The people at Caliber Collision (Zack was my contact person, very nice and personable) were friendly and completed the work on the car within a few days. I expected it to take longer. They did a beautiful job. The damage was on the driver's rear end. Someone had crashed into my rear bumper and left the scene without leaving a note. Caliber also detailed the car, inside and out, which was a complete surprise to me. I was very pleased with their work.As a side note, the next day when I went to visit a friend at a rehab center, I pulled out of a parking stall and heard a scraping noise. On investigation, the undercarriage (don't know what it is called), and the plastic under the front part of the car were dragging as I drove in rear gear. I had to get a tow operator to fix it so I could drive. He was able to pull a piece of the black plastic off and bolt up the other part so it would not drag. I was able to drive home and to Caliber Collision on Monday, the next work day. They greeted me and said that was not part of the damage I brought it in for. This was in the front of the car, the damage I brought it in for was the rear of the car. They were able to put the pieces together in 30 minutes. I was willing the pay for the extra work but they waived the fee. I was very happy with their work, their professionalism, and friendly manner, and of course, the extra work and effort they put into my car. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.I did use Caliber Collision before, years ago, and remember that I was also very pleased with the courtesy and service they gave me at that time also.

My co worker said not to come to caliber , I took an gambleAnd brought my truck to the Costa Mesa location.Not only did they explain and help me thru the process. They did it quick and professional.I m completely satisfied with the outcome, and will def come back if I ever need another body repair .Service: Body & Trim

Easy check-in, with partnership with Enterprise. Good updates by the overseer. And, a easy check-out by my wife, again with a return of the Enterprise rental vehicle at Caliber Collision.Over all, a very pleasant experience!

My car was decently messed up so I took it to Caliber to get fixed. It took about 3 weeks, and I got weekly updates from Drake about how the process was going. I really appreciated all the updates and information I was getting, it made the whole thing so much easier! I just got the car back today and it looks so good. They washed and detailed the whole car and it really needed it!Service: Body & Trim

This place went above and beyond with every aspect of my repair. I was rear ended in my brand new car a few weeks after buying it by a giant box truck and Zack went out of his way to take care of me and the special needs of my case. Everyone was extremely friendly and my car looks good as new.

My first new truck got hit and run.AAA refered Caliber. My first experiance with any body shop. Caliber did a fantastic job! I cannot tell there was any damage! And work was done on time.

They did 1 of my cars and was fantastic! Then I had another issue with another car and they did the work on that one! They were supportive and informative during the process on both cars and Drake Pinger was true to his word when my car was ready.

To keep it short, took in my car to get fixed roughly January 20th. I was given a completion date of February 14 starting off.I was then told I would get the car by the beginning of next week because it wouldn't take as long as what they originally said. But that kept getting pushed back every 3 or 4 days that I would call to get an update because when told I would get a call, I wouldn't.The car was ready 3 or 4 days later than the date that was set for completion. The car wasn't completely assembled. It was missing a molding. The headlight that was installed was defective. I was told that it was just foggy because it had just been washed, but it would eventually go away.I waited a few days and it actually got worse. I called to let the shop know and I was asked to bring it in to take pictures so they can send them to the dealership they got the part from.After a few weeks I called to see when the part would be ready, only to be asked to send them pictures of the parts that were defective because they did not save the pictures.I waited another week and a half to ask for an update, and they said they were waiting on me to schedule the date to re-repair my car.Luckily, this time the car was ready 2 days later.

Do NOT listen to the past reviews as this shop has exceeded my expectations and there is no possible way I could relate to ANY of the negative comments. I was in a side collision and brought my car here. I've had experience last year at this shop with another car and did an amazing job as well. Communication and customer service, outstanding Louisa and Mallory are the friendliest there. I forgot the Managers name but he was an amazing help also. After picking up my car from the shop there was none of the typical or expected rattle or car not driving the same that people usually expect or stereotype from body shops. The prices here are accurate and you get what you pay for; plus a lifetime warranty of the work! It looks like my car was never in an accident, panels lined up perfectly, paint match/blend FLAWLESS take a look at the photos for yourself. This shop is a little out of my way because I work in Anaheim and live in Irvine, but the work speaks for itself.

My car was involved in an accident. Caliber Collision in Costa Mesa was the first recommended repair center suggested by AAA. I went for an estimate and met Ronnie. He was awesome! Very reassuring right from the start. He examined my car, walked though the procedures, gave me as much detail as he could and ensured me that my car would be repaired as quick as possible. They immediately ordered parts and notified me as promised a couple days later when the parts arrived. He stayed in touch with me the entire time with accurate updates. He notified me as soon as my vehicle was repaired (in only 5 days. Dropped it off on a Thursday, picked it up that following Tuesday) and even accommodated an after 5PM pick up of my repaired car. He really made me feel comfortable and reassured during the whole process. My car was detailed and looked like new when I picked it up!! I highly recommend Ronnie at Caliber Collision in Costa Mesa. Class act.

