I recently had my car serviced at this facility and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided. A special shout-out to Yvonne, the service representative, who was outstanding. Not only was the repair done very well, but Yvonne s excellent customer service made the experience truly remarkable. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. Highly recommend!

I was beyond impressed with the whole Caliber team, Bob especially. They were excellent communicators - proactive and thorough. They were clear experts in Mercedes vehicles and I felt confident in their approach. And, they made the best possible experience out of a really crummy time. I d highly recommend!

I got into an accident on February 14th and I was sent to a Caliber by my Insurance where I found out about this specific Mercedes Certified Repair Center. As soon as they told me I immediately requested to get my car sent to this location. When I got here I was assigned to Service Advisor Ivonne Mendez and WOW!!! She is absolutely amazing!! She dealt with my insurance and I didn t have to worry about a single thing. She was great to talk to and she kept me updated on everything going on. I did find out that my car wouldn t be ready for about a month!! Due to their insurance policy, Enterprise was unable to give me a Mercedes and most of their other cars were slower but Ivonne came through! She was able to get my car sped up and got me out of my rental in under two weeks. When I picked up my car they had cleaned the interior and exterior and OH MY GOD, my car looked gorgeous! This woman is amazing! She goes above and beyond in her job and she deserves all the praise and more!! If you get to choose your service provider, GO WITH IVONNE!! She will provide you with an equal or greater experience!

Had an unfortunate accident on my 2018 GLA45 AMG and was so distraught because it s my favorite car and I had the Pleasure of working with Kevin Cough who walked me through the process and made it seamless and was able to answer any questions I had also had the pleasure of having Cory Nguyen my tech constantly updating me on the car and what was being done and performed more than happy and satisfied 10/10Thank you guys !!!

I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and exceptional work, especially from Ryan H. His craftsmanship is truly grade A, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust him with any of my cars in the future. The attention to detail and efficiency in the repair process were outstanding. Great experience at Caliber, repaired my rear-ended GLE swiftly and with great quality, even washed and waxed making it look like new. Luis was very helpful keeping me up to speed on progress every step of the way. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation of a car accident

Caliber Collision is very professional, timely, and really care alot about their customers. My adviser was Bob and he did exactly what he said he would do. They picked up my car from my house. I recently had my car painted, and outside rearview mirror replaced. Bob helped assist in the process. He constantly kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. He was nicest associate at Caliber not to mention went out of his way to take care of all my questions, and concerns. I definitely would recommend anyone with a certified Mercedes Benz to ask for Bob. This location is a Mercedes-Certified repair shop, which means you will get real Mercedes parts and not after-market brands for your car. If you have a Mercedes and got in a car accident and need to get it fixed, definitely take it here. Especially if you have a lease, since you have to return it the same way you got it.I worked with Bob Ohanian who took care of two different accident claims for me consecutively. He was a delight to work with. Very professional, informative, responsive, and kind. He kept me updated on my repairs through text messages and emails, and worked with my auto insurance adjuster to get everything I needed taken cared of. He made it so easy! My vehicle was finished on time and was presented in great condition, clean, and with a lifetime warranty.Their office smells amazing and offers coffee, water, and treats in the waiting area while you wait. The staff is polite and professional. I would definitely take my car here again without a doubt and I highly recommend it. This place is top notch! I m very happy with my service and working with Bob. Thanks again!

Took too long to return my vehicle. They kept blaming the insurance for the delay when the insurance had already paid them. After speaking with the insurance they explained that Caliber had submitted a supplemental for headlight replacement. It was obvious that the insurance denied paying for headlights as the damage was not consistent with my original claim. I had to drive out to Costa Mesa on a Friday from riverside to go and see the headlights myself. After seeing them it was obvious that they had been damaged while taking the bumper apart. Caliber is deceiving.Important to mention: Prior to vehicle being dropped off at the collision center, my car was checked in at a Mercedes Benz airport shuttle and there was no damage marked on the headlights. My vehicle was then transferred to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz for service and when a vehicle is checked in at the dealer, photos are always taken of the vehicle and no damages to the headlights were pointed out. Neither the shuttle service nor dealer pointed out any damage. Caliber themselves never pointed the damage when they checked in the vehicle. I understand that accidents can happen when taking a car apart, but them not owning up to the damage and trying to pin it on the insurance is unethical. After many days, two visits to the collision center, a meeting with the manager, they finally agreed to install new headlights.After seven weeks I finally picked up my car only to get the car back with broken headlights.I had to take my car to a different shop in order to have my vehicle properly repaired. I trusted this shop because they are a certified Mercedes Benz center. I am completely dissatisfied with their service.
