Brought my car for a tire rotation this morning. Stressed to the service advisor, Jason Torres, to inspect my wheels as i had just got them redone due to previous damage and they had no damage. He walked around the car and no damage was found or pointed out by service advisor. Fast forward to me receiving my car back. I inspect it and 2 wheels are damaged. I go back to the service advisor and he tells me "That damage was already there" this is not only dissapointing but down right disrespectful to me.The only reason i brought it to Honda was to avoid this. Having so many tire shops closer to my house i chose a Honda dealership because i thought my car was in good hands. First there was a "he said she said" discussion with the service manager Angel Nunez. Then a review of camera footage, where not only did they not prove anything to me but he wanted me to partially pay for the repair. After 30mins of back and forth he said he would call his wheel guy and get the one wheel fixed even though 2 where damaged. And emphasizing to me he was "helping me out" even though the damage was not there upon my arrival. I purchased my wifes car at this dealership and now i will be hesitant to ever bring any of my vehicles in for service if my wheel is not fixed to my liking. One simple service has now turned into a headache and the rest of my day will be having to deal with this issue.

Spreen Honda of Corona did a great job at taking my car, quickly diagnosing it, and getting it fixed. All the guys in the service department were happy to help and made my trip easy. They even offer detailing services and made sure to clean my car before I came to get it.

Spreen Honda was amazing! I got the exact car I wanted, an HR-V Sport in the beautiful Nordic Forest Pearl color! Jasmine was amazing! And Nate too! Also, the finance guy (didn t catch his name) and others! I ve never had such a great car-buying experience! Even the facilities itself has very peaceful, friendly & inviting vibe to it! I am very happy I chose to come here!

Always my go to Honda dealer, this past weekend I went I had Juan Perez, and he was very welcoming and customer service was on point. Explained all my issues and assured me with any questions I had. Highly recommend him next time you need car service!

This dealership is really good they always have my car done quick, and I ve never had any issue there. My advisor, Juan, is awesome! My whole family works with him. He is super friendly and really knows his stuff! I highly recommend working with him and going to this dealership.

First it was easy to get an appointment and when I arrived Andrew came out and greeted me. He checked me in, told me the wait time and the reason for a long wait time.I went to have lunch since it was going to be a while. He called me a short time later and told me the car was being washed and would be ready in five minutes.Great experience! This is why I return to Spreen Honda for my servicing.

Super polite and explained carefully exactly what they were doing to my car. Also, alerted me to further service I will need in the future. I was not pressured, which I appreciate!!!! Highly recommend Eric. He really worked hard and made me feel he had my best interests at heart.

Decent experience,had check engine light on for several months on 2004 Pilot,mine you paint is faded,leather seat covers are toast but it s our reliable transportation when we drive to our house on the Mexico border and for road conditions down there I wouldn t take a newer vehicle unless I want to have a melt down every time I hit a pot hole. Asked for and received lower labor rate for one hour of diagnostic time but they wouldn t budge on discount for the fuel cap that caused the check engine light so I bit the bullet on paying retail for it. I didn t notice any signage in the service department but the courtesy customer shuttle only runs until 3 pm so I uber ed there from home to retrieve our vehicle. My retail customer background is retired General Motors Parts Manager of a Chevrolet & Cadillac Dealer after a total of 47 years in Parts and 36 of those years as Parts Manager so I know of profit margins,business forecasts & running a bustling operation of 26 or more employees, and I always respected that when I was approached for a Military,Senior or Auto Club Discount by our service team the request was granted even if it was minuscule. It made a difference in the eyes of the most important person in this equation,the customer. I am thankful that Josh was able to get me in and have the Pilot repaired the same day.

Going to a dealership can be a little stressful. Luckily Michael was able to answer all my questions and get me the best deal possible. He was extremely professional, patient (I know I was not easy to work with), and kind. He made sure I understood the deal I was getting and he walked me through all the cool functions the car had. He even checked in the next day just to make sure I didn t have any other questions. Great guy; thank you once again Michael!

Experience was great. Ron was kind and helpful, and all other workers also had great demeanor. I ve owned my car now for about 8 years, and I ve taken it to several different Honda dealerships in Southern California for maintenance. I started taking it to Corona within the last couple of years, and I feel like it s truly the best one.

