Customer for life! These guys are super nice and very knowledgeable. Their diagnosis saved me a ton of money on my repair by avoiding replacing parts related to the diagnostic codes that kept popping up. Highly recommended.

Singh saved me today ! My car door would not shut . Maserati Newport told me they would let open until Tues bc it s 12/23 & it s the holiday season . I thought I was screwed for Xmas . He helped fix the issue within 5 minutes , I m so grateful .

Just found out that it is possible to write a review about ECS here. I have used their service for years. Singh and Kirit are absolutely amazing. Fully knowledgeable, highly professional, honest, and fast.Our 2010 Porsche Cayenne is in their care, and it is just like new. Parts are replaced here and there, but why would we pay $90,000 for a new one when they keep it in mint condition for us.Five stars plus!!

can be hard to find. call and get directions if you need to find this place (it's located in the back of a carwash). The owner is a master mechanic, and very particular and detailed about the quality of the work done. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.--adding to review--also posted on yelp--Mr. Singh has helped my family and the 3 cars we have owned as well as my mother and her two cars over a span of several years.I have found Mr. Singh to be very knowledgeable, honest, and passionate about cars. He is very detail oriented, and meticulous, and I have not found a mechanic in over 15 years who consistently delivers on service like he has. I live about 70 miles away and will try to bring our cars for any issue that is not basic routine maintenance (oil changes and tire rotation), due to the trust we have in him.I have found his prices to be more than reasonable for a master mechanic, and he has helped us resolve issues that other mechanics could not (or would not), even after several tries: brake "thrumming", steering rack, engine not running smoothly, and most recently on 'minor' electrical issuesI have had a clutch replacement, steering rack repair, engine mounts replaced, and every single time, Mr. Singh took the time to show me the old parts and answered detailed questions about the job and how to keep the car maintained. He will push to use OEM parts whenever he can, and quality parts if he cannot, to ensure the vehicle is operating as designed.Another important aspect of working with Mr. Singh, is that he will proactively look at the car, and make recommendations for us to consider taking care of, before they become a bigger issue. A couple of times, Mr. Singh has also referred us to another shop because he knew we could get a better price (tires), and even let us know what job would be critical to take care of right away, or something that could wait or didn't need to be done.I wish I lived closer to Newport Beach, as I consider Mr. Singh second to none when it comes to taking care of his customers and their cars.

I called to ask about an estimate for repairs for a Mini Cooper. The person that took my call didn t even let me finish telling him the car issues and hung up saying we re not interested .Not giving zero stars because it s not available.Poor customer service and lack of basic manners.
