FANTASTIC my Mini Cooper gets the best treatment at Euro Car Doctor. This is the only place I would take my "baby" (2013 Mini) to and have been a loyal customer since their first location in Signal Hill. A big THANK YOU to Kurt, Kevin and Josh for really taking great care of my car. Kurt was amazing with follow up calls on parts for my car and they were really fast getting my service done. Kevin also took the time to double-check with me an issue with part of my front bumper. Top notch and they have a complimentary car service if you don't have time to wait at their location. But if you have time to wait they have a nice lounge area with comfortable seating, Wifi, charging stations, coffee/soda and snacks- which is my personal favorite :D. AND on top of all of that a complimentary car wash with your service!I really appreciate Euro Car Doctor gives you honest recommendations and prioritizes services and doesn't try to upsell you like a dealership might.When I had to get my battery changed, Euro Car Doctor was much less then what the dealership (I wasn't on warranty) was quoting. GREAT service and HONEST people- this is why I will drive down to Orange County to get my car regularly serviced. The service and customer support are superb! Highly recommended and I wouldn't take my Cooper anywhere but Euro Car Doctor!

I ve been using Euro Car Doctor to service my vehicles for years! They employ the best mechanics in the industry and I trust them to be professional, informative and relatable. I m very happy for Tony! The new shop in Costa Mesa is pristine, freeway close and a perfect location if you decide to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. There are restaurants galore, Sprouts, Target and Ikea are right up the street. I m very glad I found Euro Car Doctor and I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a new mechanic.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

Highly recommend this shop for your auto maintenance needs. Excellent communication, super friendly staff, good reliable warrantied work, and they had by far the best price quote in the area. I ve really never felt more assured that my car was in good hands while at euro car doctor in Costa Mesa. They even have an awesome waiting area with work stations and snacks. Oh also their work space/bays are super clean and you can see right into it. As a former mechanic that s something I very much appreciate.

I ve been visiting the other location for a few years and I m happy that this location opened up closer to my house. Brought my car in for an engine light being in and everyone was very friendly and courteous. I like the space that they have to get work done while my car is being worked on. There are also drinks in coffees and comfortable chairs. This will be my new go to spot for my mini Cooper.

Excellent service! If you want a thorough inspection and want to make sure your car is going to come out working, come here. It can be pricey but at least you know the problems will be fixed. Shoutout to Jake for great customer service and providing excellent care

Great experience with Euro Car Doctor. They completed my oil and oil filter change. They completed a thorough inspection and provided an online inspection report and estimate for services with breakdown of prices. The inspection report had photos and explanations. You are able to approve and decline services on the online form. I got updates on my car throughout the day. Service did take the whole day for an oil change and inspection, but that is fine because they were really busy and I rather wait, have it done right, and safe for everyone.They provide a free complimentary ride (one way) to your home, work, or wherever you need to go.

My Audi Q5 was in dire need of fault isolation and major repairs! Based on superb reviews, I chose Tony and his team of subject matter experts/professionals at Euro Car Doctor Costa Mesa! I was very impressed immediately upon arrival! I have NEVER seen such a clean auto repair shop. The shop's amenities made me feel right at home while taking care of job related tasks on my company laptop and hanging out in the comfy lounge. The team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and customer-service oriented while keeping me abreast in detail, step by step, leading to the full measure of a positive result with repairing my Audi Q5. Look folks Tony, Kurt and the team at Euro Car Doctor are a dream team. I had my car towed to their shop, the communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. From the estimate thru to the invoice payment , all was smooth and professional. The car was delivered as promised. Great service, great leadership and excellent overall customer care. So if you need reliable, trustworthy people who are very knowledgeable in the area of auto repair, I would recommend that you give Euro Car Doctor an opportunity to win your forever auto mechanic service. My car wouldn t hold an idle, not it picks up an runs like it did when I first purchased it. You will not regret giving Tony and his team your business.

