I recently visited American Tire Depot in Costa Mesa for a tire repair and I couldn t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, Abraham, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He promptly assessed the situation with the nail in my tire and informed me that the repair could be done for free. I was thrilled!Larry, another team member, took over and performed the repair swiftly and professionally. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and it was evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them.As a Tesla owner, I was particularly impressed. I had previously been quoted $121 for the same repair at Tesla, but American Tire Depot did it for free. It s clear that this shop not only offers honest and reliable service but also truly values helping their customers save money.If you own a Tesla or any other vehicle and need tire services, I highly recommend visiting American Tire Depot in Costa Mesa before going anywhere else. Their exceptional service and dedication to customer care have definitely earned them a loyal customer in me!

Big shoutout to American Tire for their exceptional service! After my wife ran over a huge nail, we were fully prepared for a hefty bill. But, to our surprise, Abraham and the team fixed our tire promptly and didn t charge us a dime. Their honesty and willingness to do the right thing are rare finds in today s world. Highly recommend these hard-working, honest folks for anyone in need of tire services. Thank you, American Tire, for showing us that great service and integrity still exist!

These guys helped both myself and my brother out on separate occasions in a jamb. Because of this I got a new set of tires with them, and highly recommend anyone who needs work done on their vehicles to go to the Costa Mesa location. Great people.

Terrible Experience at American Tire DepotRating: (1/5)I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at American Tire Depot. From start to finish, the level of service and professionalism was abysmal. It's safe to say that this establishment is not deserving of its reputation.I initially contacted Chris, who pleasantly surprised me by offering to patch my tire for free. This gesture impressed me and led me to choose American Tire Depot for the repair. However, upon arriving at the location and speaking to Christ, I was informed that the tire couldn't be patched until the following day due to their busy schedule. While inconvenient, I understood the situation and agreed to return the next day.To my dismay, when I returned as planned, Chris was nowhere to be found. Instead, I was met by another individual who flatly stated that they couldn't patch my tire. This blatant lie left me feeling deceived and frustrated. The inconsistency in their statements and lack of communication is simply unacceptable.To make matters worse, it seems that each employee at this location runs their own program. There is no consistency or standardization in their services. As a customer, I expect professionalism and adherence to company policies, but it appears that American Tire Depot fails to provide this basic level of service.I had every intention of paying the technician for the repair, along with a tip at the standard rate. However, the lack of integrity and honesty displayed by the staff has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise against relying on this establishment for any tire-related services.Finally, as a note to the management, I arrived at the store at 8:50 AM on November 8, 2023. I hope my feedback serves as a wake-up call to address the serious issues with customer service and honesty at American Tire Depot.

Wow! I'm very big on customer service, satisfaction and retention and American Tire Depot did an outstanding job excelling in all areas. Just recently moved to Costa Mesa and had a nail in my tire. Came out here for the first time and was immediately greeted by Phil with great energy.With this nail, my tire would continuously lose air, so I was expecting some out of pocket cost here.Phil and team was not only able to patch it, they even did a tire rotation for me all within 30 minutes and not a penny out of pocket.With that stellar customer service, I honestly will never go anywhere else for my tire needs. They just made me a customer for life.

I received efficient service from the desk person to the tire installer, after having two of my own tires installed and balanced. An alignment was suggested, but not pushed and the installation was quick. I will likely come back.

Great service and fair prices! They didn't have inventory but was able to pick up the tires I needed from another location and got the job done as quoted. I highly recommend!

I recently had ANOTHER exceptional experience at American Tire Depot. Juan, my mechanic, displayed incredible expertise, quickly identifying and fixing my car issues. Kudos to the district manager, Jessie, and the manager, Phil, along with Chris and the entire staff for their awesome customer service. As a single mother, having a trustworthy location and mechanic like Juan is invaluable. I no longer worry about the quality of service or my car when I leave. Huge thanks to Juan, Jess, Phil, and Chris for making a difference!

Tesla model 3 flat tire - they were able to fix it!I made an appointment the night before when I realized my tire was getting flat at a significant rate. The next morning, I arrived a little early, and talked to the extremely friendly and professional technicians. They did mention some concern about if they would be able to fix the flat given its a tesla, but within 20 minutes of me arriving, the tire was fixed!While it was my first time here, it will not be the last.Huge shoutout to Phil and Abraham - I didn't get to meet everyone but the ones I did talk to were beyond excellent in all categories.I highly recommend anyone needing tire or other car repairs (while I'm not sure the extent, it seems they are able to do quite a few other repairs which is awesome) to come here.Clean, quick, professional, and budget friendly - what more could you want?

Today I went in for a nail in my tire. They diagnosed it and fixed it for FREE. I'm in total shock I'm so extremely grateful and it's. Whenever I need new tires I'm 110% goin here and no where else. Kudos to this place. U made my day!

I visited American Tire to purchase tires and was treated poorly by Abraham; after sitting about 25 minutes waiting for someone to speak to me, I started walking to my car and told Abraham I would take my car somewhere else. He was perfectly OK with that. He treated me like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to come to his place of business; sad to be treated in such a way,

Such a great place, the staff is honest and helpful! As a single woman, often times auto mechanics want to over charge or upsell they do what needs to be done! They communicate with you keeping you up to date on progress and don t try to sell you anything, unless you ask! I bought my tires here for my EV a few years ago, do regular inspections and rotation but today had the pressure warning light come on and only had a few miles range!!! Stopped by to get it checked, no appointment and they took it right in, it did in fact have a screw imbedded, so they removed and repaired it! Quickly and with a smile! Thanks team for keeping me on the road!

Even though they were busy, the gentleman at the counter was quick to get me helped out and situated. They got me set up with a free patch, and it was a huge stress relief. I'll definitely be back when I need new tires.

Places walking ahead of appointments, why take appointments? I like American tire Depot for it s appointments many shops honor them , Tustin , Irvine , Fountain Valley but I guess not Costa Mesa ,

David was kind, professional, direct, and honest - from the first time I called in, all the way through completing putting new tires and tire sensors on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee.He even charged me a lower price then I was quoted initially, after seeing the actual work that needed to be done on my vehicle. Trustworthy, great work from these guys. Highly recommend!
