Everything about A&G was easy, convenient and quick. I usually prefer to talk with someone when scheduling an appointment, but online was so straight forward, I ll always do that. They kept me updated through their text message service, which explained the parts of inspection that passed or those that needed attention. It was easy to understand and I ll definitely be back.

Appointment was on time. The family is always professional, and do an excellent job with whatever work needs to be done. I've been going to them for 20+ years with three different vehicles and could have found a better business to service my car. If you want honesty, integrity, and excellent work, I highly recommend you try them. You will not be disappointed.

My car wouldn't start,, so after a jump I took it to Auto Zone for a free scan to locate the exact electrical problem. They said it was definitely a bad alternator. I then went to A & G who properly did a thorough checkout and determined it was a bad battery thus saving me from a $450 major expense. I have been their customer for 20 + years and they have handled every problem quickly with no need to come back.Service: Electrical repair

I first came here because I didn't trust a different mechanic shop, turns out I should have came here all along.. honest fair prices, gets the job done in a clean orderly manner....They always offer an itemized list of everything they recommend to do and itemized list of what you can approve them to do after diagnostics...Plus it's family owned and operated so helping small business in my book is a big plus..5 stars for A&G. Very curtious, professional, and overall great people.

;- ) A&G have been my mechanics for 40+ years. They have taken care of my cars since my very first car which was a Tan on Grigio Fumo 78 Fiat Spider 2000 PininFarina, my 2nd car was an 85 White on Gun Metal Metalic VW Cabriolet Wolfsburg Edition, and I'm still driving my third vehicle which is a Red 98 Honda CRV (it's a true work horse and roadtrip warrior that still serves me well. I gladly recommend their skills at troubleshooting, their honesty & integrity as professionals, and their advise on prioritzing multiple repairs needed which have all been very valuable to me over the decades.

I haven t driven my car post service to comment on the quality of work, but I wanted to comment on my recent customer experience with Mike and A&G imports. All positive.Prior to this service, I only had my car serviced at dealerships. However, my recent experience with my dealership left a bad taste in my mouth when the service advisor didn t seem knowledgeable about my car, even though they see these cars and quote repairs for these cars probably more than anyone else. For the price you pay at the dealerships, I expect customer experience to be very important, but this time around it just felt like I was paying a brand name premium, but poor quality and not so great service.So, I took a chance on A&G at the recommendation of one my good friends who had a great experience in the past on another german car they serviced here. In short, I m very glad I found Mike and A&G Imports because they completely changed my attitude towards independent mechanics.Mike gave me quick cost estimate on the work I was looking to get done and also provided a honest assessment on what I actually needed vs. not. To give you an example, I was ready to pull the trigger on replacing my control arms on my Mercedes because they made a squeak when turning the wheel. However, Mike said that there was no mechanical issue and that this was a common problem on Mercedes where the ball joints dry up and just need some lubrication. Obviously, it s not a complete/perfect fix and eventually I ll need to replace my control arms, but this is the type of information you re looking for as a car owner to maximize the life of your parts when you know they are still functional.It s the little things like that which provide a great experience and 100% recommend A&G with any service work you need on your cars.

My front turning lights of my PRIUS weren't working so I went to the local dealer to find out what the problem was. The mechanic reported that they couldn't find a problem so they would need to run a $600 electrical diagnostic test. I declined that and went to A&G the next day where they found that one of the wires was unplugged, probably due to the negligence of panel beaters who had worked on the car.There never was a need to run the diagnostic test. Staff is great. They checked everything out that needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. As soon as I approved everything they got back to me immediately. Work was completed in one day. Everyone is very nice.
