My insurance recommended using Caliber Collision Costa Mesa , CA . I glad I listened to my insurance co . Caliber Collision repair my vehicle to like new and the accident never happened. Manager Gilbert kept me informed from the start and gave me via phone updates at least once a week . And Gilbert personally delivered my vehicle to my home upon completion of repairs and explained the warranty on their repair . The repair is complete and we are totally satisfied and I have no problem in recommending Caliber Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision deserves ten gold stars. Their work was beyond our expectations--when done, no damage appeared anywhere.The car was sparkling clean, inside and out, and looked brand-new when they finished. They are honest, prompt, professional and competent. We highly recommend them.

They repaired my car body and did decent work. I dropped the car off with no dashboard lights, no codes, and no problems with engine mechanics. When I picked my car up the check engine and the traction control lights were on and they said they only cover "damage from the accident". Would not recommend for the price or the service.

In the beginning caliber collision was great, i got my car back and they told me my symbols were on back order for 3 months, this was in june. One of clips on my front left bumper that they replaced went bad and the guy on the phone tried to tell me it was from previous damage, my previous damage is on the back right side and they have proof of that. Now it was has been 7 months and everytime i call, they always tell me i ll get a call back or they emailed the parts guy and he will call me by end of day, but i have gotten zero response. do not recommend.

Gilbert and the team at the pomona location did an absolutely wonderful job. My car was finished within a week which I was not expecting. I got my car back even better than I expected. Would definitely recommend!

Caliber did a good job and was timely in getting my vehicle repaired. Received updates about every 3-4 days when the vehicle was in the shop. Gilbert the manager called to address a concern that I had about the vehicle after delivery. I appreciate the customer service and follow through Caliber has shown throughout this process.

The Costa Mesa location on Pomona was excellent. They communicated throughout the entire repair process and went above and beyond to complete my repairs in the timeframe promised.

I can t remember my agents name but she was an amazing person that helped me through the whole process! The quality of the work, the customer service, the work done is such a timely manner is just fantastic! Always called and let me know what the ETA was and was so kind to arrange transportation for me. Thank you to the whole Calliber team for all of your hard work!Service: Painting

Avoid this shop. I spent $4,000 out of pocket on my Toyota Sequoia and the repair was done so poorly that I complained. They refused to fix there poor quality work. The managers are dishonest and will not stand behind there work

Outstanding customer service! I felt very taken care of here. Nothing like going to your car dealership where you just feel that they are out to take all your money. This place was far from that. Kevin, the manager was such a pleasure, and manages a great team! Gilbert was super helpful and informative and walked me through the entire process. He even offered to drop off my car to me at work given my busy schedule! Couldn't be more appreciative of the service here. Will definitely be back if I need anything else worked on for my vehicle!Service: Painting

This location was recommended by my insurance provider after my catalytic converter was stolen. They fixed my car at a very reasonable price, were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, kept me abreast of the repairs and timeline, and cleaned and washed my car to boot! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick and reliable repair.

My sister's vehicle was vandalized and her catalytic converter was stolen. My insurance picked the case up and assigned it to Caliber Collisions in Costa Mesa. Since the vehicle's arrival, the employees there were friendly. The mechanics assigned to my case were extremely communicative. They notified me of the costs (despite the insurance paying for the damages), and gave me an expected delivery date of 10 days. 3 days later, I received a call from them stating the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I definitely recommend this location for anyone needing repairs. They are quick, and communicate anything and everything. Thank you for a great, stress-free experience!

Caliber Collision, repaired my rear back bumper after it was hit. They were excellent and helping me have it serviced. The rear back bumper was immaculately repaired. The service was also exceptional from the receptionist Margaret toJuan The coordinator for my car. I would recommend Caliber or Collision at 1622 Paloma Ave., Costa Mesa to all my family, friends, neighbors

What an amazing business! I had basically destroyed my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee when I stepped on the gas instead of the brake and drove through a brick wall. it was a gorgeous custom maroon car .and thanks to Calliber Collision, it now is again. They took so much care to make sure everything was perfect. Gilbert was amazing, giving me updates every few days. And- they had completely detailed my Jeep inside and out when I picked it up. I am so satisfied and will definitely be back if needed (I hope to not drive my car through a wall again lol).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The customer service at this location can not get any better, I had my vehicle painted here and they made sure it was flawless when I picked it up. Anything you want fixed or improved they never question, this is the type of service that is missing in other collision shops. I would highly recommend this place and never go anywhere else. I recently visited this Caliber Collision center after my car was recently Vandalized to get it painted and taken care of, and I was highly impressed by the staff and location. You will never find a cleaner Body shop with a nicer Staff. I so Impressed I had to leave a review. The front desk receptionist women (Sorry can t remember her name but it starts with a M ) was just a pleasure to work with, she was nice and fast at what she does. The manager Kevin Z was very personable, and professional. You would have never guess he was the manager because he was a true professional AND Actually doing everything, from taking out the trash and washing cars, to explaining each detail of the process as I turned my car in- Wow! And the last gentlemen named JR that drove me to the rental location was helpful and patient with me as I tried to find the best rental car location with the right for I needed during the holidays for my family (Side Note: because I didn t like Hertz s selection of cars) . I love hard working folks and they will get my business every time. This Caliber is Highly Recommended.Service: Body & Trim
