Make sure to check there work. Everytime they add air to my tires they never put all the valve caps back on & this last time I didn't check to see if they did or not. I'm missing 1 already from my last visit. It really annoys me cus my rims r black the caps were black & i liked the way they looked but now 1 is missing. Also there was another incident where my truck was leaking oil, i took it back & the guy said my oil plug/bolt was stripped so I needed to buy a new 1 Anyway he put a washer on the bolt & I headed to the dealership to buy a new bolt/plug. Still haven't needed the new bolt/plug. I sure he just put it in wrong or ended up using some other car's plug/bolt cus it haven't leaked since & my new pulg/bolt still in the bag. I notice there's always something when the Korean/chinese guy works on my truck. Won't be returning to this Walmart no more

If I have an option I will give zero star for this auto care. I scheduled an appointment and was there on time. No one was there to take me in. Counter person told a guy but he said I am on break but later when a lady walked in , he started helping her and I was waiting in the bay for someone to take me in. After 40 minutes they asked me to pull the car to front and another person wrote me down in the iPad and said it will take 2 to 3 hours because no one is available to do oil change. That s when I decided it is not worth waiting here to save $20 and I quit.

I am faithful about bringing my car to Walmart for oil changes. They are thorough, efficient and reasonable. And meanwhile I can do a bit of shopping. Who doesn't need something from Walmart?! ;)

Everyone is always nice here and does a great job servicing my car, but oh, my goodness, PLEASE hire more people to work in automotive!They told me it would be a two hour wait, which is a lot but I had some shopping to do so that was perfectly okay with me. It ended up being FOUR HOURS before they even STARTED on my car. That is a little excessive! All I needed was an oil change, and I spent half my day sitting in the waiting room. Listening to the phone ring and ring and ring and ring because there was no one to work at the desk, either.

They were actually much better than I expected. I got lucky during a quiet time but it can sometimes take hours. I needed a new battery and they sorted me out with a 3 year warranty. Good job guys. Was in and out in less than 1 hour.

Walked in at 5:15 pm on a Sunday and asked to have a tire repair done on my wife's car. The attendant at the desk said the guys in the back told him to say they are closed. Business hours say open until 7pm. I asked him what the 4 guys standing in the back with one car in the bay where there for and he said he would ask if they could. Doors where all open. The tech in the back said no even though it is a service they offer. I guess it's easier to do nothing and collect an hourly wage these days.

Alway take my car here for service. For my oil changes and new tires. And shop while I wait very convenient.

Worst customer service imaginable. It was quit obvious the ticket writer did not want to take on anymore business for the day at 8am. I let him know I had no problem waiting 3 hours. Then when I gave him the tire size I needed he said they did not have that size. So, I looked at him said "oh I understand" and left.I then went online and had my choice of 5 different tires to choose from that I could pick up in 2 hours. Nothing like being lied to.

They said they will make my car duplicate key for $40. I said I'll be back in few days. When I went few days later the same tall bro said it's $69.I left in anxiety.Next time I went they said they don't have the right chip for my car.Management must audit these guys what are they up to?Plus I called over the phone and the associate asked my to hold. I waited on phone over 30 mins and it auto hung up. Failure to get anyone on phone. Repeated another attempt to call, but sadly the same happened.They deserve less than zero star rating for now.

I had bought warranty with them last year and only used it once with no problem super easy. when I came back Today the entire staff running it was SO messy including the manager Ernest! They didn t have my order written up correctly and made it seem like it was my fault the cashier Brianna was so rude and sluggish she couldn t even answer my questions without having an attitude. They made my experience horrible. I m definitely never coming back.

I called the tire shop today and Carlos looked for the tires I needed and rechecked on exact specifications I was looking for although I placed him on hold while I took another call. When I arrived he again assisted me courteously. The technician outside (didn't know his name) told me it'd be about 30 minutes and it was. Great service with a smile. And the Mgr. answered a question I had afterwards; very professional. Very pleased. Bravo!

I was told by the guy who checked me in it would take 55 minutes, they would call me when ready. I checked on my car after not hearing anything for about an hour and a half. Had not even started it. Was told it would be another 3 hours. When asked why I was told 55 minutes I was told" dunno". Got my keys and took my car across the road to jiffy lube where I was in and out in under 30 minutes for only 4 bucks more!! Such a joke!!

Great place to go to vegetate and meditate. The Walmart employee promised my oil change would only take 20 minutes. I should have understood that was "garage-speak" for 45-60 minutes... And it wasn't even busy (mid day on a Thursday.) If you have time to kill, this is the place for you.

Affordable pricing for oil changes. Brought my car here, and was done relatively quick. Only issue was one of the technicians left a partial oil footprint on my floor mat.

I have had excellent experience here. I will most definitely go back again and if you like great customer service I highly recommend going here. I don't remember his name but this older gentleman goes above and beyond to help you out. I will go back again just to ask for his name so I could post it on here.

Was really skeptical about getting an oil change here but wow was I wrong! Excellent service and great price. Anthony really gave my car the TLC it needed. Highly recommend coming here. Thank you Walmart!

Always have my oil filter, always do a great job even when theres lots of people waiting. No problems with these guys. My go to place to get my tires fixed up or for an oil change!

I'm here on a Sunday at 5:05pm and they say they're closed. I asked about tomorrow Monday and they said 6pm. They have to update hours listed online.

I came here for an oil change and it took 2 HOURS. It was ridiculous 2 hours for an oil change.There was only two cars ahead of me and it still took them two hours. Nope, never again am I coming back just for an oil change.

Always amazing service, this is my go to place for oil changes and tire services sometimes theres a bit of a wait, but thats because theres so many people that trust this place!

Im giving it 4 stars because the the greeter at the door was great and so was the checker the selection there is very limited compared to other Walmarts other than that it's a great store

Anthony the service manager was extremely helpful...checked my battery voltage and Brianna answered all my questions over the phone..will come back again

They let you wating while walking by and no one gives you costumer service and the other time they closed earlier I won't be coming back here