I absolutely love this place! I ve brought in my sprinter van for an oil change my Audi multiple times, my BMW, they are all very good! I like that they have transparent pricing, and everyone is super friendly, detailed oriented, and very fast!

My first (won't be the last) experience with the shop and the people who helped me was awesome. The environment was clean and the folks who helped me were very courteous and informative. A special thank you to Jake Schneider who provided outstanding customer service. I have already scheduled a follow-up appointment with the shop based on the confidence that Jake instilled on the work that was performed as well as the ultimate test of any service shop... My truck is purring like a kitten, better response, better handling and better roads ahead.

Initial recommendation car service (high $k cost) was completed per Euro Car Doctor. A couple of days later had to returned car for follow up with incomplete work. Service manager reinstalled engine bay covers, heat blankets and top off oil. Will return car a third time to install ordered parts. Received a lot of timeframes as to when work will be completed, but had to push out promised car return dates due to additional high mileage recommended work. Car service quality at best needs improvement! But, Experience with Euro Car Doctor employees was fair.

Tony, the owner, is a super friendly guy! Made me feel welcome late on a Saturday for oil change and complementary inspection. Honest treatment, offered reasonable recommendations and quotes with no pressure. I will happily take my Volkswagen back there for all my future needs. Always took my cars to the dealer previously, got tired of overpaying and poor customer service. Tried Euro Car Doctor for my M550 BMW - these guys are top notch! Excellent communication better service, price and experience than dealer. They use factory parts can read the codes and diagnostics, workmanship as good if not better than dealer. Above all they are honest! I trust them with my vehicles and will bring both of my late model BMWs to them for all service from now on. They know what they re doing.Keep up the good work guys!!

This auto shop is impressive. Very clean and detailed. Everything from the initial online appointment to the pick up of my car went off seamless. I dealt with Jake. He s a good dude that took great care of me on my visit. After diagnostic , we found one of my ignition coils was bad and coming from a mechanic background, I let Jake know I was going to replace it myself, he said no problem, and offered to put a used one that they had laying around the shop. Just so my car wouldn t misfire until I was able to get it changed out on my own. WOW - can you say Top Notch Service !My family owned/operate a Midas Auto Service for 45+ years. I can t tell you the number of times I ve been at other auto shops and the clownery that I experience there.Not at Euro car doctor , these guys are on point. 100% recommend them and any big service I can t handle myself, I definitely will be bringing it back ! They earned a customer for life !

Great service here. It s hard to find a trusting service center but this place truly fills in the gap. I brought my 2012 Jaguar as many know these are hard vehicles to work on and here they are very reasonable with their prices and the best part is they take pictures and videos of everything they do and when they re done they send you the link. Kyle and Curt were awesome along with the whole team! Definitely will be coming back.

I am recommending and giving Euro Car Doctor 5 stars. I had my car serviced for its 50K check. I had the service done, their prices are very fair. Their shop is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The car is running great. Unfortunately It was hit by a truck while parked on the lot after the repairs. The rear fender & bumper were dented. Tony as the owner of Euro Car Doctor took full responsibility to pay for & over see the body work repairs with no hassle or cost to me. I also asked for extra service to be done like align the wheels and have the car hand washed. Tony agreed to do it and I was not charged. When it came time to pick up the car I mentioned to Teresa who works in customer service, I would be late in coming because it was my birthday. When I arrived there was a birthday card & a potted orchid waiting for me. They went overboard to make up for any inconvenience the accident created for me.Tony the owner, Teresa & the staff at Euro Car Doctor give their all for great service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have a 2011 MBZ and have always taken to the dealer I thought I had a broken shock took it to a tire shop. They were unable to repair it after two weeks took it to Euro auto and they had it repaired within three days. It s perfect, quick service, friendly service, I d recommend them absolutely!

