When it comes to customer service at this car dealership, I must say it's truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. The salesman Xavier was very attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address all my queries and concerns. The staff s professional approach made the entire car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I can definitely say this was a fun enjoyable experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Don t waste your time at this place horrible service should be closed down a down payment was put down this dealer agreed the vehicle can get picked up the next day and the next day a call was received that the vehicle was not going to be given to us after we gave money down in cash we showed up to the dealer and we requested the money in cash back because they received it like that and they refused it was either a check or a card so they money can go into the account I would never recommend this so called dealership take your business somewhere else. If you want to be driving back and forth then go ahead and go here.

Kevin always greets customers with a smile, warm hello & how can I help you. I can honestly say the other front desk service team consistently are stone face. Maybe time to the dealership to replace those front facing staff. Very off-putting if I were a new customer.Amy is also happy smile upbeat & great at making her passengers feel special.

Nissan Corona dealership, stop it. This dealership is a total scam operation Shame of Nissan USA, . Do not buy a car from them. I noticed their ad on Facebook about their "Job is Your Credit" program, so I signed up, thinking I'd get a good deal due to my compromised credit. April Henry called me immediately and insisted I visit the dealership, even though it's a long drive from San Diego. After driving there, they tried to push repair services for $1500 quarterly or offer them for free if I buy a car from them, or they suggested buying a car with a co-signer. They offered me a car at 29% interest, which was outrageous. They didn't even offer basic courtesy like gas or water. This dealership operates like a third-world operation. Don't waste your time here. Look elsewhere, like Palm Springs Spring, which is professional and warned me about this scam. Nissan has no control over this dealership, and they're extremely unprofessional. They just want to unload cars and upsell unnecessary services. I wasted my time here.

Drove 100 miles and past at least 4 other Nissan dealerships to buy cars here twice now, one new and one used. Reason being they will work with you over the phone and via email to get all of the details and exact accurate pricing without all the games that most other places do, and once you get there they stick with what you agreed to, fair prices, and easy to work with.I can't stand dealers that won't give you a real price in writing without going in person and doing the manager office price negotiation game - I don't have time or energy to deal with that, and Corona Nissan's sales experience was drastically better than that both times now. Due to distance I haven't used their service department at all, so my review is based on sales only.Thank you!

I called a day prior before coming to verify a vehicle being on the lot. Was assured it was here. They reached out to me an hour before my appointment and told me the vehicle was still on the lot. We show up to our appointment and all of a sudden the vehicle was sold "yesterday".Just be upfront. Don't waste people's time.

This dealership is a fraud. They promote a program that says, your job is your credit I spoke with sales all week to verify that before I drove an hour and a half to the dealership. I also asked what I could do before I get the to minimize the time at the dealership. They said everything needed to be done there because of this special program. We arrive and the vehicle we want is not even there, they had my family, including a newborn baby walking around the dealership in the cold looking for the vehicle. Remind you, we had an appointment to view the vehicle. They then wanted us to drive 45 minutes away to Huntington Beach. The ran all of our information at Corona but we came back denied. Even though our income is very high and have been at our jobs a lengthy time. Overall the JOB IS YOUR CREDIT is a scam! Do not trust them.

Experience was awesome, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Made sure all our needs and concerns were met. Went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get into a vehicle before we left the facility.

Let me tell you something. Buying a car is the worst experience one can go through. Agreeing to the numbers is one thing because they always stick you in a box to sell you more things. And the finance person is usually always rude. But not WENDY! This woman is god sent, a true treasure. Such a sweet and caring soul. She made me feel so comfortable and relieved to buying a car. I went from having my guard up to being completely open. She was so thorough and explained everything as one should. I never buy the things, but it made so much sense to buy the gap thing and insurances for my car that I will be driving for the next 7-10 years. Thank you Wendy for all you did, you are a true QUEEN! A goddess for sure

It was a great experience. They were honest with me and very helpful. I didn t really have any credit history and they still were able to help me out. So with the help of my family and corona nissian together, I was able to get a car!

They removed my cover underneath my car to repair front end light fixture. They didnt place cover back the way they found it. Screws are missing , fixtures not intact. Extremely sloppy. They thought l wouldn't look underneath the car. Knocked off my wheel alignment.

