DISHONEST!!! I WAS SCAMMED!! We brought my wife's SUV here for an Uber inspection. We left the car there and they were going to call us when ready. When we got the call the rep said that in order to pass the inspection we needed to replace both the front and the rear windshield wipers. I questioned it because this is the first season on those wipers and rep said that they were torn and if we did not replace them the inspection would fail and i would still have to pay. We went back to the shop and they had not put the wipers on yet, i went to the vehicle and started inspecting them and asked the technician to show me where they were ripped. He spend a couple of minutes inspecting the rear one and rubbing his fingers through it and i said there is no rip right? and he said no this one is good. Then he grabbed the front ones and he could not point to where it was torn and said these will last you a while too. He went to the front desk to let the rep know, then we waited for them to finish up the car. When we got charged and replaced the 2 front wipers. I asked them why since we had just gone through them and technician said they were good. I was told front ones are bad and if you don't pay for replacement we will not pass the inspection. At that point i had no choice since that would cause me to pay twice for an inspection. This was unacceptable and a way to just charge for something extra since you know that you have no choice. I will never use them again. I had already told the technician thank you for being honest in the end but i guess someone above him did not like that. I was scammed. I thought these larger shops were supposed to be trustworthy.

Came here because I've been having a leaking tire for 2 months and I didn't have the time to go get it checked.Upon arrival, I explained the issue and told them where the nail was and was told that it would take about 45 min to fix.After waiting for about 45 min, the guy comes to me and tells me that it's done, so I go to the counter and then he tells me that his tech couldn't find a leak and that it was just low on air.I then explained to him that I have to put air in the every morning due to an active leak and that there is a nail in the tire. Then his tech tells me that maybe because it's cold weather and neither one of them seemed interested to actually inspect the tire. So I knew at that point that I'm better off just going somewhere else.Then as I go to grab my key I tried one more time to ask him to have his tech take out the wheel and inspect it again and he will see the nail, then he rudely refused and said "didn't you say you wanna try another shop, so just take it to another shop" and printed me my receipt, gave me my key and proceeded to speak to a different customer while I was still standing in front of him at his counter.So I leave their shop and go to American tire depot in the area, and within 20 min, they found and took out the nail, patched the tire and sent me on my way!Needless to say, it's unlikely that I would return to this establishment as they wasted an hr of my time, insulted my intelligence and insisted to treat the situation poorly despite me giving him 3 different chances to recover and just do their job.As a business owner myself who also happens to be in the car business, I hope the owner of this franchise reads this and talks to his employees on how to handle customers and demonstrate the most basic level of professionalism and/or customer service!

Amazing! With a CAPITAL A!First off we do not live in the area, we were coming from out of town. We had our kids and we ended getting a flat on the freeway. All store were closed or closing soon. I called Just tires and Daisy who answered was absolutely so kind and professional. She said she closes at 7 but could only stay a little bit after to wait for us. When we finally arrived, she called her manager and her babysitter to help us get all 4 tires done! Joshua the technician stayed with her and got us safely up and running again! I can not say how grateful we are. They stayed well pass hours.I would come back just to see Daisy and Joshua, the work ethics is superior to those I ve encountered lately in the service industry.Thank you guys for a wonderful experience in what could have been a terrible evening.Nancy and Karl

Brought my car n 4 tires on July13thI was aware my brakes will need 2 b replaced soon but on the 13th didn't have time 2 wait 4 tires & brakes so I promised the worker I would return. As promised, I came back on July 18th for my brakes, brakes replaced & done... August 29th I returned because my brakes were grinding & squealing. The guy @ the desk could care less had someone check & said they are just fine. Well, I'm back September 15th & now they are saying it may be the ceramic they used may have melted so they will replace my brakes with upgraded parts??? It's getting kind of hard to trust people or find an honest establishment.

Just called for a price quote for tires. They were helpful but I found the same tire package for ~60% of what Just Tires quoted.

