Be careful!!! The guy put air in your tire named H***er. He switched my two new Toyota stem caps to random ones they use for all the customers in the red bin on both of my back tires, I noticed and questioned, he said my front and back stem caps are different I came like that. I was literally just there standing next to my car he did so quick turned back to me. I figured something wrong so he didn t change the front two. I don't know cars but It is new car that I love so much just got a month ago shouldn't be different. No service has been ever done. No other places I have ever taken except last Thursday I took it to America tir� in Ontario location they patched my tire on the back of left one. I gave good reviews to people who helped me there. I am pretty sure I have my 4 original caps on before I took it to America tire in Costa Mesa today. It is such a nice area! I just want my original caps back but I couldn't find them there. I left because there were other customers behind me and he asked me to move. I left but I double checked my photos i took before the caps should be all same! I came back around 4PM. I asked for it again! They said it never happen before like that they don t have it for sure, if I change tire the caps will change anyway I don t think that is true. I don t have any more time to argue with them. Manager Thomas was a little bit nicer gave me two similar one to try to make up for that saying he would also pay my original one from Toyota if I ordered two. Wish there is a camera there or should I check it out? It s not about the money is about the service as a company. I can pay tips I know is free service for them but please find someone professional. I don't want be in this situation anymore, I cannot trust them feel insecure and will not work with America's tire for anything in future. They said the two they give me are better qualities than mine. Should I say thank you? Three photos, first one is my original, second one is the guy put on, the third one is manager Thomas gave me. I took these caps because I want to take photos as evidence. Doesn't mean I accepted it. Why I have to order my stem caps myself? It s such inconvenient and my time matters. They should order for me and let me know then I pick it up. That s how a good company s employee should treat customer I think! It s been 3 weeks, so is there any update, follow up, or further investigation has been done? Hello?! I am still waiting to be contacted. Thomas?! Owner?!

The staff at this business failed to identify the source of the tyre leaks on both of my visits. All they said to me was to get new tyres. Eventually, I returned home and worked on the issue for two hours. I believe the clerk is merely skilled at selling and is not sincere.

They were quick but damaged my wheel. Didn t notice until the following day. I know they did this because all I needed was a tire swap and these wheels are brand new.

We had a wonderful experience today with America's Tire in Costa Mesa. My daughter is there going to school and had a flat tire. She made an appointment this morning but the tow truck was an hour late. Ricky was so awesome when I called and told him she needed to get done and to class my 11:00. They took great care of her and she was done in 30 minutes and made it to class on time. Every America's tire I have ever been to always gives the best customer service every time. They deserve this 5 star rating!

i actually went to American Tire for a possible nail in the rear driver tire. They said 45 minutes until ready. They repaired the tire and checked all the other tires with proper air levels. The cost was ZERO!Made my day! FREE repair amazing customer service. I will be a customer forever!

Free tire rotation for my Tesla Model 3. Service was very friendly and very fast though I did make an appointment yesterday for a time slot today, so maybe that expedited the process! Overall a great experience and I ll definitely be coming here for any tire services in the future.

This place is amazing! Danny booked my appointment and Andrew took care of me once I arrived. They re punctual, knowledgeable, and very friendly here. They put all of my worries at ease and because I got the warranty, I was able to return today to repair a nail in one of my tires. I m such a satisfied customer that I had to share my experience. Take your business here. Trust these guys with your tire needs. Such a great team and business, and be sure to get the warranty. It s totally worth it with all the debris on the roads and highways these days. A+++

The only place I would bring my car to for tire installations! Well managed team, service always on time. Highly professional. They put tire shine on the sidewalls after installation. They even bagged my old tires since I m keeping them, amazing! Highly recommend this shop!

Great customer service and friendly staff. Special thanks to Daniel who helped me out with my flat repair and tire rotation.I like the technology and car status tracking system the use as well.I ll be back in 5-10k miles for a new set of tires.

Very fast service, despite being in the middle of a busy day. Pricing was competitive. All in all, a good experience compared with Costco, where I typically buy tires. Costco was far more expensive for the same tires (Pirelli Scorpions) than this place was. Recommended.

This is my go to for when I need new tires, tire service and when I purchased wheels for all my cars/suvs.Service is consistent and they are very quick. I scheduled an appointment for this morning to have my tires rotated/balanced, spare checked and to have my wiper blades replaced (it s free to install). I was there 10 minutes early and was out of there within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time.Really great, use their website to schedule ahead!

