I had the most amazing experience with Hamner Towing last night! I contacted AAA for a flat on the E91fwy/71 at about 10:45pm and they quickly connected me with Hamner Towing. The lady on the phone told me they would be about 30-45min being that it was a Friday night and they were a bit busy. Next thing you know, their driver Angel pulled up right behind me literally 5minutes after. He parked his BIG Hamner Towing rig sticking out protecting my car from the approaching traffic and had the big emergency lights blinking. He greeted me with a much-needed smile, asked if I had a spare, and took care of me just as fast. This was my first time ever getting a flat on the freeway and Angel left me stress free. If I ever need roadside assistance again, I'm definitely calling Hamner Towing and hopefully Angel can assist me!

Edgar did a job you can tell he has passion for what he does hich is he helping people.He was very thorough, safety, it's important, he had me in my vehicle until he connected his tow hitch.i was broke down in the left turning lane with a motorhome Talk about scared, my phone had 3 % barely made the call to AAA.Thank You, you're all good ,You got my okay on your great customer service.Edgar honestly thank you again. Hamner Towing was awesome! Our recovery specialist JOEY is the best!He arrived promptly, demonstrating remarkable speed due to his extensive experience. With the right equipment and expertise, he executed the tow swiftly, safely, and precisely. Very, very rude employee driving this truck. I was on line at the service counter of the auto dealer and this guy just walks in and cuts in front of me. I politely mentioned it to him and he just turned away from me and started talking to the service guy. Worse yet, it is not like he just asked, "where is the car you want me to tow?". No, he proceeds to have a 5 minute conversation with the service guy. Very unprofessional. I guess his time is more important than mine.

Needed a jump start, truck was here in ten minutes, price was great and the driver was kind, courteous, and professional. I was on my way in all of 15 minutes from the time I called. Will always use Hamner Towing for any future problems

Today Nov 26, 2023 Sunday mid day, my husband and i needed road side assistance. Through AAA, we were able to get assistance from Hamner Towing, specifically from Matthew at I-15 northbound before the Cajalco exit near Dos Lagos shopping area. He was polite, very thorough and did a great job on identifying how to resolve the issue with the undercarriage panel that got loose and also he identified a problem with our left front tire. He quickly changed the tire with the reserved tire and he even reminded my husband to stay on the safer side of the car off the fwy. Thank you for the great service.

Very disappointing service today. The driver, Javier shows up 1hour and 10 minutes past the eta AAA chat had stated, says they are real busy. So I'm thinking "ok, no worries " I know it can get busy at times. Then he says he doesn't usually do the tows he is the battery service guy.That became very apparent when I was watching him chain down and work the ramp hydraulics, no clue so took extra 30 minutes. So we finally get to the tow destination at 7pm (the AAA call I made was at 3pm) then before he starts to un-chain the vehicle is when he tells me "it's $312.12 extra. No time before he loaded up did he mention an extra charge. This is absolutely dishonest and probably illegal. Your customers need to be advised of charges and given an opportunity to decline. So he states I have to pay or the vehicle goes to impound and I can pay for that instead. I have Priemer service and have been a member 12 years and have never been treated like this.

Had car trouble and got towed today by Hamner Towing. They were super quick to arrive and the guy Richard was quick to hook me up and get me going. Drove like 30 miles to my house and everything went quick, fast and smooth. Thank you guys!

Corona PD has had 8 of my trucks impounded to this tow yard.. really gotta give it up for the customer service at this place. They are calm and professional, even though at times throughout the years I have not. This last time was as always a pleasant experience.

Directions were not precise at all. Initially was told that I could grab my personal belongings out of my vehicle when the guy with the tools would be there on the weekdays. I call again today, and get told they can t open up my vehicle. Really frustrating to have one person tell you one thingone day and then to be told something else the next. Please fix your communications.

So great! I had an abandoned car on a property. Police wouldn't touch it because it wasn't reported stolen. Homeless were starting to steal things from it. I called many tow companies... no luck. We were driving home to San Diego when my F350 crapped out on a very bad place on 15 before Ontario ave exit. The AAA drivers that helped us were so amazing! Got us off the freeway and got us to our destination! Thank God for people like them!!!!

I called Hamner towing after a couple other local places in town, the quotes given by the other companies were ridiculous. Hamner had a truck at my house in 15 minutes, the driver Ray was really friendly and professional. They dropped my truck off at the shop without any issue. Had Hamner Towing dispatched via Tesla for a flat tire. Mark showed up shortly after and was professional, courteous, and efficient. I even had a mix up with where I wanted the car taken but he was understanding and was able to change the destination without any issues.

