I think it s important to post this review, and let anyone who is reading this, know about the exceptional sales service and hospitality I received from Vladyslov Moroz and Victoria Goldman! Both displayed professionalism and genuine interest in what I was looking for. By far the best car buying experience I ve had. Great experience buying a vehicle with Anthony! Bought a fully loaded 2018 Acura RDX AWD. He made the whole process easy from start to finish. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Also, I want to thank Victoria for the kind gesture of getting us Starbucks!

This review is not reflecting my experience with the sales team as their offices were not open yet when we bought our GV80 last year. We had the misfortune of working with the Hyundai team up the road - feel free to reference my review there.This review does however reflect my still unfortunate and disappointing experience with management (the experience manager and the service director) - these two are grossly misinformed. I have had more interaction with a Ms. Trujillo, horribly fit for this role. The only experience she delivers can only be compared to what you could expect at a dump - they might have better manners than her.DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a terrible experience with Genesis of Corona. I was scheduled to go in to the dealership yesterday morning to purchase a G70 that salesman Vladyslav M had agreed to put on hold for me. He had run my credit, we agreed on a price, and I sent my drivers license and insurance to him. He said congratulations, I will secure the vehicle for you. I told him I d be at the dealership when his shift started at 10am, two days later waiting to sign documents. Then at 8pm the night before, he sent me a text stating that he sold the vehicle to someone else. No warning ahead of time that he was negotiating to sell the car to someone else. I sent him a screenshot of the text where he stated he would secure the car for me. He replied and said that his management can t hold a car when there is no signed contract. I ll be honest, I ve never felt so burned by any business in my life.Vladyslav and the sales manager of this dealership have epitomized the negative stereotype of the unscrupulous auto dealer, and I am sorry to have crossed paths with either of them.I purchased a G70 from another dealership yesterday. They were extremely helpful. I purchased the vehicle over the phone with minimal hassle. It is being delivered today. The Corona dealership could learn a lot from the team in Palm Springs. Unfortunately I have no avenue for recourse, other than to share my experience through word of mouth to anyone in my network who inquires about my car or my experience.

Ten years ago, I visited a Hyundai dealership with my friend and was fascinated by the Genesis car on display. The exterior elegance and interior sophistication caught my eye, and I decided that one day, I would by a Genesis car.Fast forward to last week, when I walked into the Genesis of Corona dealership. I was warmly greeted by Vlad and his colleague. Vlad guided me through a comprehensive test drive experience, featuring the G70, G80, and finally the GV70. Not only did he meticulously explain each feature, but he also took the extra mile quite literally by taking me on an extended freeway test drive. This allowed me to explore some of the car's advanced features in a practical setting.When I sat in the GV70, it felt amazing. The car looked great and felt super comfortable. I knew right then that I wanted it. So, I traded in my old car and now I have a brand-new GV70 Sport Prestige. I'm super happy about it.Big thanks to Vlad and the team at Genesis of Corona. They made everything easy and fast. If you're thinking of getting a new car, I really recommend checking them out. Genesis cars are really something special.

I took my car into the corona Genesis dealership service department inlet Reynae who helped me service my car my coolant was leaking and it s overheating I have to put coolant in it every day to drive it so it won t over heat. She check my car in I asked them for a loaner car while mines was getting service they okayed me a loaner for free . They called me back said it was my O rings it will cost $38.00 and labor going to be $1000 . I asked is that what was wrong with the car Reynae said yes so I went ahead had them fixed it. Got my car back a week in half later my car doing the exact same thing I brought it in for the first time overheating no coolant in the car. I called genesis back talk to Rachel told her everything that happened and that I brought the car I for same thing. They want to charge me another fee for diagnostic testing I asked didn t the first diagnostic find out what all the problems going on with the car she said they found what they thought was wrong with the car. So I let them check it again. Rachel calls me back saying it s the holes in my coolant that leaking and it was gone cost me $400 plus another $1000 for labor. I ask the speak to supervisor Aaron so Aaron to me that my car have multiple problems and that I should try to get rid of it . He sent me to sales . I m upside down in my car so they wanted a down payment I couldn t do that so they said well if I don t pay the $1400 then I can t get my car fixed I said I can t afford another $1000 in labor fee and it s during the holidays . The first time I took it in day before thanksgiving and then by after Christmas they told me he couldn t sell my car and if I don t want to pay the $1400 I can pick up my car. So I returned them they loaner and picked up my car . While on the lot I had to pop the hood and put coolant in my car just to get it home. Worst service I every had dealing with genesis this is my third genesis I had a 2011 a 2014 now I have the 2017. I can t afford a newer on they cost like $70,000 or more now. Shaking my head I love my genesis but if I m going to get treated like this. I m going to have to find another car

I have to give it up to Vlad. He went above and beyond from the first contact, to the last. He followed through on promises which is very important. I nay have not bought the vehicle that day if it wasn't for Vlad, period.The negotiation was fairly smooth but had a bit of a delay meeting with finance just to say no to all of the extras. I don't think we got out of there until 10:50PM.