I took my car in today to replace 2 tires. When I picked it up, they did not tell me anything about it been reared ended (pretty bad). When I got to my car, I saw the terrible damage. The manager Thomas said that I have to handle it via the Costa Mesa PD, which doesn't make sense. Thomas said it was a hit and run that hit 3 cars. What about their liability insurance and the inconvenience this causes. Shouldn't they coordinate all the repairs. I paid for the 2 tires and service, so shouldn't they handle all the logistics to return my car in the condition I took it in?

I got tires changed in this place. Pretty convenient when already have an appointment set with them. I set the an appointment online through their website. They re pretty busy when I come in and fill the form and put the appointment time. And they will check the form immediately and serve you immediately. The waiting time was perfect, but I hope they do a good work too to change my tires. Because it will takes time to see their work...

Best tire shop I've been to. I did my tire rotation and balance from them today. Only took them like 30-40 mins. Very efficient and professional crew they got here! I have matte black aftermarket wheels and I noticed they even used black colored tire balance weights to match my wheel color. I love this nice touch of detail! Most tire shop don't do that. This attitude to detail makes their shop the best.For Tesla owners out there: get your tires from them and they do your balance and rotation FOR FREE! Tesla mobile service charges you 65 bucks for tire rotation only. Balance is not even included! Their technicians know their stuff so you don't need to worry about damaging your battery pack.

Hunter at America Tire is absolutely the best! Wonderful personality and such a hard worker. Put air in all my tires for free and then noticed my wipers were cracked so said he would change them for me right there and personally! BIG SHOUTOUT TO HUNTER! Thanks bud!

I am not one to leave reviews for businesses however, in this case, I believe it is deserved. I am a reasonable person with a job and not a lot of spare time. I wanted my tire replacement as hassle-free as possible.My experience started with the America s Tire website which is relatively easy to use and price out your service. There was an issue with the website by which I was unable to complete my checkout. I decided to give it a few days and try again. This is where the staff at this America s Tire really stood out.I called and spoke with Dylan who not only helped me schedule a convenient appointment but also honored the expired promotion I intended to use via the website. Later I needed to change my appointment to a few days earlier and, again, this was easily accomplished over the phone. On the day of service I was attended to professionally despite how busy this place was around 430pm.I walked across the street and before I finished a coffee I received a text alert that my tires were already done. My entire replacement took less than 40 minutes from drop-off to this alert.I would give this place six stars if I could. Great job and thank you America s Tire.

If you want to get more mileage for your tires have them checked regularly. They do free air checks and tire inspections. If you purchase the tires from them, they will rotate it for you every 6,000 - 8,000 miles. A reminder will even be sent to your email if you opt for it.The waiting area is spacious with enough chairs to sit on, free water and coffee and an all gender restroom.Wait time could be an hour or more depending on the service being done.Nice, efficient and cheerful team members at this location.

I came in to get new tires for my car. My car does NOT have OEM lug nuts/bolts, they have aftermarket studs. After taking my car into the bay, they start working on it and few minutes later tell me they can't work on it and not only over torqued the lug nuts, but also stripped a bolt (see image). I had to buy 2 new studs and bolts and get those replaced.DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR CAR IS MODIFIED IN ANY WAY, unless you want something to break. Instead go to R compound or 714 tires. Not worth the value or time here.

This review is exclusively on Ramon, Service Rep, Not on America's Tire shop. Ramon's customer service is above & beyond:1. I talked w/ Ramon on the phone, and he got me an appt in the late afternoon after checking the tire deliver schedule2. I called 1pm & 3pm and talked someone else and said the delivery will be a next day - meh~3. Later, Ramon called me back and said the tires just got delivered - That was nice. Then it would be almost their closing hour after arranging a towing truck. He said as long as the car gets the shop before their closing time, 6pm, the tire work will be done even after their closing hour4. Got there at 5:30pm, and Ramon greeted me w/ a big smile and took care of the paper work smoothly. He didn't push me for a certification program - extra warranty, and he matched the Cosco pricing - more nice5. After two new tires were installed, I noticed one of existing tire pressure is not matching with new ones. Talked to Ramon, and he talked w/ a technician who installed the new tires. The technicion said he couldn't add more air to the existing tire since he couldn't get a tire value cap out on the existing tire, but he didn't tell/notify - not good6. Ramon pulled a stanely ranch out, and worked on it for 5 mins and pulled it out by himself. And then he put more air to do an air pressure balance.I would only go back there if and only Ramon works there. Thank you Ramon for the extra customer service

Got helped out by Luis. Freaking out that I had a piece of nail stuck in the tire. Luis came by and check it out didn't pressure a new tire on me and just gave me the run down and just pulled it out and said we'll you are good to. Best customer service you can have and honesty

Service was great and tires were put on fast. The only caviat is to make sure you look at all your options before deciding. They are a business and are trying to make money. They might glance over the cheaper options and push the top two. Overall good experience tho.
