Michael, Yogi and the Precision Import Auto crew have been my go to for ALL of my previous Mercedes Benz automotive needs; this beautiful 2006 SL 500 that I recently acquired. I wouldn t trust my automobiles with any else. Thanks Precision Import Auto Repair!

I ve been going to this repair facility for quite a while now. Always a pleasure working with Yogi the service advisor and Michael the owner. They are very accommodating and they get the work done professionally. They found an oil leak on my AMG and within an hour Yogi was able to contact the warranty company and had an authorization. This was also the same for my Land Rover with regard to an ac issue this pass summer. Forget the long wait time and long process at the dealerships where I normally take my cars to but this place is highly recommended. Forgot to mention also the car technician are amazing as well. Honest and amazing service at its best and the price is very reasonable.

As an automotive technician , mechanic and service manager for many years trying to find a good and trustworthy repair shop to perform quality work is sometimes difficult but if you end up at Precision Import auto repair look no further. They performed a very large and intricate engine repair and did it very well and in my opinion above and beyond other shops. Technicians care about their finished product and work with pride. Is this hard to find nowadays, yes but if you come here to Precision imports you can set your worries aside. Great service and great people here to take care of all your concerns and answer any and all questions. I just want to thank you for putting my thoughts at ease and being honest and trustworthy. Not wanting to use a cliche I ll be back . Thanks Micheal , Mario and all the people and technicians who took care of my problems and put me back on the road safely and mind at ease.

Cant say enough about what they have going on over here! Professional, informative, knowledgeable, dedicated to customer service and doing the job right. Been coming to them for almost a year now and we've never thought about going anywhere else since! Yogi diagnosed and solved an electrical issue on my Honda that was deemed unsolvable by an other garage. He's been so instrumental in getting my Audi A4 back in track shape. He's very thorough and patient. Never have I felt pressured by the recommendations.

I highly recommend Precision Import Auto Repair. Ive been taking my 2006 Sienna there for a couple years now and they have never failed to take care of my van. They always leave it good as new. Mike and his team definitely know how to take care of their people.They always try to give you the best pricing too! Been coming to precision since 2014 The team took care of my bmw and all its issues: diagnosing check engine lights, OEM programming. Great communication by yogi they give you options there is no pressure if you decide to go with the repair or just want the diagnostic but sometimes just got to let the pros do what they do best..

First time visit and was NOT disappointed!!As most reviews say I felt well taken care of. I had ghost headlight issue and was doubtful of easy fix. Car was done in day and so far no issue. Was reassured by Terry if problems came back they would figure it out.Thanks for great service

I've been servicing my BMW 650i at Precision Import auto repair for 5 years. Michael and his staff of experienced service writers and technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and they get the job done right the first time at a reasonable cost. Mike was very professional and communicative. He diagnosed my problem quickly and helped me understand the service options. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for in this business-- and that's quality of work and service. This was my second time having Precision Import Auto work on my cars. They did a multi point inspection and gave me choices on what needed to be done. I had do three of the items they found. Glad I did. Great work and competitive prices. I have been using Precision Import Auto Repair for my BMW now for the past couple years. They are able to get me in quickly and identify the issues in a timely manner and the turnaround time to get me back on the road is great. Yogi is fantastic!!! he is a mechanic and a car enthusiast he has helped me all three times i have been in with issues. I appreciate his honesty and he does a great job explaining what need to be done and why. The thing that keeps me coming back to them is that in my experience they always stood behind their work. On the most recent repair some simple O-ring were failing (not their fault) and they ordered new ones and will replacing them as soon as they arrive. They did a repair for my wife s MINI COOPER R56. The fuel pump was not getting supply voltage they said they rewire the circuit board and fixed the issue. 6months or so down the line fuel pump goes out again I buy a new one and new one doesn t work.Go to check wiring and found this cheap butt connection wire crimp wasn t even crimped at all almost caught on fire you can see the black marking where it got so hot it fried the connection.Let s just say as far as electrical goes I won t be coming back to this place..

