It's been 7 years since I replaced my tires . I mostly drive close to home however with all the rain I decided it was time. I spent more than I was planning but with prices on everything else it was expected. Jesse was awesome. He talked me through my options and helped me make the best decision for my tires. He made me feel that he cared about my experience with your company. Thank you for having Jesse as my point of contact. He again; was awesome. I have also referred the costa mesa location and will continue to do so.

The Manager Jesse is an amazing man. I called in the morning and he ordered the tires and had me in within the hour. I was in and out in 30 min. He and his crew are very professional, Honest, quick, and courteous. This is the second vehicle I bring to him and I am getting ready to bring in a third for tires. I love this place!

Went there for an alignment and a tire rotation. They told me they couldn t give me an alignment unless I replaced the lower control arm. This can be true but I have learned to get a second and third opinion. They rotated my tires and didn t balance them which resulted in a bumpy ride but to be fair I didn t ask. Still think they should have caught that. Both other mechanics I went to said my lower control arm and bushings were fine. Allen tire quoted me 1200$ for the repair. It was a repair that was never necessary. If you can avoid this place do so. Unfortunately a lot of alignment places do this since there isn t much money in alignments but this is pure deception and I felt like they take advantage of inexperienced drivers. Will never go back.

Jesse was GREAT in explaining the entire process from beginning to end . Even giving me detailed explanation on which approach to take regarding some modifications I wanted to do to my suspension and tires sizes since I wanted to go bigger on my truck . The Team with Don Carlos ,Shawn the awful Seahawks fan and Mr. Juan Morales the EXPERT simply put game me a wonderful experience the way they interacted with me . Bilingual in English and Spanish , specially Shawn which was surprising . Anyhow Awesome place to buy your tires , expedited service , negotiation, and attention to explaining all the details and all my questions including different scenarios I had. I ve also brought my wife s car for some emergency patches because of nails in her tires and they re always up for the tasks . Thanks again ALLEN TIRE TEAM on Superior in Costa Mesa you ve got a customer for life

Took a chance on Allen tire just because America s tire is not the lowest on the books. When it comes to patience and being helpful in. Genuine manner that brings back business and will win loyalty right away. Allen tire helped me get in and out kind of a last minute walk in day before Christmas Eve and they still gave me excellent service. I brought back my other car after the new year for service too. I know that I can count on them! Thank you Allen Tire

These guys are awesome!! And charge sooo much LESS than the others! They had to get our tire from another Allen Tire AND did it all same day. Walked over to 602 had a yummy coffee while we waited. So easy and convenient...they're super nice there too!

Can't recommend Allen Tire enough. Would give six stars! Needed tire repair for nail in tire. Super friendly, took care of the repair promptly, and cost was beyond reasonable. Can't wait until I need new tires and can go back to give them my business.

Had a nail in my rear tire late on a Friday and they were able to get me in and out in about 30mins with a quick patch. Excellent service, great team, for a great price (they didn't charge me a dime!). I had my tires installed at a Firestone Tire business down the road about a year ago but will be taking my business here from now on. Highly recommended!

Tim the manager was amazing! I came in after hours and he was still open to helping me get two tires replaced ASAP. I would highly recommend Allen Tire company here in Costa Mesa/Newport. Everyone was so professional and the customer service was impeccable. It is hard to find the level of service out there so when you do u can t say enough about it!!! Thank you so much!! I will be back to do much more like oil change alignment and etc. Go see them n ask for Tim!

I got a flat tire and Matt said it cannot be fixed, so he replaced it with a new 1. Everything was super smooth and friendly. He even rotated all the tires for free. I would recommend Allen Tire Company in Mesa for your tire problems.

The boys at this shop, do a fantastic job. They don t play any silly pricing games, they deliver what they say, and are easy to deal with. I highly recommend them if you want a great job done on your car and zero drama.

Brought my car here after realizing there was likely a leak in one of my tires. They quickly determined there was a nail in one of them, patched the tire, and filled all the tires with air.

Angel and Matthew took great care of me! I brought my boat tires in and they were so HONEST!! They explained my tires did not have a leak at all and did not try to sell me any new tires.This shop is SUPER HONEST

Amazing staff and company! Jesse and Sean were amazing and super helpful! I had a nail in my tire about 3 weeks ago and was very anxious about driving with it in my rear tire. I called a few tire companies and was told I needed a new tire. (Remind you these tires still have a lot of life in them). I wasn t sure if I needed new tires or if a patch would be enough since I m not familiar with this issue. I called in here on my lunch break and was assured by Jesse they could fix it in time before I had to go back to work. I came in spoke to Jesse and right away he had Sean help me. Sean had it fixed within 10 minutes. He showed me the process and reassured me the patch would hold until I needed all new tires. Sure enough he was right. He did an amazing job and super fast. We have been off roading since and all over with this patch and no issues with the tire. I could not express enough words to say how amazing and helpful these two were. I really didn t want to go through the process of buying a new tire when we didn t need to and I m thankful I went here! They are honest and hard working and did not overcharge me like other companies were trying to do. Request Sean and Jesse and make sure to tip them good because they deserve the best! I will be back when any issues that come my way!!

Hands down the most amazing service! Matthew was so helpful and attentive, I called to ask about replacing my tire and immediately he was very helpful on the phone and as soon as i got there I was helped. I don t rave about coming to the tire shop but this forsure made my day worth coming here definitely 10/10 !

I work in construction so I m constantly getting nails in my tires which is a pain. But I come here every time and I m in and out in 15 mins. The guys are super helpful and nice and easy to work with. Great prices and friendly staff. Highly highly recommend!

Great company and atmosphere. I made a mistake by leaving my car unattended with an interlock and when it was ready to be worked on, they waited patiently (I got there fast) but they still waited for me until I got there to start the car. Won't make that mistake again and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Everything went smoothly without any pressure to add other services. They were offered but not pressured when I chose not to have the alignment done as I have a guy who does all my alignments for sports racing cars.

Took my widebody 911 in for some tire replacement. They were able to source some tires very quickly and took great care of my baby.(Was told 90-120 days for the tire I wanted from other shops) 10/10 service. Thank you Tim you re the man.