Hamner towing has been amazing to say the least! They towed my car, replaced my battery and a few other things and just the tow and battery alone was such a great price. One of the mechanics assisted me and did an awesome job at saving me some money because I got the wrong part for my car. I really appreciate all of them there at hamner towing they are awesome.

Good service and so much faster than Triple AAA normally come. I had a hairline fracture on my custom S550 Benz Rim. They brought the proper flat bed and got me to the custom wheel specialist ASAP!!!

Hamid went above and beyond with his service today. He came early to an appointment scheduled for a tow and instead of just towing it, he jumped it and got the truck working. He even went the extra mile to get clips and fix the handle up into my truck. He explained everything and he was so kind. I m beyond thankful for his help and friendly service. Recently I learn & experience that if you're a AAA customer for so many years you get to be in the bottom of the list, where you literally have to wait 3-4 hours to get your vehicle towed. Even before pandemic. I'm not 100% sure if AAA or "hamner towing" is to blame but I mean to find out. Very frustrating...3 hours later still waiting someone finally showed up but was not able to help me. This person said I will need a wheel lift tow truck. He said he will get someone else for me but found that to be untrue. I had to place another tow order & finally additional 1/5 hours of wait time which by this time came to a total of 5 hours. Joey came ready to sell me battery. I'm like I did not order a battery, what I need is to get towed. Luckily Joey was able to understand what I need, he slim jim unlocked my car & jumped started it. It was all that was needed thank you Joey. Shout out to Joey "Hamner Towing " this is the kind of employee you need to hire and keep. Unlike the person who initially took the call who I suspect was responsible for the delay. Some people just have no concept of what customer service is... yet it is their job title how ironic, and unfortunately for me I just lost out a days pay because of incompetent people lack of training on the job.

Excellent service if I could give them more stars I definitely would. They had the best rates and best customer service. Really appreciate (Yvonne) the lady who answered the phone at the office.(She was friendly helpful and straight forward she gave me an eta 20-30min for a driver and within 10 min she called me back to inform me that the driver was with the vehicle (he got there before)The driver waited for me to arrive which I appreciate because other companies will just leave he was quick and towed it in minutes.Thank youService: Car towing

I was at my friends house and she had a flat tire, she called AAA and they sent Chelsea out to fix her flat tire. She works with Hamner towing. ETA was 45 min and she was there in 20 min She was actually super fast. She got there was so professional and one of the nicest ladies I have ever got the pleasure to meet! She is a true asset to this company!!! I love the fact that she is a woman and doing this job. It s not an easy job but she handled it perfectly! Called Tripple A because my car needed a tow, i was stuck because it didnt want to turn on. guy came , took one look & just started yelling that he cant tow it that it was too low . My car was only low because i installed a new lip on it which i was willing to take the bumper off and he just goes im not towing it basically thats all he said, threw a piece of wood at my car and kept saying its too low he isnt doin it. We took the bumper off after he left where the tow hooks are VISIBLE for the next driver, however no one came when we requested someone else. He didnt even give me a chance to take the bumper off. Rude, unprofessional, unfair and left me out of luck till the next day i had to fix my car in the parking lot. BEWARE !!!

Over price, and they didn t help me, My car was there for less than 10 minutes, when I arrived they were still taking it down from the tow but they charged me as if it was two days storage and also extra fees, the person at the main desk was rude, and disrespectful. She was laughing at me.

They driver Robert and supervisors wade damaged my vehicle when unloading my vehicle. The driver lied about causing the damage to my vehicle and now have to pursue charges against them. AAA dispatched them to fix my flat tire. Instead they towed me and damaged my car.This company has been rude and unprofessional during any conversations regarding this incident. Beware of who AAA sends.Service: Car towing

My truck died on the 91 fwy in Corona late in the day. My son ( I wasn't there) called AAA and Hamner Towing came and got the truck. They also service vehicles so my son had it towed to their shop. The towing went great and the driver let my son ride with him. Jim from Hamner Towing called me the next morning to let me know they were going to start to check out the truck to diagnose the problem. I gave him my ok and described what my son said happened. Jim was great, real nice guy to talk to and I could tell he knew his stuff. I felt that I was in good hands. Later that day he called back and said they found the problem, a blown mega fuse. They replaced the fuse and the truck fired up fine. Cost of the repair was very reasonable. My son and I went to pick up the truck that afternoon. Jim came out to greet us and took the time to show us on the truck what was replaced and his thoughts on why the fuse blew ( he had offered earlier to do an electrical check to try and find what component might have caused such a high load to blow the fuse. I decided not to do that and just to see if it blew again. If it happened again then I would have the check performed). Again, Jim was really easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and seemed very honest. I would definitely go back to Hamner for service.
