Wife tried her Best to surprise me...Paid $45.00 for a car wash and $5.00Tip. $50.00 for a vehicle that looks like it was ran through without using a mitt or brush.Never been so disappointed in Dykstra's car wash.Vehicle from front to back inside and out not cleaned properly.I get it... it's been hot ! My wife got there as soon as they opened. This was the result with the team ready to go. It wasn't the end of day where they were exhausted from work and heat....I have gone several times in the past. The level of Dykstra's cleaning has dropped dramatically! I feel it's getting worse and not any better.Come on team Dykstra's !! Your company is far better than this. I cannot be the only customer who feels this way....

This place really sucks. I paid $25.99 for them to do a piss poor job. They never vacuumed the trunk, all of the windows have a ton of streaks and they never dusted/ cleaned the center console interior and doors. I called the car wash after I left and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and when I told her what was wrong she said "since you left the property we're not responsible for what the workers did or didn't do". Needless to say I will never be going back to this place. However, the Mobil Oil Service place, right next door, is extremely capable and fast. But the car wash sucks.

I got here super early there weren t many cars. I got an oil change and car wash. It took an hour and a half and people who came in 45 min after me left 15min before me. Their mag strip doesn t work so I couldn t pull out a tip for the car washers. None of them speak English for me to tell them that along with the girl didn t give me my plastic card to go with my receipt to give to them. And their new car smell scent left my car I m not even exaggerating smelling like car freshener mixed with urine/piss.Update: day 2 they must have sprayed that stupid scent into my air vents because everytime I turn on my AC it smells so bad like ammonia/piss. It s DISGUSTING!!!!!

I started coming back to this car wash and now I remember why I stopped! There is no pride in the work they do. I spent $40 to get the spray wax. First they drove right past it, so I had to go tell the guy. Then he takes it back and sprays just over half the truck, runs out of spray and instead of filling it back up and finishing he told the guy to go! The crazy thing is they do it right in front of you. They do a horrible job of cleaning too.

This is the worlds crappiest car wash they do not care about how your car looks after it is done. They hire people and pay them 7 dollars an hour. Their customer service is the worst. Want a good car wash find one hat comes to you home. I have a good one if you want to know and he comes to your house. So disappointed and pissed if at this car wash

Not worth it. Came in dirty left somewhat clean with waterspots everywhere, inside and outside since they just let it sit there until the sun and air dries it. Told the guy receiving my vehicle if they could please focus a little more on my middle console, "yes, I will write the code for that here on your window". Wrong code I guess. Worst car wash I have ever been to. About the 5th time here and so not complaining after one bad experience. it's always the same, wether busy or slow.

Didn't even attempt to clean. Didn't vacuum the trunk nor cleaned inside door armrest. And as you can see by the picture didn't clean tires. Just put shine on.I know they don't always do the greatest job, this by far the worst. My windshield is blurrier than before.

Details of a truck "detail". Due to having some things in the back seat, I did not have upholstery vacuumed but I did pay for detail of the rest of the interior. At least they were nice but for sure this is Not Worth It! I could have done this kind of cleaning myself.

3 Stars for the wash alone, never had a bad wash. -1 star for having wrong hours posts on Google and their website. Says they close 6pm on Sundays. Stopped in @ 4pm this past Sunday and the whole place was empty (closed early??) Another -1 star for making it mission impossible to cancel my two cars with the monthly unlimited service. Can never get a call back from the "manager" and god forbid someone ever answer the phone. Doing a chargeback on my credit card if I get billed again, I gave them enough chances to cancel my memberships!