Found this place on Facebook with is no credit bad credit no problem. I started texting with a man named Tony who I thought was pretty good then magically Tony stopped responding. Then I got a message from some one named Katelyn who was 'responding on Tonys behalf" and I told her that my wife and I would be at the dealership with in the hour.Upon arrival at the dealership there was no one anywhere outside, normally when one walks onto a car dealers lot there are people to greet them to ask how can they help, but no, not this place. So my wife and I entered the show room and we told them we were there to see "Tony" then about 20 minutes later nothing then this man named Virgil comes to talk to us apparently "TONY" left the dealership to go pick up a car. (pretty shameful considering he knew we were coming to see him) But Virgil promised he could continue for Tony and help us anyways.Virgil was a polite man he did not seem to be too knowledgeable about our situation that I already had previously explained to Tony via text but we worked with him. So Virgil went to locate the keys to the car we were there to test drive and it took him quite some time to actually locate the car. And instead of him bringing the car to us { I myself am a disabled person I walk with a cane and he knew this} he made us go to him which I found extremely unprofessional as it would have been zero effort for him to bring the car to us. #DOBETTERWe did end up going on our test drive with the car and it was a good clean used Toyota Camry something I found odd, this was not my first visit to a car dealer I have purchased many cars over the years from many different places and 100% of the time the salesman even if they are going with you they always want to hold onto your physical drivers license. Virgil (oh I don't need that) *Very odd*At the end of the test drive we returned to the show room to sit down and to go over numbers and Virgil wanted to put us into a $900.00 a month payment for a used Toyota Camry and he blahblahed about interest rates and numbers and I directly asked him. (DID YOU ACTUALLY RUN THIS WITH A BANK AND GET THIS RESULT? OR ARE YOU ONLY GUESSING ON WHAT WILL HAPPEN?) and he refused to answer the question he quickly changed the subject to blahblahblah about interest rates and other things that were not related to my question. So I told him again VIRGIL THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED YOU!! WILL YOU PLEASE ANSWER WHAT I ASKED YOU? And he did more of the same he would not at all answer my question.Having been in the car sales industry myself in my early 20's and having various family members who are in the industry that are actually sales managers. Virgil's actions were telling me that there was not enough money in the deal for them to make the effort to help me. I even brought this up and he denied it.This is a good place to go if you want to waste your time, if you want to become frustrated and not have your questions answered. This is a good place if you want to buy a used base model car with cloth interior for a $900.00+ a month payment. My opinion there are much better more straightforward places to deal with. I would avoid these people at all costs they are a 5 star disappointment.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Went in because of the whole "your job is your credit" but that was a lie and after I told Brian I didn't have a down payment he basically brushed me off and I sat there for almost 2 hours and no one else came and helped me ! Don't go here!

Don't fall for the buying power gimmick. It's just a way to get you in there. Sales people are true car sales men. Quick, rehearsed and lacking integrity.

They lie about used internet inventory. When you show up they give you the runaround and obviously try to sell you something else. Extremely unethical selling practices. Pathetic.Go invest your money somewhere else.

Worst place ever. The workers don't care about you. Very unprofessional. They will leave you waiting 5hrs for an oil change and will get started on your car 3hrs after you get there. Don't recommend this place to anyone who's time is valuable.

I'm a student & work fulltime. I really needed something within budget that I can rely on. We came prepared, everything in hand with the car in mind that we wanted to purchase. Online price stated 18,595. We were told at the beginning to not worry about the "add-ons" or sticker price shown on the car because that won't affect the final price. Once we sat down after test driving, we explained we had a down payment & loan already on the table. We then were hit with a 2,600 hundred dollar package of accessories that were supposedly already installed on the car, not optional., after they have already once told us not to worry about it. We were firm on our offer because we did the research, we did the finance calculations & no where did it say that those were included or would be in the final price. They continued to push to finance through them instead of our own bank, & came back with a 14 percent apr versus our already approved, which was much lower than that. Like, seriously? At this point we were frustrated, because we already explained what we had & what we could afford financially, yet they pressed. Just overall extremely disappointed in the entire experience. They were that concerned with losing 2k, rather than having any sort of decency to honor their online price, & help someone out. Sneaky, & beyond pushy. They call it an attempt to compromise, yet in the end all it does is benefit them, because they ask for MORE money. Both the manager& salesmen were visibly irritated by the end of our discussion. I will take my business & money elsewhere, & I recommend anyone else do the same.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL.My truck was left there for 10 days after I reported that the truck, when driven was very shaky. It also had an issue with the stereo screen. It would black out at the same time when the truck would shake.Unfortunately they told me that they couldn t help me at all with anything. They advised me that if I was seeking for help to go to another Nissan dealer!Remind you it s a 2023 Nissan Titan With Only 2000 milesVery bad and poor service.Never experienced this type of service before it s unacceptable and unprofessional.

The service staff was friendly and professional. They kept the 2012 car for a few days trying to replicate the problem. They ended up replacing under warranty the battery.