Genesis collected my car from my home and left a loaner, and 24 hours later returned my car perfectly clean and serviced. The dealership called before car was delivered back and gave me a run down on everything they went through.I appreciate the red carpet service. So many businesses have lost this simple but extra effort - Thank you!!

So impressed by your amazing service! Loved the valet car exchange providing me with the same car I bought as a loaner for the day. Also the offer to buy me my favorite Starbucks drink on the way out to my house. My car was completed and brought back clean and with a car wash. When you buy a car, service is everything. It will keep us coming back! Fabulous!

We had a fantastic experience at this dealership! An extensive inventory of Genesis cars to choose from.Highly recommend to work with Ryan. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the cars and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right car for our needs.The paperwork was very smooth and easy. Transparency is important and that is the other reason why we'd definitely recommend this dealership to everyone in the market for a new car. We love our new Genesis.

Title: Caution Advised - Mixed ExperienceAs a 15-year Active Duty Army Warrant Officer, I recently began the process of relocating from Germany to Colorado. With my impending move, I was in the market for a new vehicle. I thought I had found the perfect car at the Genesis of Corona dealership. My journey started promisingly enough; I secured a pre-approved loan and began working with one of their sales managers, Mr. Julian.However, I soon encountered several unexpected roadblocks that soured my overall experience. There was initial confusion about a purchase order required by my financial institution. Despite efforts from a representative of my bank to clear this up, the confusion persisted.The larger issue arose when Mr. Julian insisted that I complete an additional loan application on the dealership s website. He cited a federal mandate under the Patriot Act as the reason for this requirement. However, when I questioned the legitimacy of this, he contradicted himself and stated that it was a California state statute requiring a credit check if the payment wasn't in cash or through a cashier's check.As a military officer well-versed in both federal and state laws, I found these contradictory statements quite disconcerting. It cast a shadow on the entire purchase process, making it appear less transparent than one would hope for in such a significant transaction.While I had been ready and excited to purchase my chosen vehicle from Genesis of Corona, this experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would urge potential buyers to approach this dealership with caution and ensure they have all the facts before proceeding with any transactions. My hope is that Genesis of Corona will address these issues and improve the customer experience for future patrons.

I usually have a good experience at Genesis. However, my last experience wasn t that great. I called and I was told that my vehicle would be ready for pickup in 45 minutes. I arrive 2 hours later and my car still wasn t ready. I initially thought things happen and figured they probably were busy.However what bothered me was that I took my vehicle to the car wash 2 days later and when I was cleaning my vehicle, I found an object that looked like a handle that went to my car. I looked around and found that when the car was in service they removed to hood release handle inside the car and did not put it back on. In my opinion, something like that shouldn t have been overlooked, and if they overlooked that what else may they have overlooked.

Purchased a GV-70 and have been very pleased with the car. Josh, The salesman was great, very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Recently returned for a recall repair and was again given fantastic service along with a loaner car.

The Cardinale group just does not want to sell my family a vehicle. We attempted to buy a Volkswagen from there last year and it was the worst experience ever, until today. The initial offer was soooo ridiculous I asked for my car keys and left. It was an offer that said we don't want your business. So just like at their Volkswagen dealer I see Genesis operates the same way. So just like last year I will shop somewhere else that respects all customers, and actually wants my business. I will say that the Genesis Salespeople are great! I was impressed with how well they know their product.

I have a 2017 Genesis G80 and it now has two recalls. Called Corona's service department three times to get it fixed. Someone in the department kept picking up phone and hanging it up.I contacted the manager (Aran) and he took all of my info and guaranteed the parts would be here in two weeks and they would contact me.It's been almost 1.5 months and they are back to the runaround game they like to play. This dealer is the WORST!!!!!!!!!They have made me rethink ever buying a Genesis again, that's for sure!

I had very poor experience with Sales. I signed contract on 8/7/23 and still receiving notifications and credit alert s including letters from different banks. They re doing sone fraudulent activities already in process of filing potential lawsuit. Definitely NOT recommended to anyone

Rep has been communicative, helpful, and very nice. Problems have been resolved with no hassle and in a timely manner. Even when there were previous delays due to parts being out of stock, reps were able to provide me excellent updates on the status.

10/10 buying experience at Genesis of Corona. Drove off the lot with a new 2023 G70 3.3t Sport Prestige. Their customer service and transparency was much appreciated - Way better than any other car buying experience I've had. Definitely worth visiting to check out their inventory!

Waited over 15 for someone to help me at the counter, I was the only one there and there were two associates manning the desk. I had a simple service, oil change/tires/etc for the 37,500mile service, also had recall for an emissions canister to be replaced. Once I received the car back I notice the drive mode button on the center console seemed off, it appears it was pulled off. I didn't notice that when I brought the car in but I can't be absolutely certain. What I did notice after servicing, the drive mode was in normal instead if eco, the AC was turned to 64 degrees. Please, leave settings alone and if you break something own up to it.

The best vehicle purchase of my life!! The sales team had to jump through so many unknown hurdles to make the transaction happen. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my case and were extremely nice and NOT pushy. SO thankful for how it all turned out (and LOVE my new GV70)
