Costa Mesa Collision made my 10 year old Scion look BRAND NEW! I haven't seen her shine like this in many years. Brand new bumper with perfect paint job! They were extremely careful and detailed. I am forever grateful!

I brought my car in after it was in an accident and hands down this was the best experience I have ever had with a car repair shop. Incredibly accommodating, easy to work with and I got my car repaired quickly, it was clean and looked beautiful! Costa Mesa collision has worked on my car and my friends cars in the past and they have always done exceptional work! I just picked up my car from their new and improved location and I m so happy with the results! I had gotten into a small accident a few months back and they restored my passenger door Panel on my Alfa Romeo Giulia to perfection!! They restored & painted the door panel to match the car and not one person would notice a difference:) a VERY friendly and professional family owned company. Henry and his daughter Savannah were so helpful in this time of need especially with what s going on the world. Their time management on getting your car fixed& repaired is priceless! Thank you guys!! To top it off they detailed my car too :)

After seeing all the 5 star reviews I decided to take my car to Costa Mesa Collision and Auto Painting for repairs. Jermaine was fantastic to work with. He explained everything to me and kept me updated on their progress. The repairs were done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. If I ever need any repair work done in the future I will absolutely be calling Costa Mesa Collision and Auto Painting..

Just received my car back today and am extremely impressed with the body work repairs and beautiful paint job done. My car looks brand new and I am excited to have it back and to drive it again. Costa Mesa Auto Collision & Painting made the entire process of having my car repaired easy & convenient from fitting me in on my lunch break to initially look at my car and give me an estimate, to an employee from the rental car company waiting at the shop the morning I dropped off my car in order to give me a ride to Hertz to rent a car, all the way through the completion of the work and staying open late so I could pick up my car after work. The owner, Henry, was accessible, flexible in scheduling and very nice to communicate with throughout the entire process. I am very happy and felt compelled to write a review :). Would definitely recommend!!!

Costa Mesa Collision was recommended to me by my auto mechanic after Caliber Collision turned into a nightmare. I drove in one day, talked to Henry, next day called and again spoke with Henry the owner. He had his office manager pick my car up at the mechanics and bring to the shop. He gave me an estimate on replacing the passenger door and paint it. Three days later I picked it up, everything works properly, the paint looks great. This is a very satisfied customer.

Costa Mesa Collision and Auto Painting is amazing! I thought that when my white car's paint started turning yellow on the hood I was doomed, but this place made my 2014 Hyundai Elantra look brand spanking new and took it back to it's pearly white stage! Savannah and Henry gave me an awesome deal and provided the best service from a auto body shop I have ever received. They were timely and incredibly easy to work with. I highly recommend them! I recently took my 2016 Pearl White Lexus to Costa Mesa Collision and Auto Painting. I had license plate dents/marks on my back bumper that I wanted cleaned up. I'm VERY picky and wanted everything to look flawless. The dents were smoothed/ popped out and the new pearl white paint matched the rest of the car fabulously! Before this car I had another pearl white Lexus that had repairs with other shops and I know pearl white is one of the most difficult colors to match. My car was ready for pick up the day they promised and was freshly cleaned.Henry and his team there were friendly and helpful through out the whole process. With the quality of his shop's work I would definitely recommend this shop to family and friends!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Thanks Henry & Cm Collision Crew for getting my car looking brand new again! I had some scuffs on my bumper & was missing a fog lamp cover. Henry was able to buff out the scuffs and replace the cover in just a few hours! After getting my car back I wouldn t have even known it was scratched!! Any other shop would have charged me to paint my bumper instead of buffing the scratches, but Henry is always honest & willing to help give the best prices possible. If you need anything car related definitely reach out to Costa Mesa Collision and they will take the best care of you!

I have an old school 1969 International Scout that I could never get to sit level. Brought it over to Henry at Costa Mesa collision and in two days I got it back sitting perfectly level with the body centered on the frame and leaf springs adjusted to balance the car. Sounds simple but its a known issue with these cars and 2 other shops couldn't figured it out. In addition, I got the inner roof painted with slightly off white texture to match the 50 year old original paint. Looks awesome!!! Thanks @Costa Mesa Collision

I was referred to Henry and his daughter Savannah and I am SO glad I called them! I brought my car in for some repairs on the bumper and they were so extremely kind and helpful and very very generous. My car had been through a sand storm and got thrashed! Henry and his team took great care of redoing the paint and exterior - the grill, headlights, glass, tinting, side mirrors... pretty much the entire front three-quarters of my car. It's like brand new! Said that it would be done in a week, and only due to a couple late parts from the dealership, was just a couple days over that time. Thanks team!

It's always nice to have a mechanic to count on and in this case someone to fix the blemishes on my truck. Costa Mesa Collision and Auto Painting is fast, they do great work, and the prices are super competitive. My truck looked like it was new when they finished working on it. Any time I need the scratches on my bumper or a whole new paint job I will always go see Henry at Costa Mesa Collision and Auto Painting. I recommend you do too.TJ

I had my car "repaired" by Costa Mesa Collision and Auto Painting.It was supposed to take a month tops. It ended up taking well over 3 months, and it wasn't even fully fixed when it was returned to me. I drove home that day, locked the car. Boom, the alarm goes off. I had to bring it back three times for various reasons, which essentially took another two weeks. Also my door is still not aligned and air literally just blows in while driving. I would bring it back, but I just can not deal with them anymore. Also note that it is literally impossible to get a hold of the owner. On top of all this, I had paid them 3000$ in advance (because we did not know who the other party in the accident was), so that they can get parts for my car, and get the repairs started quickly. Eventually they were paid FULLY by the insurance of the other party. They received the 3000$ on 9/20/2016 and they still have not returned the money to me. I am now in the process of suing them to get my money back.DO NOT GO HERE!

