Robert is the best! I took my 992 in for an oil change and was impressed not only with the quality of service, but his pricing is very reasonable compared to the dealer and even other independents. He is not one to push unnecessary services on you, which I appreciated. No fancy waiting area, but that suited me just fine, knowing I was getting a great service experience.Service: Oil change

Fixed my C4s convertible top that was stuck in the down position, AutoStrasse did an excellent fit at a fair price. Really appreciate their respect for customers customer s money. Not all Porsche lovers are rich.

I brought my newly purchased vintage 996 in for a check up at Auto Strasse and Robert gave her the once over. I was impressed at his diagnostics of the faults to be corrected and his professional handling of priorities first. Oil and fluids, brakes and basic safety and functionality checks were taken care of and fairy priced in 90 minutes. I was left with a professional set of To Do's for the next appointment, including engine mount work that did not emerge from my vehicle purchase report elsewhere. He even checked out the cabin filter and replaced it with the correct part. The old filter in from elsewhere was some kind of Ford/GM compromise on the cheap. I was at home with the intimate and family oriented experience at Auto Strasse, which comes without sacrifice of Porsche quality standards or expertise. Robert and his team are surrounded in the shop by everything from 914's to GT3's and clearly has a loyal following. 09/08/23Another excellent Porsche servicesRobert has been servicing my Cayenne S for a while. It was time for a major service, so I took it in the morning, and he was able to complete in the same day. Not only has he been servicing Porsche since 1973 but he s try honest & trustworthy. He only suggests what needed and offer quality works with warranty. His prices are very competitive & very reasonable. His shop is about 21 miles away, but it s well worth to drive. I feel confident in his quality workmanship.I highly recommend him if you drive any Porsche. Thanks Robert. See you next timeJust had oil change, brake service & air/cabin filters replaced. This was my first time I've been to Auto Strasse. Since my previous Porsche repair shop which was very honest & excellent, reasonable was unfortunately closed, I've been looking for a good repair service shop for quite sometime. Am I glad to find Robert & his shop? They are excellent, honest, reasonable, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll be using their services even though I live a quite away. Owner is medically challenged. Inefficient service and time wasting. Told us that the engine oil needed for the service is available. Wasted 4 hours to go to other nearby shops to try to find it and didn t. Wasted a whole day and had to keep the car for 2 days.

I could not be more happy with the service Robert and team provided to me. I recently bought my car and it needed a couple things sorted out (even though it came with a thorough service history). Robert spent time with me going through the service history on the car ... recommending items that needed to checked. At the end of the day, the service was done promptly with great communication and very impressive attention to detail. I had a 2003 carrera coupe that I was looking to buy inspected by Robert. He squeezed us in his busy schedule, and completed a very comprehensive and detailed pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle, and emailed me the written report. He also met with me to go over some of my questions and concerns.I am buying the car, and Robert will be servicing it.Recently, on 7/5/22, I took my Porsche in for the replacement of the passenger side window regulator. I was lucky enough to find Robert and his crew early on. My 1999 Boxster might as well be brand new, thanks to them. This is a shop dedicated to great service, in every way. Not only are they true Porsche experts; they turn you into one as well! My most recent experience with Robert and Alan at the desk and Andrew under the car was just as satisfying as each previous visit. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Found a puddle of coolant under my car on 12/23 and had it towed to Auto Strasse. Robert took it in and went above and beyond to have the broken water pump replaced by the end of the day on Christmas Eve. He even managed to fit in a regular engine service and oil change! Went the extra mile to make sure I wasn't without a car for Christmas weekend. Have been going there for years and Robert always does a great job at very reasonable rates. Could not be happier that I finally found someone that I feel can take care of the 1998-993. Dealer was always ripping me off and my old shop stopped servicing cars. Robert and the crew were great. first of all thanks to Robert and his team for helping me get back to Oklahoma. My car suffered some water pump issue leaving me stranded in Palm Springs. After helping me secure towing, the car arrived at the shop where it quickly became apparent that we needed to bring the engine down in order to trouble shoot all possible issues in an efficient way.After diagnostic, we also agree to use the opportunity to have the engine down and perform all preventive maintenance. After an extensive list of task, Robert and his crew diligently worked in my car ensure that the end result will provide the best. Along the way, their knowledge of these vehicles proved to be indispensable since they were able to find issues that otherwise would have been missed and potentially ruining the vehicle.The cost for such repair was high but also the value of the work and the quick turn around they did. I finally got the car and drove it that same day to OKC, 21 hours straight!! everything working just like new.Their attention to detail, the effort everyone in the shop places in the results of their workmanship, and the customer service gave me a great experience specially in my time of need.Thanks Team!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

I have been brings my Porsche for about 10 yrs. Robert has the best mechanics and problem shooters. Newport Auto is where I use to take it and their prices are ridiculous! Robert s prices are the best around along with the service! I would highly recommend Robert he has had his shop for years!

My Carrera S is still under warranty. I took it in for routine service and they did a great job. I ve owned previous Porsches and this is the first time I took any of them to an independent garage. Robert and his crew know what they are doing and will not suggest unnecessary repairs or service. They only work on Porsche s. I will continue to use them and have the utmost confidence in them. I m so impressed with them i submitted my first Google review. Previously only Yelped.

Robert and the team at Auto Strasse are exactly want you want in an auto mechanic partner: technical experts, excellent communicators, fairly priced, and straight shooters. If you love your Porsche, take it to them and they'll do you (and it) right.
