, topped off fluids, etc. They're fast and friendly. Took less than 20 minutes 5 o'clock on a Thursday. Will visit again!

Manager, David, was very helpful and informative. Dropped off my BMW, oil changed, fluids topped, windshield cleaned, and light vacuuming in under 20 minutes. Plus, they top off any fluids for free anytime you bring it back in. Very impressed with their service. Highly recommended.