I'm absolutely blown away. I had a pretty good slice in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and took my car to Costa Mesa Collision to Henry and Savanah. Showed them the bumper and while I was there a few more knicks and scratches around other parts of the bumper, front and back. Picked my truck up just a few days later and I'm shocked how well it turned out. It literally looks like I drive a brand new car off the lot, a 2012 mind you! Pictures attached don't even do justice. I recommend family, friends, strangers and more. Thanks

BEWARE!!!! Bad company, bad ethics, and bad ownership which trickles down from the top with Henry Romero who will not make restitution for damages his business has caused. After reading other bad reviews I see others have had similar experiences like me. Here is a recap of my bad experience below.Brought my vehicle to asa auto collision aka DBA Costa Mesa collision and auto for a estimate to repair my back bumper from a low impact collision. Long story short the company was very negligent and left my vehicle running over night while parking my car during repairs in their small parking lot! Shocking...The next day they tried to move my car again and they assumed my battery was dead and so they tried jumping my battery over and over with no gas in the tank. Not ever looking to see that the car was out of gas they continued to jump and jump and tried jumping my car off the valve-Tronic sensor on my battery. Eventually they blew up my valve-tronic motor and then panicked and called me to come get my car that they didn't have time for the work. They handed me my key and watched from the window while I sat in my car. Right away I saw I had no gas and my battery was dead. I popped my hood and saw that the valve-tronic was destroyed. Had my vehicle towed to Two places. first bmw dealership for a complete diagnostics to what happened and then to Arka's auto body for a more digestible out if pocket repair. After repair was completed I had to sue Henry Romero's company Costa Mesa auto collision in small claims and won my case for $3,000 very swiftly with the exhibits and evidences i provided for my case. Henry promised to pay and i set him up on a payment plan as a courtesy. Unfortunately, he never made one payment and now we are going on 2+ years. I have been extremely patient with this man but the fact that he has no empathy for the damages he has caused or the fact that he refuses to make restitution to the damages his business caused says a lot about who you are taking your car to and trusting with your car to make quality repairs. He continues to collect 10% interest on his judgment. I recommend taking your business to so many other places. I wouldn't trust this company for a moment after my horrendous experience I had with them.

Henry and his team at Costa Mesa Collision & Auto Painting did a great job refurbishing my 2004 BMW 300Ci. I brought it in with a few door dings and a hood that was severely sun damaged and they made it look like it was brand new! I got a few quotes from a few other body shops too and for the quality of work they did, you can t beat the price. Thanks Henry!-Gabe

They are amazing. I got into a car accident on the freeway in Tesla. There is no other place in Orange County that fixes Tesla's. They fixed it perfectly!!! They are extremely responsive and listen to your comments.And they even delivered it to my work when it was done! Better service than Tesla themselves.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from, wonderif the posters have the wrong shop they are posting about - had some body work done on a Mercedes Benz - Costa Mesa Collision did a great job on it, looks good as new, Henry, the owner knows his stuff, this is a noBS shop, Henry will tell you what needs to be done and give you a fairprice for the work, no pressure, if you are paying out of pocket, he willgive you a sweet deal.I've been around for quite a while , been to many body work shopsthroughout my long life, this place is the real deal, telling all myneighbors and friends to go to this place when in need of bodywork/paintwork. Give this place a look if you ever need collision work or paintingdone on your car. You won't be sorry!

The guys were amazing, had my bumper and headlights buffed in 5 minutes at an incredibly good price, with amazing customer service! Best place to go to in Costa Mesa area if you want honest, reliable and friendly work done!

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. I was referred to them, gave them my car a 1972 442 Oldsmobile on August 17th 2016, Henry the owner told me it would take him 3 months to repaint the whole car, it actually took him over a year and when I got my car back it was the worst paint job I have ever seen, my car was given back with a dead battery, a flat tire, missing spare in the trunk, sealed the holes for the emblem on the fender, the car is a big mess, if I had the time I would sue their ass. THE WORST!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUM BAGS.

Nothing but good service from Henry and his team. I dropped my truck off on a Monday and it was done Thursday. They hooked me up with a rental car and soon as my truck was done they called me to come pick it up. This is the second time I ve taken my truck to them. I highly recommend them!

I advise everyone to never ever take your vehicle here the guy lied to me that it was going to take 6 days to fix my trunk and bumper it end up taking him and his daughter savanna 2 months my car came back with less gas and way more miles on it and they wanted me to pay an extra $100 out of pocket for something I have no clue what but I had insurance to cover everything so I did not give it they gave me such a hard time to get my own car back and my trunk don't open with my key any more so thats not good it was crazy im never going to deal with these people again and I found out that this guy gets sued all the time it's a shame he takes advantage of people like this
