Update 4/10/2024: Here for my second visit. Again no wait to get helped, and about 4 cars ahead of me, so normal wait time. Friendly staff/owner. As advertised, quick service, no wait to be helped, and super short wait while service was performed. Honored an online coupon that my SUV may not have qualified for, so I really appreciate that! Friendly staff on top of all that, what a pleasure.

This was the worst experience ever, Hispanic guy working was rude and even ordered me to move away and not se the inspection from a distance. Further after putting my drink momentarily on a car on the lot he came up and in a very rude manner told me get your drink off my car! After that he said my car did not pass the visual inspection due to a sticker not being visible..In sum, he wanted me to give him cash to make the sticker visible and pass that part. All the diagnostics on the car were in order except his visual? Perhaps he should get his eyes checked as I went down the street and they could see the sticker just fineDon t go there or fall for the coupon scam

Two other places would not smog my 1994 Jeep, This place told me they would but it takes twice as long as the new vehicles. He help me look up the state certifications on the aftermarket items I had on the Jeep. And two hours later and we pasted. Thanks to Chris for taking the time on a slow day with me.Update: 1/24 This where I take all my vehicles. Thanks again Chris.

My truck failed the 'visual' part of my smog test because I was missing the correct California Air Resources Board E.O. sticker required for my TRD Supercharger. But even thou I had to return for a 2nd test, I'm pretty sure I paid less, and definitely spent less time here than a single smog test anywhere else. The tech even did my test very close to closing time. He could have refused (every other place would have...). And rightfully so. A very friendly, knowledgeable guy who appreciates his customers. And with the discount coupon on their website. Why go elsewhere?

Came in about 30-45 before closing and brought in my 1993 vehicle for smog. Chris welcomed me and explained to me the process about smogging any vehicle pre 1995 and the extra tests he had to do. That was not my first rodeo and I understood that along with the different price I had to pay because of it. And even though I was aware of how long the process took, he still took me in! Car passes smog and could not be happier. I would recommend brining your vehicle in but do expect any vehicle that old will cost more and the process does take longer so plan to and bring your vehicle earlier so that the tech can complete the test before closing time. 3rd time's the charm. After two other 'star' rated smog stations couldn't (or wouldn't?) certify me because they said their machines for testing older model vehicles such as mine (a 1995 Dodge van) were 'down', this station performed the smog test without question. This is the best place to get a smog check in Corona. I take both of my cars here and every time they are extremely fast and courteous. Plus, they have the best price in town. I highly recommend Corona Smog Express and will continue to take my cars there whenever they need a smog check.
