I don't understand the negative negative review.. This is the best product on the market.. I just put a long travel kit on my 05 toyota sequoia limited. It really gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm riding on the best parts in the industry.. I know if I break anything it won't be a total chaos part. I am going to do the triple bypass dual shocks. Aaron from summit tells me that someone has been calling there inquiring about Sequoia.. I hear you are under the impression that it was me I have Never called. I believe someone is pretending to be me for some reason.. So just to let you know whoever's calling and inquiring about my Sequoia they are not me...

Great customer service and parts! I ve had to call with questions a few times throughout the years. I always love when a REAL person answers the phone and they know the answers to my questions themselves! Also just refreshed my UCA bushings after years of neglect and abuse and they looked and felt perfect still. Only swapped them because the uniballs were shot.

Well I won t ever order anything from you guys.. I called them asking if I could order some long travel axle shafts and the lady that answered said do you have the TC kit and I said no I have the Allpro off-road kit, I just need the shafts. Then she said well I can t sell you these cause you didn t buy the kit from us and it s a rival between the other companies So you don t want my $700 dollars? Worst customer service I ve ever seen. So then I called Poly Performance and talked to Dusty and he got them ordered for me with no hassle! Dusty is the best!

Product is great but what really stands out is their Customer Service. I have King Coilovers, with spindle lift. I was having major problems aligning it properly. Alignment was perfect before the TC UCA, but wait keep reading because it wasn't the TC fault but mine. I must have gone back to him at least 5 times. i showed him my alignment specs and Pat reviewed it with me each time. He was patient with me, explained what might be going on and gave me possible solutions. he finally figured it out when he asked if I lowered it, which I did so that it would fit in my garage... and walla.... perfect alignment figures when I lifted it back up.... Product is great for a one time purchase but customer service what makes coming back to buy more. I plan on buying the Lower Control Arm but this Covid 19 has made my family tighten the belt a little bit and can't spend $3k on the truck just yet. But when this is over Pat I'm giving you a call again.

Love the products, but the shipping and order process is just too slow for me.... order a part Thursday then have to wait till Monday or Tuesday to even get a confirmation or tracking number. Have had shipping issues with them before. Not the best.
