Well need to update. Took my yukon in for oil change and tire rotation. This is the 5th service they have done to this vehicle. 3 oil changes and a fuel pump. This was the 1st time I was recommended brakes. 2 days later the brakes started to grind and needed a new rotor now. The day the service was done there was another guy in the complaining that 2 days after his brakes were done they were grinding, kinda weird coincidence. I called and then went to shop to speak with Sergio, his answer was " we told to you needed brakes" yea. Not that they were gone and needed that day. Why wasn't this recommended at any other service. I'm sure they could see there was no brake pad there. Was told I could talk to the owner, but he isn't in this week and Sergio told me he would have him call me for sure when he gets back to work next Wednesday, 5 days later and no call.It's sad. Thought I found a good small shop that seemed like they cared. Glad nothing bad came from having grinding brakes when my wife and kids were in the car.And for some reason the price went up over $30. When I asked Sergio. I was told the last guy was giving me a deal. Said he could give me a $10 discount next time.Well sorry Jerry's brake and tire. You lost my business and my good recommendations are gone.Hopefully nobody else has this experience there. But always ask extra questions about work that they say is done.

Good spot. I dealt with JJ when I went. Needed an oil change and ended up leaving with an oil change and 2 new Continnental tires. Reason I come here is because I was told they are honest and I can now say that I agree. Great little spit to get car work done

I usually don't post about my experiences, but Jerry's deserve it. I took my truck (2019 Ford F150) to a competitor's shop for an tire rotation. I asked them to look at my brakes because the pedal felt soft. Long story short, they told me I needed new rear pads and my rotors needed to be replaced because they were beyond specs for resurfacing them. I found that hard to believe since it was only a 3 1/2 year old truck. I decided to take it to Jerry's and told them what I had been told by the competitor's. They called me back a few hours later and told me the rotors were fine and pads just needed to be changed. I have to say I was so blown away with their honesty and the staff's professionalism. They have now earned my families business for life. If you are looking for a honest shop, please give them a call.Service: Auto brake repair

I was recommended to come here by a co-worker, and I am so happy that I did! I had an issue with my front brakes and Jerry's got me in same day I called and fixed my issue AND took preventative measures with my back brakes to make sure all 4 would be running smoothly and last for as many miles as possible. I work about a mile away from the shop, and they have their own shuttle services which is absolutely the best! Without this service, I don't even know when I'd be able to come in because I work during the day. Everyone I interacted with at the shop was professional, but yet so very friendly. I saw a lot of smiles and they honestly cared about my personal life, not just why my car needs serviced. Whenever I need work done on my car again, I will definitely be coming back!

Hands down awesome service! Honest and helpful mechanic shops are hard to find, and looks like we have a gem here in Corona. If you need your brakes looked at, or some new tires. Make sure you call here 1st.

I went in to have all four of my brakes replaced. They advised that I only needed two of my pads replaced, AND they balanced my tires at a great discount. I really appreciate they're honesty. I will be returning to Jerry's for all my tires needs.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

First thing, I'm new to the Corona area and had no clue on who to trust for vehicle repairs. I found them on google maps and called them for a morning appointment next day. My plumbing work trucks brakes where starting to grind and at weighing 8000 pounds that can be very dangerous on this congested freeways. They got me right in and diagnosed the issues quickly. I sressed to them I had early afternoon appointments to get to and needed to get this truck back on the road. Very fair price and I gave them the go to proceed with the work. I waiting in front office for work to be completed. Guys in front office very friendly and treated everyone coming in great. I met the owner Larry and could see why his employees are great! The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. We needed brake work done on our Hyundai. We dropped it off at 8am and had it back by noon. Very reasonable prices and prompt courteous service. Sergio helped us out. We will be coming back and recommending Jerry's to our friends.

Took my civic hybrid in for a clutch job. Sergio was very helpful in giving a quote and he gave me the BEST price out of the half dozen places I called. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was that it did take a little longer than originally thought but overall they're fantastic

Listen! This place is the best. I took my car for a oil change, they looked and found I had a recall. (Whi does that) They go above and beyond to make sure you are safe on the road!! Then my car needed a new engine. They found a new engine at a great price. After I was told by other shops it would take 2 or more weeks...I wasnt sure if I would get it fixed. Jerry's told me 1 week. They had it ready in 4 days!! You are all amazing! Thabks for being honest and taking care of me and my car!! See yall in 1,000 miles!

Jerry's really cares about their clients. When I go in they want me to feel confident with their service. There pricing is also very competitive. I also think Jerry the dog is adorable. :-)

Took my jeep in for a brake and tire issues. They not only took less time then quoted -on a Saturday as well-. Sergio took care if me by providing exactly what I needed and more. His crew went above and beyond with extra service and attention even when not asked or demanded. Even if I move, they've got a customer for life.

Unfortunately after leaving the car at 8:30am until the following day, they couldn't fix my A/C issue and claimed it to be an electrical issue. I walked out with the same issue as I walked in with and the had the audacity to charge me for wasting MY TIME.Update:Another mechanic was able to figure it out: there was a disconnected wire to the compressor; at least they had it right, it was electrical!Service: A/C installation & repair

Really liked the workers. All seem to have excellent knowledge about cars. And for that matter, seemed to care about my vehicles issues. I would go there again. A little pricy... but as they say... you get what you pay for.... the shop pet... picture attached....

I took my car in to have the brakes looked at and it wasn t the brakes it was the speed sensor was broken and missing a bolt. Sergio called me and let me know. Then I got the call that it was ready but i was in south county. So i had my mom go and pick it up but she was scared to drive my car so the receptionist drove my car to my house and then we took her back. iF they really care about there service they will look up my name and call lets see. 1. i went in for an alignment on my truck and specifically asked to make sure my sterring wheel remains straight as my car drifts to the right. the drift stopped but my sterring wheel was off to the right. came in on an other day to repair that issue and guess what!? my wheel is some what straight but now my car drifts to the damm right!! i wont even go back there to reclaim my money i just figure they will be like any other place and say let me fix it.well i took my truck else where and they did a FANTASTIC job the first! TIME! and there employees actually kept my car clean wore gloves and sheet paper on seat in my truck. let's see if they even call me back. this is a review of my experience im sure they all not all like this but one time is more then enoigh for me not to go there hope this helps future customers

Not good, been there a few times over the years it seems like every time they do an alignment it always pulls either to the left or the right.. they do take care of it but why should I have to stand around for another 20 mins till they figure it out?