Caliber collision was very prompt, as well as dedicated to keeping me updated on the process on a regular basis. I did not have to call to find out how things are going. They contacted me regularly. Ronnie was a great service, tech, and very communicative in regards to keeping me informed with updates and completion dates. My rear bumper was hit and I immediately truenes my car to Caliber for the repairs. I worked with Rodney and the rest of the staff and everyone was great. The customer service was excellent and I had an overall great experience, considering the nature of why I had to work with them in the first place. Car problems are stressful enough, so it was very relieving that caliber was patient, kind, and responsive, so that I felt at ease and I hope I won t need vehicle repairs for a while, but if I did, I would go back to Caliber.

Ronnie took care of me while my car was being repaired due to a hit and run. My first time being rear ended. My State Farm agent recommended Caliber to me. He personally had auto body work done here and said they were excellent. I would agree 100%. The Management team is great. Ezra kept me up to date and handled the problem I was having with the Insurance. CO. The team and Louisalways answered any questions and remained calm and reassuring no matter how many times I called in the 2 1/2 weeks they had my car. I will be recommending them to everyone!

My husband and I love this caliber collision! Our poor car has been hit three times now, and we ve had some other issues where the paint has needed repainting, and these gentlemen always pull through and do the most amazing work! I don t mind making the drive, as there are other calibers closer to our home, because these guys are seriously the best. We ve had such great experiences I would recommend this repair facility over any other repair place. Definitely top notch and they are number 1 for a reason. Ezra is amazing and awesome as the manager of the place. Keeps you updated and informed about every step of repair to your vehicle.Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Brakes

I took my Honda minivan to Caliber for some bodywork after a small accident. They accepted my USAA insurance and made everything extremely easy. I received text message updates throughout the process. They used Honda parts and paint and now you can't tell anything ever happened. When I called to start the process, Drake answered and he took care of me the whole time. It was nice having one contact person who knew who you were. I was surprised when they finished the repairs 3 days earlier than expected and that my minivan had been washed & detailed when I picked it up. This experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would for sure go back and recommend them to family and friends.

Zach was extremely helpful during my visit for the estimate on my vehicle. He was very detailed in explaining the process of the upcoming repairs and also offered to add some things in writing to help the responsible party understand the extent and cost of the proposed repairs. He also helped me buff out a scratch I had in the front of the vehicle. I am more than pleased with my experience and would recommend this location, and especially Zach to all my friends and family. Caliber Collision did a fantastic job with repairing my car after a minor accident. They did a detail inspection to make sure nothing was missed. I got my car back in less than 3 weeks. My contact was with Zach who was pleasant both on the phone and in person. When I pulled up with my rental car, I saw him putting the finishing touches on my car! I took my car in after an accident. Everyone was super friendly from the beginning and the person assigned to my car, Ronnie was amazing. I was recommended this shop by my insurance company after getting into a minor car accident and they were able to fit me in quite easily! Ronnie was a huge help and was great at giving me estimated timing and updates, making the entire experience quite seamless. Would definitely recommend this place for quality work!

I've used the Caliber Collision on Logan in Costa Mesa for a number of years. Their work and customer service is impeccable.... consistently! Most recently, Ronnie Murphy went above and beyond, diligently working to ensure my car was restored to "like new" vs. "being totaled" by my insurance company. He kept me informed, updating me on timing to secure OEM parts (even down to stickers). His calm and thorough approach helped ease the hassle of a stressful situation. My car looks amazing. My KIA was stolen in March. I have used Caliber Collision three times for my current car. I can say nothing but great things about my service. KIA was back ordered parts no fault of this great team. I was updated on the repairs every step of the way. My go to person Ronnie and my service advisor was top notch. If I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat I just found out my headlamp issue is a result of my car being stolen. Ronnie also told me to call my insurance to open the claim. I don't even need to do that. I will just need to take my car back in for repairs. Thank you Ronnie. You saved me $2700 and some change . Who knew headlight assemblies were so expensive. I wish I could give them a 0.. Unprofessional nonhelpful rude place.. don't take your 65 year old mother there with her car they'll hold it for two.weeks stress her out and total your car.. never going here again..

I needed to get my car repaired from a minor collision and Caliber was the place chosen by my insurance. I m glad they were! Drake kept in constant contact with me throughout the process, letting me know what he was waiting on or what was actively being done. My car looks better than ever! Happy camper.

I just had my car taken in a couple of weeks back to have some minor fender bender work done and they did an absolute phenomenal job. Really pleased with their work. Also Drake helped me out through the entire process! Super friendly and awesome guy, explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. Will uses their services again if need be but LORD willing prayerfully not!
