I recently bought an F type from a Northern California dealer. Something happened during transport because unfortunately I got the car AND it had a totally scraped up front fender, rocker panel and a scuff below the taillight [Like something had rubbed up against it] Had to be fixed.Back to European Motor Car Works- who did a phenomenal job on my XK years prior when I was hit. They specialize in aluminum body work and have a state of the art facility. This isn t Maaco. They will fix it right and so it lasts. The girls- Nichole, Jennifer, and Holly are an absolute charm. EMWC reputation speaks for itself as all the high dollar vehicles they are entrusted with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wow. I have never, ever seen any other body shop that can make a car look NEW instead of "repaired." I had my BMW's base front bumper replaced with an M Sport bumper when the original began peeling. I could not be more ecstatic of the outcome! The color and texture of the paint is exactly matched to the original as far as I can tell. I took close ups of the bumper and the repainted bumper vs. the factory paint hood. Thank you SO much for the work, European!

This is the body shop I would trust with any of my cars. They are authorized by many top OEM brands, so I felt secure with my car in their hands. Jennifer was very friendly, helpful, and quick. I didn t have to worry about a thing and in the end the car came out great! Jennifer is the Best. She keep you posted along the way and working with my terrible Wawanesa insurance was a headache. They never complain, but still continue to send email to the insurance company. The quality of the work and service was the best I have seen.I would not take my car any where else.They were informing me all through the process about any issues and the completion time.This was my second repair at this facility, and both times were professional with great service and quality of work.I have had no issues, so I cant comment on follow ups, but based on my experience Im sure they would be professional, and handle any complaints with a professional manner.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough positive things about European Motorcar Works. I have been using EMW for the last 17 years, however, their new facility is just next level. The level of organization, professionalism and cleanliness is more akin to a hospital than an auto body shop. While the damage to my bumper was minor, I truly appreciated the patience and professionalism of Jennifer and Holly as they cut through the typical insurance company red tape to speed the process along. Kye Yeung, the owner of EMW is an absolute perfectionist and master of his trade. The paint match and repair was spot on. My car was professionally washed and detailed after the repair. All of my personal belongings were placed back in the car precisely as they were. I m sure my car was happy to hang out amongst all of the Astons, McLarens and Jaguars, however, we re glad she s back home and looking as good as new. Thank you Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service. This team really have great service from the start to finish. They communicated perfectly as my car was getting repaired and what the status was. The process was explained in full and there was no surprises and the completed date was met. If you have a luxury car I would definetly go to have these guys work with you on getting your car/SUV fixed. Wait time can be a bit long but the demand for quality work that they stand behind is well worth it.

Everyone here has gone above and beyond my expectations and I will trust them with my car work for all time. They are great with customer support and work with you to figure out what is going on and in particular Jennifer - she has been amazing and there is no one else I can give higher praise to-thank you and your team for what you guys and gals do.

Sent an email via their site, got an error message. Sent a message via their Facebook page, no reply. Called them, busy. Went to their shop, stood in reception for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I was finally greeted, I was told that they wouldn't paint the stone chips on my bumper because they only worked on certain brands (Jaguar, Aston etc) and they were currently unable to paint an Alfa Romeo. This is a cash job, not insurance. Very annoying. Also, "European" motor car works will work on a Tesla but not an Alfa...?!
