I had a very good experience with Car Body Lab. Their customer service and technician was very responsive, timely, courteous and professional. The job was done right and a a good price. The convenience of having the work done at my home was far better than having to drop the car off at a body shop.

I was skeptical about using their service, but happy I did. Technician (Deanardo) was on time and very knowledgeable. He assessed the damage letting me know he could repair side panel and bumper without replacing. This saved me $800 in the end. I was nervous about what paint job would look like, but it was perfectly matched. Amazing job!

Had a long hairline crack in my front windshield. Car Body Lab easily set up an appointment for me. My technician Robert drove all the way to Glendale for me which was very convenient. Great and fast service. The pricing was very fair thank you so much!

Pure greatness. I had scratched the wheel housing on my Cayenne and wanted to kick my own butt about it. I got a quick appointment. AJ was done in about 90 minutes and it was like it NEVER happened! I m so pleased. This is the service to use. I m impressed, grateful and a fan!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very impressed with the whole process and the results.We had a jaguar SUV, and a Maserati SUV that both had deep scratch marks and gouges on the rear panel. After searching online, I came across this company and decided to get a quote. From the time I got the quote until the time both cars were fixed was less than two days.The communication along the way was exceptional and the work was flawless. Could never tell that there was any damage to the cars now that the work is complete. Giomar (our technician) was friendly, on time and did an awesome job. They even combined two individual appointments into one, so we could have both of our cars done and usable for the weekend. All of the work was done right here in my driveway so I didn t have to take either her car into a body shop, which made it super convenient.Would highly recommend without hesitation. The price was more than fair, and the quality of the work was fantastic.

Wow! What an amazing experience, 5 stars from start to finish! Easy to get a quote. Easy to schedule. A perfect repair. Easy to pay by credit card.It was incredible to have a technician like Nelson. He was on-time, friendly, professional and a true artist. He brought all the tools needed, like a body shop onsite at our home. He took his time to ask questions, and assess the project. He prepped everything perfectly.I set a high bar and he exceeded it. He matched the paint color exactly on our 6 year old Tesla Model 3 exactly. The bumper repair was incredible, better than new.I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Nelson!!!!! Thank you Car Body Lab and thank you, Nelson.

Amazing service! This company was efficient with great communication up until my appointment date. The pricing was reasonable and my technician Giomar was knowledgeable and extremely professional. For a company that comes out to your home and does the repair work at your house this was beyond amazing work! Definitely recommending!

My Technician was Giomar, he was very friendly and professional. Hit and run .Some one backed up leaving a dent on hood and a few scratches on bumper .I was referred by a coworker. Who was very pleased with results. Which I can say the same. What I loved most about Car Body Lab. They will come out to your home and do repairs. No worrying about leaving your vehicle in the body shop for days and weeks. Same day service as promised. I will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you for making it easy and convenient for me.

Car Body Lab s process was extremely user-friendly. Within only a few minutes time I was able to reach out to them, send pictures of the car damage and receive an instant, very competitive, quote. The scheduler was quick to respond and able to adjust to my needs. The technician was punctual, competent, efficient and honest - Due to my specific needs, certain services were not necessary resulting in a very fair discount off the original quote. I sent a review yesterday which I m going to Change until they come out and fix the problem. I only casually looked ,took picture which really doesn t show how much difference there is in color. but When my son who is a mechanic looked at it, he was not happy because the paint does not match at all And finish is not good. He has put in a call to them asking for a call back. Once we get this rectified, I will repost another review. Hopefully it will be a good review.LEN