I needed to get my engine on my Honda CRV 2014 rebuilt (the top part) and the timing chain replaced. I was referred by my regular shop for alignment and brakes as they don't do this work, so I new this would be a reputable auto repair place.From the beginning Michael showed great customer service. I had it towed to the shop on a Saturday when they are closed, I received a call from Michael on Monday morning with the price quote. He gave me an estimate of the days it would take, and it was ready on time. Picking up the car, paying was a quick and friendly process.It was great work, the car is running like new!Service: Engine repair

I m hesitant to write this stellar review because I (selfishly) want to keep this place a secret because it s THAT good! The catalytic converter was stolen off of my sons Prius. It s happening everywhere! And because of that, there s a huge shortage of this part and the shield to install over it to prevent it from happening again. Long story short, Yogi (our amazing mechanic) helped us find one from Toyota (it was part excellent service & part luck) and we were able to install it. They had the car done in 3 days! They also let us pay online which was super convenient! Yogi was so friendly, responsive & thorough! The pricing was excellent and we couldn t be happier. We will be life long customers for sure! Give Yogi a raise! He s the best!

After 4 years of living in California, I've finally found my auto repair team and that's a big deal for me. I had finally hit my limit with taking my Mercedes SUV to the dealer only to feel like I'd been ripped off every single time, so I went looking for a shop that could reliably work on Mercedes and not rip me off and over-charge me in the process. The guys are Precision Import have been absolutely fantastic. Not only have they taken care of my Mercedes, but they are now my go-to guys for my Challenger as well.Shout out to Michael at Precision for keeping on top of the repair process and even called post-repair to see how the repairs were holding up and if there were any issues. I appreciate that type of customer service. I have been recommending Precision to my neighbors who have been looking to make a change from the dealer or simply need good, solid mechanics. I have found none better in Corona.

Been coming here for a while now and just had my 2001 CRV done by them yesterday (suspension and engine work), Michael and his team are beyond fantastic and provide solid work.I originally brought my 2005 C55 AMG for them to work on and it eventually turned into a big project e.g. an entire engine replacement. From start to finish, we were kept in the loop about what was being changed and they made sure all bases were covered. From adjusting the transmission to replacing suspension components, the car feels like it s brand new.The staff are phenomenal and I love being in the office, its always pleasant being around actual car guys who appreciate cars for what they are and take the time to diagnose things.I ve also come in for pre-purchase inspections and they have saved me from big purchase mistakes by giving me the real story on potential car purchases which I appreciate as well.Customer for life!UPDATE 1-8-2020I bought an 06 BMW M3 Convertible 6 speed last summer and it needed some love and care. Michael and his team brought the car back to life and runs like it is brand new! I get offers to buy it on a weekly basis, the car is now truly a gem. The VANOS, Sub Frame, Cooling system, and other major components were checked or fixed, they know these cars well!

Has a power seat issue with my BMW that was quoted over $3000 to repair. Three other shops wouldn't even look at it. The team at Precision Auto found the problem, found the part, found me a good deal and did the work. Even during the Thanksgiving holiday, they got my car back to me the same day they received the part. Terry at the service desk was very professional and the communication was very good and very honest. I ended up paying a little over $2000 but that was just the high cost of the parts. The bad reviews only complain about high prices, but imports are expensive. Repairs are MORE expensive at the dealer. That is just what it is. I don't know how to repair a power seat. Do you?I found out that my daughter has taken her BMW here for service multiple times and they always took care of her as well.I highly recommend Precision Auto.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a fabulous experience at Precision Auto Repair where Michael, who is very knowledgeable and excellent at what he does, installed an anti theft device on my catalytic converter that has a super loud alarm system attached to it just in case someone would try to steal it!!! Michael explained the whole mechanism to me where I could see the undercarriage of the car and how it was all attached. I have always had great service at their shop whenever I have bought my car in. I highly recommend them!

Took my 2017 Range Rover Autobiography here as suggested by a different mechanic who couldn t repair the problem I was having. A diagnostic was completed by Precision Auto, what needed to be done and pricing was discussed and approved. Two days later my vehicle was returned to me in perfect running condition. The y even fixed an issue I had with the Auto stop/start. I prefer taking my 22-year young Saab to Terry's Precision Imports because he's familiar with Saabs and getting Saab parts, is flexible with scheduling when my schedule changes, puts a fair price on labor, and is always kind and expeditious with staff serving my car's needs the same way as Terry serves me. As a result, I get in and out with a better driving car.