This morning I took my nearly car to this wash. Upon getting into my car when the car was "completed", I discovered a brand new 5 inch scratch down the center of my glossy center console. Upon bringing it to the attention of the manager, he immediately indicated that the scratch was there before they began working on the car. This, of course, I know is not the truth. In my discussions with the manager, he said that this was a case of my word against there's and that customers often try to take advantage of the car wash. At this point, I was livid. He basically intimated that the car wash would never take responsibility for something like this. In the report that was drawn up by the car wash, it indicated that Marcos said that the scratch was already there before the vacuuming began. I am hear to confirm three things. 1. Marcos is a liar. 2. Lenny Dykstra Car Wash has no integrity. 3. After 15 years (basically since it opened) of taking my cars to Lenny Dykstra Car Wash, they will NEVER wash my cars again. I will certainly be spreading this news to others I know who take their cars there and I would encourage you to avoid this place.Almost forgot...as I was leaving the car wash, my car informed me that the trunk was open. It was only slightly open, so I didn't notice it before entering the vehicle. When I went to shut it, I had to have them dry my trunk out. I had a puddle of water in the trunk. It appears as if they just left the trunk open during the wash cycle and the trunk filled with water. I wonder if they want to claim that I filled my own trunk with water before I got there.

Definitely a lazy crew out there today. I pre cleaned the inside of my car. All they had to do was wipe my soap sud down. I purchased the home run package. Then I went home and cleaned my own car. If I were to ever go back, I would only purchase the cheapest package for the quick outside wash and inside vacuum. I wish I hadn t tipped them. I still cannot see clearly out of my windows. Lesson learned, money wasted.

Not happy with my Grand Slam.! Car wasn't even cleaned on the inside and it's part of the grand slam. SMH 10-18-20 I even had to tell the guy to clean the inside of all 4 windows. These 5 pictures are leaving the car wash

The Guys in the Oil and Lube Department are excellent the customer service was fantastic , They were patient and answered all my questions. They were efficient and professional if you want to feel secure about your oil change go see the guys at Team Dykstras Car Wash Oil/Lube. Thanks Guys!

I've been bringing my cars here for years, but they seem to have gotten sloppy. Today, I paid for the $40 full wax, but they didn't even clean the windows well, and they didn't touch the inside windows. It doesn't appear they waxed it either because I can still see water spots from the rain yesterday. Not happy with them.Follow up: I returned the next day and spoke to the manager. He reran the car through and they made sure everything was done that should have been done. The car looks great and another satisfied customer.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

This used to be a great car wash 10 years ago. The service has completely changed. It is totally different now. 2 of my sun glasses were stolen from my car here. I called the manager and he didn t help me at all. I hope this place gets their act together and keeps an eye on their employees.

I have used them for years, since I first started driving, but I am never going back. I'm shocked and disappointed by my recent experience here.I left to Walmart across the street to do some shopping, because I was getting my oil changed and the complimentary car wash, which takes about 45 minutes.When I returned, there were 4 of the workers crowded around a ferrari, giving it special attention and treatment. Meanwhile my car sat there, door open, keys exposed, drying unfinished, and covered in streaks and spots. Someone could have easily stolen it. They didn't even check my receipt to confirm that I was the driver. My car is no ferrari, but it's quite expensive, and I would be heartbroken to lose it due to the absolute carelessness I experienced here. Not to mention, when I took it home, I took another 20 minutes to take care of everything they missed.Car thieves, this is the spot. They make it very easy. Who knows, if there's a lambo and a ferrari at the same time, you might get lucky! Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I brought my Hyundai SUV for an oil change and car wash. You can get their Grand Slam car wash with a full synthetic oil change as of this review (9/2019). I think it was a great value for the money, but I wanted a review of exactly what was done. Were any fluids topped off like I asked? Did they look at the air filter since they didn't replace it? I know it hasn't been replaced in a long time.The car wash was good considering what condition my car was in prior to it, but they missed obvious spots on the interior doors and center console. I asked for vanilla scent and there was zero scent.The whole experience feels disconnected. You talk to one person for one thing, then you have to watch your own car to see when it hits the vacuums so you can pay. Problem is, the vacuums are behind the building and the waiting area is in front. Maybe they could just call out the cars as they leave the oil change areas?Overall, it really is a good value for the oil change and car wash, but customer service is very much lacking.