Came here for a Lyft inspection without an appointment, best service I could ask for.Jason, German, and Layla were exactly who you hope to see when you walk in the door; very polite, helpful, and attentive.If the guys immaculate facial hair intimidates you like it did me, don't worry, they're cool.Went to another place down the street and was told to come in for a walk in towards the end of the day to see if they can fit me in. Didn't happen here, in and out in under 15 minutes.Went and picked up donuts around the corner and by the time I came back they were already done.Couldn't recommend any more than I already have.

I needed a tire swapped out off of my F2 50 and stop by this place because it's open late only to find out that I don't have a tool to release my spare tire from underneath the back of the of my truck!!! Was 7:10 when I got here and the technician could have sent me home or somewhere else because I didn't have that tool, well he went out of his way to help me ! his name is Ray 1 million thanks for finding me a tool to get my tire fixed. People need this type of employee to get rid of all the negativity of other employees that failed to do their job. Thank you Ray at just tires

This a hidden gem . Name says Just Tires, but they do more than that. Brakes, alignment, all that dealer does for less the price. I only bring my cars to just tires. Manager is great and staff as well.

A+++ service and honesty - what a winning combination!!! I was told by the dealer my car needed an alignment after just having it aligned a few days before at another shop. I stopped by Just Tires for a tie-breaking opinion and they doubled checked my alignment and they let me know an alignment was not needed! Wow, talk about honesty. I ll be returning here for all my vehicle needs! Thanks Adan and the team at Just Tires!

Absolutely amazing service with competitive pricing. Adam in particular went the extra mile by doing an extremely thorough inspection on my vehicle and saved me from spending a ridiculous amount of money at another shop. Honest, transparent, and hard working staff. Will continue to give them my business.

I hit a curb and I was ready to change my tire coz it looked bad at first the guy over ther just filled free air and said I am good to go I really appreciate the honesty and whenever I need tires it s gonna be you guys

I ve been coming to Just Tires for my oil changes for over 10 years now. You honestly just can t be the quality, cost, and time it takes to get it done! First time at this location from having moved from orange county last year. Adam was awesome! I was in and out of there in a few minutes under an hour at 66 bucks! I ve tried other places in the area and I was there for hours. Wouldn t recommend any other place! Thanks Adam you guys rock!

I called looking for the best price on the best tires and I got both with incredible Service. When I called it was 4:40 and I thought they were open until 6 Layla told me that she would check with the guys and even though I got there at 5 they rescued me in my time of need. The team at just Tires is amazing

I stopped by to have my car service that I used to drive for Lyft. The Adam at the front desk was ready to help me as soon as I arrived. It took some time getting the approval from Lyft to get my work done but Adam was OK with me checking on the status of the approval and promptly updated me once the work was approved. Everybody here seems to be pleasantly working on all the cars and there is a nice lounge with two restrooms, water and a coffee machine. I do recommend this place to anyone looking for tires or to get a quick oil change.

I always get great service here.In my experience hey can be a little slow, but that's only because there always busy.The turnaround time is more than offset by their prices. Last time I needed all terrain tires for my truck I shopped around at several locations and they where over $200 cheaper than the competition. And that price came with free tire repair, rotation, and lifetime alignment.I will definitely keep coming back.

I showed up at noon and was told 1 car ahead of me. Associate told me that it would only take 1 hour and 25 minutes total for 4 new tires and an alignment. I left to eat which took about 30 minutes. Came back my car was still parked. I waited another 2 hours and checked back with them for an eta. I noticed 4 other customers came for tire repairs and left. It was not until 3 hours before they finally put 1 tire on my car. When they finally did finish the tire replacement the idiot manager placed another vehicle in front of mine for the alignment when my car was all ready to go and was supposed to be next. He then sent his staff to lunch which made the car in front of mine sit up in the air unnattended. Manager didn t even apologize for this and when he walked passed me as I waited at the desk he didn t even bother to say a word to me. Not once did I see him actually step in and help put tires on a car or assist the associates. Save your time money and time go to a place where professionals work and value your business. I promise you this manager and this establishment are a huge joke. I wish NO STARS was an option. You will not be treated fairly here.

I have been a client of Just Tires, in Corona, for around 30 years. Again, this was excellent service. I was in for an alignment. Fast, courteous, friendly service and a much better deal than my Lexus dealer, where I get all my.other service work done.Thank you!

