I had a positive experience w Honest-1! They quickly let me know that my control arms bushings were all worn out, and the cost. I called another shop which I usually go to, and they gave me a higher quote and said it would take 1-2 days. So I got it done w Honest-1 who happen to get it done by the end of the day! Happy w the service and customer care!! Thanks! Alena

Amazing!!! My boyfriend referred me to them and I m so glad. They really are honest!! Super friendly and very reasonably priced. I have a BMW and they really gave me a great price on break fluid. Will ONLY be coming back to them from now on!! Kurt was lovely to work with

Got my first service done here the previous week but the filter they installed had been leaking oil all the way. I had to run into the shop the very next morning, the technician diagnosed and resolved it quickly. (They didn't charge me this time)Coming back again!

Next level customer service & honesty! My 24 y/o niece has a 2013 Volkswagen Beetle that was lurching and had issues with her brakes. This happened Friday night. Saturday morning we called over 10 local mechanics and only Brad had the kind and open energy. He made no promises but was able to fit her in! They were prompt in their timeline and very reasonably priced. Thorough in their diagnostics and even took it for one more test drive to ensure it was safe to drive. 10/10 do recommend and will use again!

I'm almost hesitant to share this review because it feels like sharing a best-kept secret that I'd love to keep all to myself. The fear of not being able to snag my next appointment is real! But truth be told, Honest-1 Auto Care deserves every bit of praise and then some.I've just wrapped up servicing my Honda Accord at their shop, and it's been nothing short of a stellar experience. The works were extensive - a timing belt replacement, valve lifter adjustment, spark plug tubes and seals, a new water pump, not to mention the usual oil change and an antifreeze flush. The whole shebang, you could say.Now, I'm no newbie to their garage. For years, these guys have been my go-to, and there's a good reason for that. It's not just about the repairs and maintenance, but the integrity that comes with it. More than once, they've actually advised me against unnecessary repairs even when I was convinced I needed them.What really stands out for me is the way Brad and Kurt run the show. They take the time to educate us customers about our vehicles. It's not about up-selling or pushing for services or parts you don't need. It s about what s best for your car and, consequently, for your wallet.If you value transparency, honesty, and education in auto care, then Honest-1 is your spot. I am 77 years old. I have seen some remarkable changes in our society with the decline of service. The guys at Honest. Auto care are wonderful surprise. They are all careful, courteous, happy, and professional. They did exactly what they said They would do at the price they quoted and completed on time as agreed. If you ve got a senior car meaning five years or more I strongly recommend you use these guys. You will not be disappointed. I only have one small complaint, while working in the office on my computer enjoying a complementary Diet Coke, the music was a little too loud.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service! I was having a pre-purchase inspection on a car from a nearby dealership. They gave me great advice and were very kind.Only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because they told me the car has an oil leak but didn t specify at all where from (which would be a huge help and make quite a bit of difference) but nonetheless the service stands up to the name.

Had a couple sensors replaced and one was a bear to get out. Curt and Brad had the tech persevere and they were able to get it out and re-thread the previously installed ( not by this facility) stripped threads. They go the extra mile to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with the repairs and the parts utilized. That's why I bring both my vehicles to Honest-1 Auto care.

Highly recommended! These guys are so friendly, honest, and helpful with a comfortable waiting area. I took my car for an oil change, they checked everything. As a single lady, I feel my car is well taken care of without being taken advantage of.

I had such a great experience and will be a future customer.I own a Benz and service can be expensive and the place you pick matters. Ive been an avid Fletcher Jones customer but due to COVID and product delays I was anticipating a high fee. Fletcher Jones charges a lot for a simple service and unnecessary fees.My mom recommended Honest 1; she even got to a first name basis. I went on my own. They were booked on the weekend with first come first serve so I scheduled an appointment. They took my car right away and provided the service I needed. Had already ordered the synthetic oil ahead of time and even discounted it. Sometimes it can be overwhelming and no one wants to deal with car trouble and the fees associated. But they provided the service details in a simple email. Talked to me about what it may need later on. Definitely impressed and happy with the service.They even changed my back light. It had been out for a long time. Like what??? Thank you guys. I ll be coming for my tire alignment next. Check out Honest 1 you won t regret it!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Went to Honest-1 Auto Care and tried their best to accommodate me. Informed me before they will do job anything I should know about payment, things they can do and they can't. I'm very well satisfied after jobs are done. What I best they really live by name of being so so so honest. The best of the best. It s hard to find good, honest mechanics around here. So glad we ve found Honest 1. If you re like me, taking the car in for anything could get overwhelming. I have never felt that when coming here. They tell you straight up what you need/don t need and give the best guidance. Best pricing, too!

Omg I am so grateful we found this place! Got a weird light in our car and had to find a place to quickly stop in and check it out. They were SO kind and helpful and got us in and out super fast. I wish I lived closer because I would take my car here for everything!

This place is run by two honest souls. It is very rare to find honest mechanics not just anywhere in America, but anywhere in the world. I thought I had to change my transmission fluids every 40,000 miles and they even corrected me that it is 70,000 miles. They go out of their way to save me money. There is a reason why they have the reputation they have. They are kind spirited, good hearted, fun to talk to, and just amazing & down to earth human beings. If you find these place, you hit the jackpot and should stay with them however long they are in business. I d give this company 10 stars if I could! Brad, the owner, was great from the time I called. Super friendly and helpful and explained everything to me. The shop did a thorough inspection and didn t try to sell me up like other mechanics are known for. Pricing is super fair. My friends recommended them after my car was leaking fluid and I am so glad they did. Their communication was excellent. They fixed my car and fixed my air conditioning. Easy to get there. My car was towed there and that was no problem. I would recommend their shop and I would go back in one of my cars has a problem.

I truly had an amazing experience with the honest guys . They are true to their name , extremely efficient and helpful . I went in with a bad tire situation and within a day had it resolved and was back on the road . Kurt also explained the work they did thoroughly and made me feel much more at ease .