I don t recommend this place, I have my reasons. I went in for their free oil change on my Mercedes 2013, first time customer special they offer online . This location just opened up not too long ago. My One star is for friendly staff. My car was in great condition, no check engine light on or anything wrong with my engine, my car was in great condition. When my oil change was done, service advisor was really nice complementing me on how good/clean my engine was. When the advisor walked me to my car I got in and saw the check engine light was on. The mechanic was called over by the advisor and they ran the computer and now supposedly I need a new timing job. I explained to the owner Anthony my car was in great condition, no check engine light was on and I should not get my car back in any less less condition from When they received it. Supposedly the owner explained that my car already had this issue and it was basically not their fault. Honestly if my car had this condition, the check engine would have been on before I even showed there. The owner Anthony basically told me he won t fix my car the same condition when they worked on it/received it. In my opinion this is unacceptable coming from a mechanic shop. This is why customers take their cars to actual dealerships because they would take care of the problem without blaming it on the customer. I think anyone that went in for a oil change, and got their car back with check engine light on with major repair would be upset too. I gave Anthony a chance to fix my car and he declined, he didn t want to take responsibility for his business in my opinion. I now will file complaint with state agency.

I normally take my car into Fletcher Jones for service and have been used to a certain level of customer service. That being said Euro car Dr. has completely blown me away. From their communication as well as how friendly the team is and the fact that their waiting room is immaculate with plenty of refreshments. The team member I spoke to really knew his stuff when it came to performance cars. Very impressive I would definitely recommend!

Honestly I never expected to be this happy with a car shop. I brought them an annoying warranty case with my german car - they not only spent hours on the phone with my warranty for me, they also returned the car washed and cleaned inside and out and in perfect working order. I've never been treated better at a mechanic before - they really go that extra mile. I was so pleased I brought them my other (older) german car, and had them replace all the gaskets in the engine - they dealt with all the weird part revision changes like champs, and solved all the resulting instability without any extra labor charges (random EVAP codes and new gas cap etc). Also handed me a 3yr warranty on the parts they replaced (for a 20y old car!). Of course, they also washed this car as well before returning it - but this time they did it by hand in their own lot since it's a soft top. Really, just outstanding show of care for my needs. I also really appreciate being able to ask technical questions, their staff do a great job helping me understand exactly what's going on with my car, and the same day service - just being able to drop by and get some care on my schedule - ridiculously convenient. I never write reviews but they deserved this one. As an engineer who babies his antique german cars - would recommend them very highly.

If you want an auto shop that is realiable, a hands on a great team that works well together, I recommend Euro Car Doctor!!I can't stop telling my friends about Euro Car Doctor! They have a wonderul team and gave the best customer service. You did not hesitate to help and was up for the task. THANK YOU I felt welcomed.I was led to take my 2002 Ford E450 here after being sent away by California Coast Auto because they did not want to work on my vehicle using an excuse that it was because it runs on CNG. I know for a fact that if you're a good mechanic, it doesn't matter what fuel a car runs on- you would still know how the mechanics of how a vehicle operates.I am so grateful for Euro Car Doctor's team and their kindness. From the time I spoke with Maria the receptionist to Tony who leads the team. I am now confident in knowing that there is auto repair shop I can go to that is reliable, knowledgeable, capable and know how to approach an issue one step at a time.Thank you to Tony, Maria, and the mechanics. You are all so wonderful.

Brand new facilities, impeccable waiting area with cushy seats, and available coffee, cookies, and snacks.Really well presented and organized, with a clear customer service focus.The service person, Isaac, and his manager Chris were really attentive, and checked me in quickly and efficiently.The oil chant and overall car check was done in less time than promised, and I could tell they had truly done a thorough check, based on their recommendations.Absolutely will be coming back to service my Audi !

The entire service was excellent! I came in for an oil change and brake service, and thanks to the high quality images I received from my technician I was able to clearly understand everything my vehicle needed. Had a great experience, our Cadillac needed work and they got it done quick and reliably for less than the dealer was quoting us. Very friendly customer service, would recommend.