Car body lab went above and beyond any expectations.I had a pretty gnarly windshield cracks with visible crack expansion. This warranted a repair to happen asap.I found this business through a local google search, reached out on a Thursday at 5pm. Got a text messages back from a tech named Henry within 20 minutes. I sent them pictures of windshield and vin number to confirm windshield was in stock.In less than 24 hours, I interacted with 4 techs, Henry, Nelson, Javier and David who helped coordinate with my auto insurance and scheduling the actual repair.At 4pm that Friday, tech David showed up to my residence and did the full windshield replacement in less than an hour. Please note it was raining. However, David was unstoppable and extremely professional even in less than stellar weather conditions.I wanted to write this all out in detail due to the sheer level of professionalism and commitment Car Body Lab provided me. Henry, Nelson, Javier and David, thank you for making this experience so seamless. Getting this entire process done onsite in less than 24 hours is truly great customer service. Hope I don t break another window but if I do, Car Body Lab is the team I ll be trusting.- Angelo

Absolutely amazing!! I recommend this company to anyone with car body needs. The night before Thanksgiving I was at the mall shopping for the holidays. Coming back to my car, I found a massive scratch on the passenger door. Clearly it was keyed. The truck is only 1 year old and still looks brand new.I found this company just googling around, all online and some texting. I had a quote in minutes. I scheduled asap, but I was still nervous thinking the fix would be totally noticeable.Come appointment day, My tech Leo explained the details, clearly very knowledgeable. Leo did an absolutely amazing job fixing the big scratch I had on my door. I'm blown away by his work!! Leo is truly gifted!Thank you! I will be using this service again, no doubt!Andres

The repair exceeded my expectations and for less than half the price that a local body shop quoted. The technician showed on time and had previously sent a number of texts confirming the appointment. The work was done in my garage and completed in the approximate time they had stated. The technician seemed extremely competent and focus on repairing my suv. As I mentioned to him I plan to recommend him and his company to a number of my friends that have a few minor dents on their vehicles. Overall a job well done ..

Car Body Lab is excellent. Superior customer service. Rudy did an outstanding job repairing a dent in the side of my van door and fender panel. Absolutely looks like the dent and scratch were never there. Completely masked the vehicle and left my garage like he found it. Attention to detail in all respects was beyond expectations. Without reservation, i will use Car Body Lab in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.

Did a scratch in my truck for not paying attention and was first frustrated, and second worried about the price I would be quoted specially since everything has gone up. I started looking late at night for mobile places, and found Car Body Lab. The process to request a quote was very smooth, they worked with me. The technician arrived at the appointment time. Everything was explained to me in detail. From what the process to fix it would be, to what to do after they were done. Technicias was very courteous and did a great job. Will definetively reccomend. Great communication, affordable, and amazing results.

This was a great service. I was so bummed when my brand new car got dinged and the paint was deeply scratched. The communication with CarBodyLab from my inquiry to the quote to the appt was simply amazing. So prompt. The technician (Lee) was awesome and had my car in brand new shape again in about 2 hours!! I would definitely recommend both CarBodyLab and Lee to anyone that has car / paint damage!!!!!

I am so pleased with the results of the repair to my car. I scraped the front bumper and needed it painted. I got an estimate from a body shop that was outrageous! I looked for an alternative and found Car Body Lab. My car looks brand new! The job was done in just a few hours in my own driveway at an extremely low fair price. I will recommend them to everyone.

Great company and very professional. Aaron came out to my house and took care of the peeling paint on my van. It looks just like new now. I had requested a quote online and received a response within 5 minutes. I was able to schedule the appointment for two days later. I highly recommend Car Body Lab.

I was very shocked at the amount of time it took to fix my front driver side fender. 2hrs. I was also extremely satisfied with the outcome. Looks like my car never had damage to it. Definitely will recommend!!!

I did everything online. Got my quote. Very reasonable. Had my car done within a week. Rey came to my house, did a beautiful job! No mess! Paid upon completion! Bam, done! I would recommend and use them again. Thank you!

I had some minor scrapes on my bumper. I took my car to several body shops and was shocked by the quotes for something so minor. I did some searching online and came across Car Body Lab.I was a little skeptical, but the reviews were generally positive so I decided to send in my info and photos. I received a response within about 15v minutes and the quote was less than half what I was quoted elsewhere.Communication was good and the technician arrived on-time. He was courteous and got to work immediately. The repair is flawless. I examined it very carefully and can not even tell where it was done. My driveway and garage were left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again.