It s not often this happens but my friend referred me to Spreen Honda to purchase my car, raving about how good of an experience he had purchasing his, and he was 100% right. My salesperson Jazmine was extra attentive and knowledgeable. I felt like she was reading my mind. I left the dealership in the Honda of my dreams at a payment that was less than I expected. I have purchased many cars but this is the first time I ve had this type of positive experience.

Great service and customer care. However, I had reservations for 7:00 am. I arrived at 6:40 to be behind about 8 cars. My reservation didn't matter at all. They took the cars on first come first serve basis. I know at least 2 of the cars ahead of me didn't have reservations at all. I had an appointment and I needed to drop off my car and leave. If I knew that the reservation meant nothing, I would've arrived earlier.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I took my car here for an oil change like I have many times over several years. The oil change itself was fine but several days later while I was driving I heard a loud clunk underneath my car.Went home to check and realized the plate underneath was missing. Knowing this wasn't my the first time the same dealership had improperly clipped the plate after an oil change, I went back to to try and get them to fix it, and without hesitation they were quick to claim that it was already missing. Mind you it had been several days since my car has been in there, and they probably get tons of cars.I spoke with Angel who I was told was the manager and he promised he would look at the footage and review within a couple days. When I tried calling back a couple days later, they told me he was busy and that he would call back. I tried calling back, and my calls were ignored and sent to voicemail.I'm pretty reasonable and if the footage had shown that they were not at fault I would of been fine with paying the cost (~$300), but the fact that they were so insistent that it was already missing and were blatantly ignoring my calls is why I don't think I'm going back, and why I had to leave a review.

Spreen Honda Corona has been keeping my 2005 Insight going strong for over 18 years & 370,000 miles. Ron in the service department is great! They had to work on the transmission and thought they would need to do the clutch as well. Turns out the clutch was still good. They don t do any unnecessary work just for the money. Highly recommended!

I had my previous 2018 Accord serviced at Weir Canyon Honda but due to a negative experience I figured I would try Spreen for my 2023 Accord.Josh was great, I would recommend him as your service advisor. I did make an appointment for Saturday service. My car was done ahead of the estimated time I was given which included a car wash (Weir never washed my car), this was a pleasant surprise. An appointment is always a good idea especially on a busy day like Saturday.A notification was sent to my cellphone advising my air filter may need replacement and the associated cost. I was able to decline the service on my phone. A few minutes later Josh told me my car was ready. He said maybe consider air filter at next service but there was no "push" or "hard sell" to replace the filter. I highly recommend Josh if you need a service advisor.

I needed a recall repair done as soon as possible in order to register my Honda Pilot. After calling several other dealerships unable or unwilling to assist, I spoke with Juan Perez at Spreen Honda. After listening to me explain my situation, Juan informed me that they were booked up through the next few days, but made some moves to squeeze me in the SAME DAY! I brought the Pilot in and the repairs were done within an hour. This was a huge relief to me as I was able to run back to the DMV and get the registration all squared away. Juan was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs. Thank you Juan.

Just an absolutely perfect experience. First the car selections was great with plenty of variants. As soon as I walked in the main building I was greeted and treated with great respect. I was then introduced to Matt Rock and I must say not sure where car salesmen get a bad rap after working with this gentleman. Matt was polite, well spoken and very respectful. Matt listened to my needs and wants and then started showing me the stock in regards of what I was looking for. Not only that, Matt was a huge help in negotiations and getting the vehicle I needed and wanted at the perfect price and APR. I was worried about my potential APR and monthly payments with lacking of high down payment, however Matt made sure I he kept negations up with the team to get my monthly rates and interest at a low and fair amount. The Honda team in corona especially Matt made sure I went home in exactly I wanted and more. I will recommend this Honda location to any of my friends to this location and ask for Matt every time. Also they now have a permeant customer evetime I want a new Honda!

Very nice facility. I was greeted in a timely manner and the process was fast. I had an oil change and a recall issue. Both were taken care of in a couple of hours. The waiting room is very clean with a lot of seating.

The advisor Ron Spero was very personable, professional and patient. Respected my need for understanding and what I needed to be done on the car. JR the mechanic is so thorough and knowledgeable.
