When it comes to quality and dependability, Steven and the products he offers at TCBMWX5 outshine all the others. I have ordered at least a dozen times from him, and he has never let me down. I am a service manager at a well-known independent BMW and Mercedes repair center, and we take pride in our work and will only use high quality German made/OEM parts for our repairs. I found TCBMWX5 one day while scouring the web looking a transfer case for an older BMW 750. There were no options available from BMW at the time and I could not find a good used unit with low miles. So, I decided to try a remanufactured unit from TCBMWX5, and we could not have been happier with the outcome. Steven offers a superior product with the best price possible. I will continue to rely on him for all of my transfer case and differential needs.

One of the best, most personable and professional mechanics I ve ever worked with. Quick turnaround time and solid quality. Great warranty as well. No one would touch the differential on my VW Touareg TDI except for Steven. The rebuild was less than half the cost of the part new from Volkswagen. And he finished earlier than estimated. So far it s been 6 months without a problem. 10/10 recommend.

The Transfer Case in my BMW X5 started to slip and my options in Canada to replace were limited to new or salvage - both ridiculously expensive. Steven identified the correct replacement part for my vehicle and arranged the international shipping both ways. My mechanical did the swap. The rebuilt TC is working great - way better than the salvage option and a fraction of the cost to buy new.

I'm a resident of Texas. I found this shop after digging around bmw forums online and seeing this shop mentioned repeatedly in reference to remanufactured transfer cases. I called and spoke w Steven and he was so helpful with info regarding my issue. In talking with my local repair shop who specializes in BMW, they agreed he offered the best deal on transfer cases. I ordered and the case was shipped to my local shop for installation. My shop told me that they were impressed with his work and thought the caliber was the same as getting a remanufactured one from BMW (and at a fraction of the cost). They told me they recommended another client to him for the same reason as a result. Steven offers a two year warranty, so I feel secure in my purchase.Very pleased with it how it all worked out.

I couldn t recommend any more highly. The transfer case on my E70 X5 N55 was absolutely destroyed and making my traffic filled daily commute miserable and this job was beyond the capabilities of my home equipment. Steven offers a very unique service in that he is able to refurbish these troublesome units and install all in one appointment for a reasonable price. He also includes a new OEM mount (mine was split in half) where most other shops charge extra. He also stands behind his work and will do whatever is necessary to make sure that you re satisfied without question. My X5 now drives like new, thanks again!

Steven definitely knows what he is doing! I purchased my transfer case from TCBMWX5 right after Thanksgiving. Shipping was fast as it arrived within a week with the return label included! The transfer case was very clean and looked almost new. Steven responded to me through text message almost instantly every time I had a question. I installed the transfer case with no issues reset the adaptations and programmed it to my X6. Now she drives like new again. I highly recommend TCBMWX5!!

If you have transfer case troubles like I had with my 2016 Porsche Cayenne, these guys will sort you out. More over, they are friendly, knowledgeable, affordable and efficient. Absolutely 5 stars!

I wish I could rate more than 5STARS. TCbmw provides top notch transfer cases at the very best prices. Expert mechanic, professional service and very patient and transparent. Part is as advertised and arrived on time, core refund as promised. Tcbmw went out of the way to recommend a shop on the East Coast to do the work. This was truly an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Tcbmwx5 couldn t be better in any way! Esteven was communicative, honest, straightforward, and kind! He even sent me a short video from underneath my car with audio telling me what he found. He accepted my car from AAA on a Saturday afternoon when he was supposed to be at a birthday party, Esteven went above and beyond to offer great service. In terms of the transfer case it was half the price my bmw mechanic was quoting me for a rebuilt transfer case and it s guaranteed for a year. Tcbmwx5 really saved me in every way!
