I have always had a great experience with service for my 2015 CR-V. My service advisor Kathy M is like an old friend - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My car is usually ready quickly, often before the estimated time, as I wait in the customer lounge, which has plenty of room for those of us who need the privacy for the time we are waiting there. Their service prices are reasonable, and I keep mine maintained so it will last as long as I need to keep it. My Honda is my second home, and AutoNation Honda is my best partner in keeping my "second home" in great working condition and comfort. I trust my car to them, and they've never let me down!

Great customer service, lobby is clean and has complimentary beverages and snacks. The bathroom is clean but I took a star off because it does not have a changing table for babies. My baby had a blowout when I arrived and I ended up having to change her on the bathroom floor. Luckily I had a changing pad so she wasn t directly on the floor but still pretty disappointing that the bathroom doesn t have that. The service was fast and at the end the rep Lidio was really thoughtful and even helped carry the car seat to my car. I thought that was very nice.

Took my 2017 Pilot in for 3 problems torque convertor, push start button, and front struts. Kathy was my service advisor I addressed to her I needed a loaner vehicle to get around while my pilot was in service, but there were no loaner vehicles available. Kathy is awesome she was friendly and professional she got her crew to finish repairing my pilot very quick within a day and a half. Thank you Kathy & Honda of Costa Mesa for the great service

I have been bringing my Honda Accord to the Costa Mesa service center for oil changes and any kind of maintenance for 18 years. They take excellent care of my 2004 Accord to make sure everything is running well. Lidio is the service associate who usually helps me. He explains if anything is needed now or if I can wait for 6 months. I really trust Lidio and the rest of the team.

Cristian was very helpful! He kept me apprised on the status of the car throughout the day, and did a stellar job fixing up the car! Only thing I would improve is to fully clear out all the maintenance codes after performing all fixes.

I appreciate her honest and helpful service and I always look to her for assistance when I bring my car here. AutoNation Costa Mesa is the only place I trust with my car. Amazing service

I drove almost 40 miles to see and drive the Honda HRv I saw online. After about 4 hours of haggling, I was able to purchase the vehicle at a price I was willing to pay. The folks at Honda Costa Mesa were indeed the helpful people.

I had just purchased my car and after a month a service notification came on about needing an oil change. I hadn't gone many miles since I purchased the vehicle so I felt I shouldn't pay for the oil change since I was told it had been done just before I purchased the car. I explained this to the service technician and they agreed and gave me the oil change free and kicked in a full inspection of the car. Was done within an hour of me just going in on a Saturday morning. Awesome customer service!!

I needed a routine service, and my long time Service Advisor, Lidio, had my vehicle in and out in a short period of time. The technician sent a text video introducing himself and informing me when he began work on my vehicle. My car was spotless when I picked it up.

I came to this dealership from Bakersfield and got my car that I love. Habib and Austin made the car buying experience so smooth and easy. Habib even bought my mom and I some great food which we thought was so sweet. He was great. Austin was very thorough and made everything simple and easy for me to understand.

Service and help at dealership was great. Problem is with my 2024 HRV my apple phone connection, unfortunately it is not clear. Seems to be a glitch and the service department was not able to correct. when I m driving I m not able to make the calls needed. I didn t have this issue with my Honda CRV. Very unhappy about this problem. Hope by writing this review I will get an answer on how this can be corrected.

If you're heading in for service, do yourself a favor and specifically ask for Christopher Howard. In my nine years of car ownership, he stands out as one of the finest service advisors. Recently, my new Honda Accord had an issue with its dashboard lights, and Chris was exemplary. He meticulously explained all the particulars and associated costs, just in case the warranty fell short (which, as it turned out, covered everything).What sets Chris apart is his engaging personality. Unlike the typical service advisor who rushes you in and out, Chris adds a touch of humor to the conversation, making it a more pleasant experience. Despite initial concerns based on low-star reviews for the dealership, I took a leap of faith, and Chris not only exceeded expectations but also alleviated my apprehensions.Impressed by his professionalism and service, I promptly scheduled another appointment with him over the phone bacause my AC is making noises. Chris is undoubtedly an asset, and I look forward to continuing my association with him as my go-to service advisor.

Sent my young daughter and her Honda Accord in for an airbag extended warranty service..I'm from a distance talking to a service guy name Lidio who could not listen but tried to bullnose me and talk over me while I was explaining the issue. I asked him politely the first time to let me speak and the conversation just got ruder. I heard him say "Im done I'm done with you" and He handed my daughters phone back to her..Needless to say I told my daughter to walk out and we would find another Dealership to perform the service.. What a loss for them though because my daughter was there to also test drive a new CRV as I was going to buy her a new SUV..If that's how there service department is I would suspect that more of their employees to be like Lidio..I would not recommend getting any service done there or purchasing a car there because yo will eventually have to deal with their service department..

Took my CR-V here for an inspection/new tire prior to a roadtrip. I knew one tire needed to be replaced due to a puncture/leak, but they reported that the remaining tires were in "Good" condition and found no issues with the vehicle, and said I should be "all set" for my trip.Then after a few hours on the road, car starts having issues its never had before, shaking like crazy. Had to halt our trip and take it to a random, local mechanic out of state. He showed us how the "Good" tires were completely separating and even the misalignment of the new tire Honda had given us. Seriously life endangering negligence from the previus "service" when I had taken it in specifically to ensure we'd be good for a long trip. Dealership service might be convenient but not worth the risk and lack of quality work.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment

We came here to sell our used Toyota Yaris. Mack was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the entire process. Fully transparent about every step of the way. Highly recommend coming here if you are trying to sell your car. Erwin on the other hand, who is the GM here, was a complete disrespectful jerk to one of his employees. He was telling this staff member that they were the worst sales rep in the company, and being so demeaning. Not the type of conversation you have with an open door while customers are next door.Would HIGHLY recommend to sell your car here to Mack.Don t buy anything from Erwin.I m in medical sales myself. Erwin, this is not how you should treat your underperforming sales reps.
