I ve been using Mountain View almost exclusively for seven years. The entire crew are top notch and treat me like family. Charlie and Tony are excellent managers. Prices are reasonable and you always know in detail what the issue is with your vehicle. If something is out of their area of expertise you re told immediately.I recommend them all the time.

This place is amazing. A lot of auto shops try to uncharge women easily. Here, everyone is treated quickly and greeted with a warm smile. I recommend this place often and have nothing but good things to say. They are reliable and the last affordable thing lately.

I went to have my car tire repaired, and the owner was very kind and took steps to fix it quickly, so I was able to get the repair done in a short of time. Thank you very much for the prompt repair. Thank you so much for your friendly service policy.Additionally, what was fantastic was that they repaired tire nails for free of charge.Thank you again.

I hope the owner can read this message, in any shop or organization or company the first impression is the most important moment , the customer experience is the most important , I think you have an opportunity to develop and educate your staff some communications skills , how to warm welcome any customer coming from the front door. How to listen to the customer, eye contact all these skills come by learning and experience and it look like Stephanie has no experience and no communications skills, I asked about your contact number or email she said the name Tony and you can call the number in the website unprofessional at all.

I was attempting to be a first time customer here. Called ahead of time to get an oil change which I was told by a gentleman (I did not get his name) to come on in. I live 10 mins away from this joke of an establishment. When I arrived I was greeted by a woman at the front desk and I told her I was there for a simple oil change, she flat out said that they did not have time to do oil changes today, I told her I just called 10 mins ago and was told by a gentleman they were able to do it to which she replied no, I have to take my business elsewhere. This was such an awesome experience for my first time ever dealing with them I walked 20 feet across the lot to go to Jiffy Lube and they were able to do my oil change in 30 mins. This place is a joke and does not know the first thing about customer service or retention. Do yourself a favor and go to the Jiffy Lube next door, they have way better service and will take your car in right away.Ps I m so excited for the computer generated response they give to all of their reviews to call customer service. Good job!

Wow! Called in with a screw in my tire and was helped out immediately. Fast and kind service. Mountain View Tire has earned my business for years to come. Highly recommend. The tech asked me for my wheel lock set which I had no idea what that was and he kindly helped me find it without making me feel dumb. Amazing customer service.

I was passing through the area and realized one of my tires was very low on air and possibly had a flat. It was the first day of Hurricane Hilary so the driving conditions were not good. Even though the young man was very busy, he stopped what he was doing and repaired my tire.When he was done I went to go pay him and he said don't worry about it no charge you can get it next time".I don't live in the area but if I did I would definitely start using this shop for maintaining my vehicles.I didn't get his name, but it was the individual who was running the customer service desk on 8/20/23 at 2 or 2:30 pm.Thank YouJoeArtesia CA

6/1/23 Came here to ask if they could replace my brake light bulb for me. I bought the bulb from Auto Zone and they recommended Mountain View to help me. The very nice gentleman there replaced it for me for free. I just want to thank him for being professional, courteous and friendly. As a single senior sometimes I have to rely on the kindness of others when it comes to my car. I hope this gentleman has a very blessed day.

I've been going to Mountain View for over 18 years and for good reason. They get the job done right the first time and in a friendly and professional manner. You never have to give a second thought as to whether you're being told the truth about your situation. Honesty goes along way especially in the car repair industry and these guys are 1000% honest and professional. These guys have kept my 13 year old car on the road saving me tens of thousands of dollars by not having to buy a new car. Customer service is second to none. I will continue to go to Mountain View for all my car repairs.

Fantastic service. Went in for oil pan gasket leak and then lifted the car, took a look, and told me there were no issues! Second time was quoted one price for transmission fluid change, they rotated my tires for free, and came back to pay and it was cheaper than the quoted price. Guys there are super helpful and they don t take advantage of their customers. Good honest rates and great service.

The staff was really helpful. I had an intermittent issue with my Jeep Cherokee and the technicians weren t able to identify any problems when I took it in. Charlie was straightforward and told me he didn t want to start replacing parts and rack up a huge bill that might not even address the issue. After leaving my car there for a day they didn t charge me for the inspection because they didn t find any obvious issues. I was delighted by the experience. On another occasion, I had a damaged tire and had to get replacements and I was out of there with two new tires in under 45 minutes. Highly recommend due to helpful staff and honest practices.

Wife's car needed an alignment. On a Sunday? Not everyone is open . Went to Mountain View tire & Auto service. Got it done, much better, wife is satisfied. Happy wife is a happy life.. great job guys!

Charlie is the man! He got my wife's car in and out in under 10 mins and got her safely on the road again at a great price! I highly recommend this place for anything from a flat to new tires to a full tune up or brake job! Keep up the great work and amazing prices! The fact that they are open on Sunday is a big plus as well!

Second time I go to get the same service (brakes) done. Both times didn't get my brakes adjusted, my brake pedal goes too far down. Anyways maybe it's the same mechanic doing the job if it is he should know better not to return car to customer until it is done right. Adjust brakes if needed ,test drive it to make sure it is ok.