I thought I would try it again. I wasn t happy years ago and it s still just as bad. Don t waste your time and money. I paid $47 for a wash and a spray wax. My car came out like it was rinsed off and it was barely wiped down in the inside. I ll never go back

Went here on a Sunday morning, after a rain storm the day before. Needed to have the oil changed on my pickup. This is the second time I have seen this place not busy. An oil change will get you a free car wash and I was charged $73 total. That price is comparable to other oil change places without a car wash. I have been here before and have a few gripes. Seem to be the same complaints over and over. First, they do not lubricate the front end steering and suspension joints like they should unless explicitly told to and they do a poor job vacuuming the interior. I brought my trusty four legged friend with me to go on a walk during the oil service and they didn't vacuum the hair off the seat. Again, this has happened in the past and I have complained in the past and sent the vehicle back through to be done properly. In other words, I knew what to expect so it wasn't a big surprise. Other than that, the outside of my truck was very clean and the tires and wheels were looking good.

It was busy on the day I went this past weekend & I went through the drive thru wash. It got the double wash $11. I have done the $8 wash & I was satisfied before. I noticed no difference between the $8 & $11 wash. I also need to call to notify business that the second spray (it was foamy white) was not working. It only sprayed half my windshield so that means only half my car was sprayed. Then when I went to use vacuums, only 2 spaces had the vacuums working on right & left of the car. The other two slots had the hoses removed. I was not a happy customer this last time I went to this location. It s only been my second time. First time I was satisfied. At this time, I do not recommend because I do not know if I will be returning.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I only use their self service wash. If you're car is not dirty their car wash machine will do a decent job, but if it's hasn't been washed in a while or has a lot of dirt stains it will not do a good job. You will be doing a lot of hard rubbing to get your car looking clean. I stopped paying for full service this year because it's very expensive. The girls at the front register are friendly and professional. The car wash staff not so much.

I ve been coming to Team Dykstra car wash for about 3 years. 99% of the time, my car is pretty dirty with pollen/dust/yuck when I visit. Every time I have a consistently amazing experience where their team manages to get all that junk off and give such extra care to all the details - outside and in from the windows to mirrors, tires, and even drying the hidden parts by the trunk. You won t get a better car wash nearby for the price! Rewards build up to free washes too. Great place with a team that works really hard to care for your vehicle.

Better than a gas station drive through wash, but I don't feel I got the clean I paid the higher wash price for. Still sap all over the glass and they just pushed me out when I was done. No towel dry or anything. And you have no control on how fast you get shoved out at the air dry. Didn't even come close to drying the car. I doubt I'll go back

Been here twice and twice they didn t put air freshener. They didn t vacuum the trunk and console is still dusty. When they re done with my car I checked the trunk and told the guy they didn t vacuum and he wants me to go back to the other side and ask them to vacuum. I called the place and told the lady and she said I have to open the trunk for them to do it. For the price I paid they should have done a better job.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Did a great job cleaning my car, however, they did not put the antenna back nor did they vacuum the very back of my SUV. They were advised of these issues and I believe they will fix it.

I ve been going to this car wash for years and they usually do a pretty good job. Today after the car came off the line the man did a lousy job applying the (extra $9 wax) but I didn t say anything, then my car sat for almost 20 min in line to get dried, as they kept pulling other cars in front of it. The guys drying the cars weren t paying any attention. I went to get a manager, I don t usually complain, his name was Carlos he came over and attended to my car immediately! He apologized several times and made sure I was happy with the car. If it were not for his service I would not go back. Thank you manager CarlosService: Auto interior vacuuming

If I could give this place no stars I would, manager got us to get their best car wash package and even gave us a discount, my husband and I were thinking cool gonna be a good wash. They didn t even take the time to vacuum it out?? Nor did they clean the front end, it s like they ran it through the machine washers and that was it. Now here I am cleaning my car after I just paid 30 bucks for someone else to wash my car for me.What a joke

First time here...won't be going back...I paid $50 for my car to be vacuumed and washed....I was surprised when I came back from eating that it was done...After getting home...I noticed that the backseat wasn't touched at all,the cup holders were not cleaned...I MOST DEFINITELY DIDNT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!!
