2016 jeep jk Im in Anaheim took a drive to corona Luis and ORW crew did an amazing job on my Jeep Psc steering kit, keep up the good work guys. 5 Stars will return on the next build.

I was having major squeaking coming from my FJ and another shop could not figure it out. I contacted Off Road Warehouse and I couldn t be happier with the service I received. After they diagnosed the issue they had it fixed and squeaky free! I m very impressed with the Quailty of work and professionalism of the team! Thank you Off Road Warehouse

Off Road Warehouse , that can t house its owns wares. Maybe this is more of an issue with their over all business model/company name, but calling yourself a Warehouse , and me finding what I want hanging right there on their wall, to then find out they don t keep any of that stuff in stock. It has to be ordered - well you re right, I ordered it from Tacoma Beast. $1900 bucks going to a place that s clear on how they run their business. If you make the drive to an ORW, think of them more like a mechanic shop, that on order sells you the stuff they will install at a premium. Note to an entrepreneur, the classic car industry has figured out this point (classic industries) is a prime example, the one who does this for the off road world will do great, customer waiting.

FRAUD ALERT: I had an online order, seemingly handled through this store. On Sept 6th I identified a faulty part on my vehicle which I had ordered from ORW previously. I went back to the ORW website, ordered a replacement, but then had to contact customer service to get some clarification on shipping dates. With that information I chose 2 day shipping, and paid the premium for it. After not receiving the part by late afternoon on September 10th I went back online and requested a status, and after filling in the required information I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. I was not. I then called the customer service line, explained the situation, and was told my part was now being shipped, and the rep assured me I would receive an email with a tracking number. I did not receive that email by the next afternoon. I then called customer service again and was connected with someone in Mesa AZ who had no idea what was going on, and then I was given a direct number for Corona. I called, and was again assured my part was on the way, and after being placed on hold for a while I finally received a tracking number. I found the part that I had ordered and paid 2 day shipping for on September 6th was now in transit to Sparks Nevada, meaning it just left CA, 6 days after I ordered it. Now, I have an estimated delivery date of September 16th, that s 10 days for a product I paid 2 day shipping for. I ve asked several times now for my shipping to be refunded, several OWR reps have hand waved it away and just said it would be refunded by someone . To date it has not been. This is theft or fraud. Either they sold me a part they did not have and have been trying to fill the order, or they charged me a fee for a service which they did not provide. I could ve ordered my part elsewhere, already had it delivered, and already installed, but instead I got mixed up with the dishonest/incompetent people at ORW.

Ordered my products spending over 1500 plus with no online warning of each product possibly out of stock. Find out my order was cancelled because their not the offroad wearhouse they think they are. Do what I have to do and Find somewhere else. Youll actually get your products.

This place has quite the selection whether you re the truck style off-roader or SXS off-roader. Tires, lift kits, lights, comm systems, etc. Come check it out today.

Brought my vehicle in for the following items to be installed: bumper, winch, wheels and tires. Be careful as they will miss lead you to get a sale. I gave them two opportunities and it happened both times.

So I made a bet with my son that I d lift our overland if he got a bunch of home runs. He did. So I asked him to research cost cuz I had to replace tires anyways.I contacted Luis who listed to my desire. He said he d give me a fair quote and he did. The dealership wanted $10k mine was better products and for less. They did an amazing job. I love being elevated and driving my jeep. They did the work in a day and even did that oil change I put off forever. I love the job they did, they really know their products and they can modify the project for your budget. I d give them a try if you need your jeep lifted. Mine is great.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Please save yourself time, money, headaches and go somewhere else. Especially if it's the Corona store. They love your money but will not help you after that. They even installed a leaf of my leaf packs 180 degrees off (backwards).

Chris, Rick, Steven and 1 more (forgot his name) were awesome. Found them through Facebook market while I was shopping around looking for quotes for Rims and a leveling kit for my 21 Ram 1500. Chris ended up getting me the best quote with everything installed compared to other shops I asked.Parts took about a week to arrive, but Chris got me scheduled next day for installation when my parts arrived.Only issue I had was the sticky weights used to balance my wheels. Fell off the same day I brought the truck home. However, they took me in right away the next day without any issues. Then, following day, weight fell off completely on my driver rear. I called them up and they were able to get me booked next day. I know it s a common issue with sticky weights falling off and I m just glad they handle the situation without giving me any hassle. Hoping 3rd time is a charm and all the weight stay on.Will be coming back here for future projects I have in mind for my truck.

Visited ORW today in Corona, Ca. Sales and service person were very helpful with questions I had about coil over shocks, how to seek a part number for that application. Thank You Steven for your generous service. I purchased a ORW hat to help remind me of my first day at ORW. Had ordered a set of rear traction bars through them, and it arrived today which was pretty great! Received it before it was expected. Check them out, the shop is really cool and their products neatly displayed! Next step is see about 4.56 GEARS_ Robert

ORW cancelled my order twice. They didn't respond to my email or voicemails regarding these cancellations. ORW seems to hide behind their no reply emails when its convenient for them. They made no effort to make it right for me. I won't be ordering from them again as they are unreliable and have poor customer service.

I've been to a lot of places and everyone has try to sell me stuff I didn't want to put on my truck. I went into to ORW and met with Luis and starting talking about what I wanted to do to my truck. Luis was very professional and knowledgeable about all truck parts and new what I was looking for. I appreciate him taking time to give me what I wanted for my truck.

Overall experience was great my wife and I needed new suspensionfor our 2500 Dodge David W was very helpful in getting us what we wanted and Tommy did a great job too answering questions about tire sizes.

Was in town visiting family.... always checking out shops while visiting out of town. They happened to have some recovery gear I needed and had a short informati e conversation with the sales rep.Great guy, very courteous and professional, not like another shop at visited the day before near the same area. Other shop made me feel like I was wasting their time.I goto CA fairly often so will make sure I stop in when possible. Will also be visiting the vegas location now as well.

Everyone at all the ORW locations, are all so very friendly and helpful, as well as being so extremely knowledgeable about what you want to do with your ride, and they'll explain so understandably, all the different suspension systems to what you'll think you'll need, to the tires and wheels to give you complete confidence in their expertise in building a truck, SUV, or whatever you drive, that you will be 100% not only beyond satisfied, but so STOKED and EXCITED about what they did and can do for your ride!! I'll never go anywhere else, and I've even made a few friends from going to Off Road Warehouse

Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I am new to off roading and doing all the work to my truck myself and they gave me a lot of helpful tips and made sure I was getting the right stuff for my truck.