Absolutely top notch. I had an issue with my pressure sensor that may or may not have been the result of some previous work. Rather than erring on the side of profit, they were more concerned with providing good customer service. They replaced it at no charge without making me ask or jump through hoops.

Got in the car this morning and tire pressure read 23 psi. Went to gas station, filled up my tire to 40 psi and started driving to work. 30 min later my tire pressure dropped to 30 psi. Went to another gas station and heard hissing from the tire so I knew there had to be a nail in the tire. Went to Just Tires in Corona and Adan got me in right away, found the nail. Tire couldn t be patched so it needed to be replaced. Luckily I had warranty on the tires so they replaced it. In and out in less than 45 minutes! Very pleased with their service.

Excellent customer Service by Leyla L.She helped me with the tire I was looking for and found the rebates and good prices$$ on tires.They have a great selection of tires in stock.The facility is very clean and the whole staff was friendly.I ve been going to Just Tires for over 12 years and will continue to do so

This place was so awesome. We were traveling through and had a nail in our tire. They had us all fixed up in about 20 minutes. All employees were very professional and couteous. Great service. Thank you.

The opening manager open early & was taking info about my vehicle b-4 8:00am. They open @ 8:00am. I like that! I have a front wheel alignment done on my F 150. I bought the THREE year multiple alignment plan for $208.00 dollars. Single plan $87.00 dollars per visit otherwise. Work was done promptly & professionally. In & Out! (that's what an alignment all about) Hehehehehe. I will/would recommended this establishment 2 everyone.

misleading ad and poor customer serviceI bought my tires from this place 4 years ago which advertised free tire rotation , after my front two tires wore out I noticed no tire rotation have been done for the last 1 year even though I have requested that on each service , the manger mentioned each time a vague reason like your best tire is already in the front. 4 months ago I did oil change and requested tire rotation, instead the manger offered me a new tires. when I left I noticed again no tire rotation have been done. This time I specifically mentioned to manager that I have not had tire rotation for a while, she refused to provide the service claiming that the worse tire should be in front and the good one should be on the back. again she offered new tires again. I went to another shop who assured me that my tires are in good condition and did tire rotation with no hassle I

I never usually write reviews but the customer service here was so amazing the manager at the shop was so nice and so helpful to the point I was feeling bad. He really acted like a big brother towards me. Long story short Im 18 I ran over a curb and messed several parts in the car including an axel and popped 3 wheels I knew it was bad and they ended up showing me how everything was messed up and damaged and it helped me feel like I was not being cheated which was my biggest fear going into a random tire shop. The manager even ended up giving me a ride home which was incredibly nice or else I would have had to pay uber very understanding and reasonable staff. They even helped me with my bank because it was bugging about paying. I would for sure come back here for any problems that i have in the future.

I was visiting from Arizona and caught a nail in my tire, went to the corona just tires for a flat repair. Staff were all very nice did not pressure me into new tires fixed the nail hole and got me on my way. Recommend very highly , they really took great care of me

Wow.... this place wouldn't install tires that I bought online. If they can't take 15 min for a simple install, they don't need your business. Firestone was happy to do it, but was booked till the next day, so I went to American Tire Depot who was also willing to take 15 min out of their day to install.

The front desk clerk was polite and professional. However, the service took almost two hours for an oil change - and that was with an appointment! They also did not reinstall my glove compartment correctly after checking the cabin air filter. Furthermore, they said the vehicle needed a new cabin air filter but a new one was installed three months ago. They even tried to sell me an alignment and transmission fluid service after waiting for nearly two hours just for the oil change. Also, they supposedly adjusted the tire air pressure, but after five minuets of driving, the tire pressure light went on. I'm never going back to them!

Worst experience I've ever had. I took my car here to get my brakes done and it was a nightmare. I dropped my car off at 9:30am and was told it would take 2 hours. I didn't get my car back until 5:45pm. I never received a phone call letting me know it was finished or to answer any of the question I asked. Then when I picked up my car the man in the office was rude. I will never come back.
