We have taken all of our cars to J & L for sometime. They are honest, affordable, and take great care of our vehicles without doing unnecessary repairs. I d highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent! Do not waste time with anyone else. I'm new in town and have found my mechanic! John and Theo were beyond helpful! 1000% Satisfied. Repeat customer for sure.

John and Theo and the mechanics there are great. We have been using them for a shop for years. J&L are a ***** star business! I have used J&L for several years in 2016 I moved about 60 miles away and I still continued to use J&L for all my car needs. They suggested I use a car repair closer to me. I tried that twice but quickly realized that it was cheaper to pay to have my car towed to them then to have to take my car to them to fix the other guys blunders. J&L take care of your car right the first time! They are constantly earning my business & definitely get 5 stars!

When I was living in Diamond Bar, I would take my car to Fuji Auto for maintenance and repair and have been very happy with their service and expertise. Been moved here in Corona for a few years, not knowing who to choose, I would still drive to Fuji Auto. The search has ended, I found Scott at J & L AUTO CARE. He is very professional, friendly, low key, by that I mean not pressure for up-sale, and using factory parts. He gave me an estimate before setting an appointment, my invoice came out with the exact itemized cost. He is honest and trustworthy, I highly recommend Scott at J & L Auto care.

Theo, John, and their crew replaced the the lifters in my 2011 Yukon. A major engine repair, for a great price. When we took it home there was a problem. John handled it immediately, replacing an original part for free. Friends recommended J&L and they were right on. Paid for a pre-purchase inspection from this place. Watched them work. They were fast and thorough and found several issues with the car (a good thing!) that otherwise wouldn't have come up from the dealer.Would highly recommend them for pre-purchase inspections. And ran into people who were long-time customers and praised their work. For what that's worth.

Being a J & L customer off and on for years, I've experienced the finest quality with them (as usual)!! Also the best value for what they do when I do compare. It's nice to have all their experience, professionalism and care. What they repaired and fixed was done a little sooner than I expected, and very good punctuality. I look forward to my next visit. I do strongly recommend J & L Car Care!!

If I were to describe J & L, it would be trustworthy and amazing. When you have vehicle issues,you are really at the experts mercy. We experienced suchoutstanding help. A big thank you to this this business fornot only diagnosing the issue, but completing, withclear communication through the entire process. I started taking two of our vehicles to J & L a little over a year ago and so far we have been very satisfied with the service we have received. The work is done in a timely manner and I always feel that the price is very fair, unlike when I was taking our cars to the dealership for service. I will definitely continue to bring our cars to J & L!

I am skeptical of most auto repair shops as a result of getting ripped off a few times in my 49 years of life. I do believe that Theo and his team are legit and fair. I have spent about $6,000.00 there on 2 cars in the last 6 years for some in depth repairs. It always hurts to fork out the money, but to this day , the performed repairs have stood up and are solid. One thing I stress though, if you ever need to have a transmission rebuilt or replaced at any auto repair shop..........make sure that you get a **Mileage** and 3 year warranty on the transmission. I will continue to use J & L Car Care for our cars unless Theo goes elsewhere.

I am recently widowed, but my husband had told me the he trusted the guys at J & L. (my husband normally worked on all of our vehicles, but my son's SUV had him stumped and had to bring it the shop)In the few months since my husband passed my son and I have had to bring our trucks, car and SUV to them, and they have dealt with us very honestly and have explained what needed to be done and what could wait. Most be don't take the time to post when they are happy with the service, they receive so I wanted to make a point to tell John and Theo at J & L how much I appreciate them and their hard work. I recommend them to anyone~

A+ Service every time; I have used J&L for many years, and each time they have been professional, helpful, and trustworthy. As a single woman I can get weary when dealing with car issues and such, but this crew has never wavered from providing me excellent service, with a smile and sometimes a donut and coffee. J&L Car Care has always given me great service, I actually trust them to be honest about what I need NOW, and what I need to be on the look out for. They are a local business, they are honest, they give great service. I recommend them to anyone looking for great service. I discovered them from someone who used their service (has since moved out of state), and now I am touting their praises!!!!!

This place is AWESOME! In fact, this is the best repair shop that I have ever visited. The owners (John and Theo) are very knowledgeable, meticulous about doing the job right, friendly and most of all HONEST. Even though this place is close to my house, I would drive many miles to get my car serviced here. EVERYONE is Top Notch --Individuals who do Quality Work--Super FriendlyThe Staff actually listen to YOU the customer--trying to explain your problem you are having with your Vehicle even thought you may not know the proper name for the issue. These Professionals -- are respectful and explain to the customer what needs replaced and what there requirements are for you individuals vehicle. I NEVER feel like they are trying to take advantage --like a lot of repair shops do. Excellent--Trustworthy Company and Employees. Thank You, For Your Service on my vehicle --You make me feel like It's My Dad's Garage--and you are truly there to help me.

Asked to have them plug in their machine to check what the check engine light was about. And the guy behind the counter didn t want to do it, instead he told me to head to autozone that they do it for free. Keeping in mind this was early in the morning and they weren t busy. Great way to bring in new customers and confidence in your shop.

"Trust and Honest"I never hesitate about bringing our cars toJ & L. They tell me up front what needs to be done right away or with in a time frame. I leave my car in a timely matter AND always walk away happy and relieved. Perfect auto shop for our community. Finally, a place we can trust.

They will recommend service and parts that you do not need, They told my wife she needed a whole list of services that she did not need.They quoted her prices that were ridiculous. They told her that she needed a power steering pump, along with a whole new power steering system. ($1700) I went to another shop and they just replaced the pressure hose ($100) and everything is fine.Im keeping this review light, I know everyone has to make a living. Just make sure you get more than one quote when dealing with this business!The quality of his work is good.

I recently just took in my Toyota Tundra for service. The service was great and prompt. Everyone at J&L is courteous and professional and have your best interest at heart. My wife and I have been customers since 2013 and will continue to have J&L service our vehicles.

I always go here to get my oil changed since my first visit about 2 years ago they are the best. They have great prices, are very nice, and fast. Recently I also got a smog check, a filter change plus a new belt. So happy with my experiences here I definitely recommend them.
