I felt taken advantage of every time I went in there ! Their prices are always over 1000.00 for labor regardless of the issue. It takes five days for the part to come in at least. When somebody asked me about my car, I tell them I love my car, but I would never buy another one. They are the most consumer unfriendly car I ve ever owned, unfortunately.I needed a battery at one point and they didn t have it so riverside Hyundai did charge me $100 less for the battery then Genesis was going to genesis one is 150 to install it. Hyundai wanted 50 to install it my son put it in in five minutes and had never done one on a genesis before . To me, if you want repeat customers, you should treat them better.

Service advisors are great. My car had a recall, they contacted me prior and brought me my loaner. Took a day, they brought me my car the next day fixed. Overall satisfied just hate the construction they are undergoing when I have to go in.

I always appreciate when a company goes above and beyond what it is expected. Corona Genesis did just that. They contacted me via phone to inform me that there was a service required on my vehicle and setup a valet service. They showed on time, made the appropriate repairs, and delivered my car back to me when they say they would. They were in constant contact updating me on the status every step of the way. Definetly a pleasure doing business with them.Service: Electrical

Good and bad Brought us a car and a Starbucks while picking up our car to go service it!! AwesomeBad car they left us had a mail and tire went flat. We called and em Rachel said she would call us back. 2 hours later no call and we still have a flat. Called the service and she had left for the day .So we took it to Sam s club to repair and the hassle of it. The next day she said we may have to pay for a new tire! What?? Let me check the price and call you back. Guess what two hours later and no call back. Finally the guy showed up to get car and return our car and he had no idea about the flat tire or spare we had mounted Yeah good start bad finish

Genesis of Corona s Concierge Service is absolutely amazing! My G70 had some alert notifications going off, so scheduled my car for service.They reached out to me immediately and scheduled Concierge Service to come to my home to pick up my car and drop off a Genesis loaner. Process was simple, and Daisy, the service porter, was beyond sweet, quick, and efficient!They notified me the next day that my car was ready and just needed a software update and they checked everything else too, and brought back my car/picked up loaner from my home and all handled extremely quickly and efficiently!Cannot rave about Genesis of Corona-their entire Team, from Sales, Finance, Service are incredible! And I love my car!!!

This dealership is by far the best around. Excellent customer service from the scheduler to the valet pickup and drop off associate. They provided all over service and recall item. They are so courteous and interested in your satisfaction. Very impressed with the vehicle (Genesis GV70) and the customer service. Thank you.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I recently received at Genesis of Corona. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, leaving me with no choice but to seek alternative options. On my brand new 2021 G80, the rims were peeling and bubbling. Which was on forums that this is happening to other brand new Genesis vehicles. According to the service manager, this was road rash caused by the Palm Springs dealer using it as a service vehicle and having it refinished, which is an outright lie. When I purchased my car, it had only 200 miles on it. How a service manager can tell that a car's rims have been refinished. This is total nonsense. We also mentioned that after doing some research this was on several Genesis forums that this is an issue.. She of course said my husband was lying and that was totally in correct. Which if you do the research for yourself you will see its an issue. The Corona location is a nightmare every time we visit. We thought we were buying a luxury car when we purchased our Genesis. The service at Corona is absolutely horrible.Firstly, I must emphasize my disappointment with the overall service provided. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process. This raises serious concerns about the competence of the service manager, who, in my opinion, should be held accountable for the subpar experience I endured. It is disheartening to witness such inadequate service from a luxury brand company.Due to this unsatisfactory experience, I have to travel over an hour to Palm Springs where we are treated like royalty. As a result of dealing with Corona, we called Palm Springs and explained what Corona had said, and they had us bring down the car, replace the rims, and take care of my service without any fuss. While I was inconvenienced by not having my car, they gave me a brand new GV80 loaner to drive. It has been a pleasure dealing with them. I must commend them for their excellent service, which only accentuates the stark contrast between their proficiency and the lack thereof at your establishment. It is truly disheartening that I am compelled to go to such lengths to have my oil change and other service needs met.Given my experience, I strongly urge your company to thoroughly investigate the issues I have highlighted. It is crucial for your business to understand the impact that substandard service can have on customer satisfaction and loyalty. If improvements are not made, it is likely that other customers will also seek alternatives, resulting in a decline in your customer base.In conclusion, I hope that my feedback serves as a wake-up call for your company. It is imperative that you address the shortcomings in your service and take immediate action to rectify the situation.Service: Oil change

30K miles maintenance performed for $500. Better to be safe than sorry. Otherwise they have a nice clean waiting room with bottled water. The estimated wait time was very accurate. I was well treated. Very professional i.e not overly friendly.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very poor service on my G60. Lots of hype about customer service but Genesis doesn t live up to their promises. No loaner car available even though I have an entitlement because service personnel forgot to put my request into the system. Lots of hype, no delivery!!

I can not say enough good things about my service experience. The dealership, service advisor, and the service itself was nothing short of amazing. From scheduling to the return of my GV60, the dealership was in constant contact with me so I knew when my vehicle would be compete. I highly recommend the Corona Genesis dealership. I will only have my GV60 serviced here.

Experience was very convenient and to top it off he showed up with hot Starbucks. Only issue I had was the driver had on a strong cologne and lots of it when he picked up my car and returned so now I no longer have my new car smell and I m stuck with his scent until it airs out

One star because zero or negative is not an option. This place misdiagnosed the problem with my car, charged an arm and leg for things that were actually covered under warranty, and now refuses to communicate after a different genesis dealer remedied their error. Iam currently proceeding with legal action. Beware!
