I had a great experience with Justin at Coast MBZ BMW Service. The dealership told me I needed new breaks. I took it to Justin and he told me I could wait another 4k mikes before I needed them! I totally appreciated his honesty and when it was time, he squeezed me into the schedule so I could get the job done before heading on a road trip. I will be going back for future services.

I have taken my car to Coast MBZ for years now. They always have done great work and taken great care of my vehicle. I recently had miscommunication about a job but the owner was very professional and made it right. I would recommend their shop to anyone looking for excellent service.

I own a 2007 Mercedes and was lucky enough to live close to the Coast MBZ shop. I still did my research and found that they had the most competitive estimate of repair costs. Justin accommodated my walk in service and him and his team inspected my vehicle, explained to me what repairs were most important and worked within my budget. This means we both were working within expectations, ensuring a happy transaction. Thank you and will continue to service my Benz at Coast MBZ.

I recently moved to Costa Mesa and have an older Mercedes that I service every 7,500 miles. I was looking for a good mechanic and Justin and his team are thorough, easy to work with and offer a very fair price. They have an app that automatically texts you updates when they are working on your vehicle, and sends photos to your phone of any recommendation for repairs or replacement parts. Justin is very thoughtful in suggesting what work he thinks should be done sooner than later and what can likely wait until the next service. Since this was their first time looking at my car they also did a comprehensive courtesy diagnostic on my engine and even sent me a point by point list with all the items they checked and what is on the watchlist for potentially needing repair in the next 6-12 months. I will definitely be working with Justin and his team as long as I am in the area and own a Mercedes. They also offer service for BMW cars, I don t have one but I am sure they do a terrific job with them as well. Very thankful that great independent businesses like this are around and in the neighborhood. I highly recommend them.

After working with Justin and his team I will not be returning to any other service or dealership for any maintenance or repairs to my car. Justin is extremely fair, kind and knowledgeable. He is 100% honest with what your car needs and doesn t need, and takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what is going on with your vehicle. Also, fast turn around (always same day as drop off in my experience) and incredibly fair price !

Justin is the best!! I had been coming here for awhile before he had taken over and am honestly so happy with the service I received here. I highly recommend if you have a MBZ or BMW. I've gone for scheduled maintenance and part replacements. There's a very small waiting room, but most of the time I walk over to Mitsuwa Marketplace to do grocery shopping while I wait (very convenient location). This was a long overdue review.(PS: thanks for cleaning my windshield!!!)

The engine in my BMW (2013) sounded like it was going to blow up and was leaking oil. Justin and his team immediately identified the issue (something they ve never seen before) and made the repairs for a reasonable price.I was able to bring my car in the same day I called which was different in my experiences at other places.I would recommend Justin to my friends and family who are in the area and will be coming back for any other issues that may arise.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

My car has the check engine light on, with long cranking when starting. Justin identified the problem fast. He offered me an option that I could drop off the car after he get all parts, which is really helpful.I was expecting the repair gonna take 1-2 weeks, Justin arranged his time and got it done in 1.5 days which really surprised me!The car now runs perfectly, besides the check engine problem, the cold start rattling noise is gone too. amazing work!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

My husband and I have owned BMWs and Mercedes-Benz vehicles for almost two decades. We've brought our cars in for servicing and maintenance at various places in OC, but Coast MBZ BMW is bar none the most professional. Justin (the owner) is honest and reliable. Never up-sells us. Never tricks us to buying anything we really don't need. The work and attention to detail is phenomenal. I highly recommend this business for great quality work and service at reasonable prices - I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I am so glad I found this shop! Justin is courteous, professional & cares about making the customer happy. The work was done on time, and there were no surprises with the bill at the end. Matter of fact he did not charge me for one of the filters changed, when the miscommunication was mainly on my end. I called 5 different places before deciding to go with Coast to service my BMW i328. Not only they quoted me the best price, their staff and the overall experience while working with them was a solid 10/10.Justin you rock man!First time customer and I will never have to look anywhere else for my car service needs again. I can't wait to come back when my wife's car service is due. See you guys soon!!

After exhaustive research for a good MBZ place that used factory equipment but not Fletcher prices I found Justin and Coast MBZ. They did a great job, were on time, set proper expectations and so far so good. Justin and his team have been fantastic and professional. I brought my BMW in with my amateur thoughts on what the problems may be and braced myself for the cost. They went through their process and diagnosed a completely different cause that cost about a tenth of what I was expecting. The car runs great and I could not be happier.

Buying from Coast BMW was a wonderful experience. My wife and I made the trip up from Los Angeles to make a visit and we are glad we did. Andreas and Scotty were just super to work with. We ended up with a 2018 M4, but not without lots of test drives and deliberation. They were patient, yet eager to gain a new customer. Of course we love the car, but more importantly, we have found a dealer team that we can feel confident about. Thanks for making the experience so joyful.

If you own a MB or BMW Justin's your man. He keeps my 550 SL in it's top performance shape. I've owned 7 Porsche's so I know how to keep a sports car safe and sound mechanically so when I bough.t my SL I needed someone I could trust. Randy, at Fix N Chips, referred me to Coast MBZ/BMW... (any paint or body issues see Randy). Justin is honest with me and what I like best besides his precision work is that when a maintenance light comes on Justin tells me how urgent it is to fix the issue. For insurance when my Check Brakes indicator came on Justin told me how long I had until I must change them out... My SL isn't a low-cost maintenance vehicle as you can imagine so it's nice to be able to plan into my budget when I want to spend the money to fix it... Other shops will want the job asap for the money. Seriously, use Coast MBZ BMW... You'll be so glad you did!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I'm a long term customer of Coast MBZ. Over the years I continue to be wowed by the exceptional quality of customer service, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else when it comes to repairs. Anyone looking for a reputable, professional, and honest car repair shop should give Coast MBZ a try. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Do not trust this place, items were stolen out of the trunk of our car, we generated a Costa Mesa police report for investigation. In March of 2019 my wife took our 2011 E350 to this mechanic to complete a required service. We had just recently sold our home in Costa Mesa and were in the process of preparing to move, of course during the process our service light comes on and we had to get the car serviced, due to the moving process we had some very valuable items loaded in the trunk of the car, my wife brought the car in to Coast MBZ BMW for the service. believing we could trust them we gave them our keys to our car, hours later they called us to pick up the car. We did not know at the time, but all the items of value in our trunk was stolen, shortly after the service we went to get something out of the truck and we notice all items were gone, there was no sign whatsoever of a forced entry, no scratches or dents at all. whoever took the items had the keys to our car and opened our trunk, the only place we had given our keys to was COAST MBZ BMW SERVICE.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I highly recommend! have been to all the surrounding M Benz repair shops over the last twenty years and find Coaat MBZ BMW to be the best! Very honest, prompt service and reasonable charges.

I brought in my first car ever, a 2000 E320 with almost 300k miles, it was in rough shape and wasn t passing smog so I had my doubts, I took it to Coast MBZ and the took amazing car and true due diligence when it came to diagnosing my car and giving it the repair it needs, it runs like a dream now and passed smog without any unnecessary repairs, no bs, no haggling, I felt this man (Justin) was honest and passionate about his work, he didn t lie to me being that I am very young at its my first car ever, needless to say he got my first car to pass smog and registered and I will go nowhere else with my Mercedes , these guys earned the 5 stars they have and deserve it, keep up the great work, I will be coming here in the future for anything I need and hope everyone else does the same!
