Took my car here after a horrible accident. Not only were the employees there easy to deal with, as this was my first time having to fix ANYTHING car related (beyond an oil change)...but they explained to me what had to be done and kept me in the loop, so I had realistic expectations about the time I'd be in the rental. The car looks BRAND NEW:)I couldn't be more happy or satisfied with the outcome, and timely manner they handled the issue. THANKS GUYS!

Great service and fast. They do an excellent job with my vehicle, making it look like new again. I have been having bad luck on the road been there 3 times for repairs. They take of everything.

Very timely service, got my car back way before the estimated pick up date (about 10 days for a Tesla)! Easy process! I appreciate that I was able to drop off and pick up the car without trouble.

My vehicle was in a minor accident and I was referred here from my insurance. I worked with Teddy, he was very nice and knowledgeable. They washed my vehicle and it was ready for inspection when I arrived. They offered a lifetime guarantee on the work. I was initially worried about some of the other reviews, but I would recommend this location and appreciated their professionalism. I had a very good experience.

****HORRIBLE**** !!!!CAUTION!!!!!paint work and body work is shoddy. Do not use! find your own reputable shop and don't go here because insurance is steering you towards them. You can go to a GOOD shop that doesn't do s&%$ work.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Take my car there anytime I need body work. If I ever need to bring it back they always take care of me, been going there for years. I always deal with Mike and he always handles any issues.

bad administration, the work was good but when the insurance company saw the check with proof, they did not want to deliver the vehicle until they received the payment, the staff's attitude was very poor.

HORRIBLE JOB Done.Wasn t going to write review but unfortunately have to aware all cause getting furious when I get into my car every day ..cause it never feels same ever since got repaired.And yes have read one person Abe GShe s have wrote the facts same thing happened with me .they re not at the accident scene .Pls check everything before leave Body shop.cause couple of things have broken.

I was referred to this shop by a friend of mine and they didn't disappoint.I was helped out by Ted, who kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the whole process. He was professional and courteous with me when I asked questions.Lets hope I don't need any work anytime soon, but I'll be referring anyone I know to go here if they want people that are knowledgeable and friendly!

Even when repairs turned out less than satisfactory due to insurance restrictions, they made it right. Very helpful with rides to and from. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is the multiple trips back I had to make and a little bit of "no we didn't' "yes you did" before the make good was approved.

I had my Wife's 2017 Honda Accord repaired here about 2 months ago. One of the worst experiences I had at a repair shop. Ted was real polite at first very friendly and extremely reassuring that my car would be just like new. After more than 3 weeks of my Wife and I driving around in a rental we finally received the call from Ted informing us that our car was finally ready for pickup. My wife picked up the car since I was not home. After she got home she decided to fill up the trunk with her everyday stuff and long behold trunk was full of trash and after further inspection found out the spare tire was missing, the right side mirror was loose(barely hanging on), the right front passenger tint had bunch of scratches in it, bunch of engine grease handprints all over the back seats, headrests, ceiling, all over tan leather interior. I called Ted and complained, reminded him that I told him "I don't want to have to make another trip out here, so make sure everything is perfect" and he reassured me don't worry we are perform PERFECT repairs here. His whole attitude changed he was rude, denying everything, saying NO WAY it's his mechanics, spare tire? Oh yeah we still got it go ahead and come on back and we can throw it in for you. Extremely bad experience, never EVER going back to that dump. If you need body work done and be satisfied this is NOT the place to go.

My truck was in an auto accident and I decided to try Corona Auto Body and they did not disappoint. Super friendly, great customer service and great communication. They kept me updated so I knew when my truck would be ready. Will be using Corona Auto body from here on out.

I wish I did not have to leave this review and I will make it short and simple. I took my car in, I have used this facility before and they do amazing work. Sadly with my last repair completed on my Infiniti Q50, I went to pick it up after leaving it with them for repairs. I was not notified that certain parts did not get covered so I had to call the insurance and get an approval, then had to leave my vehicle with them for another week. When I first picked up my vehicle, I left with a chunk missing from my tire, and repairs not completed. I also got charged a fee for replacing my tire after I was told my a rep that it would be covered free of charge because of the miscommunication and incompletion of my repairs. I actually got so mad that I did punch my car lol. Not worth the time or the headache. They do have amazing work but I guess I was the unlucky one.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went in for an estimate. Ted wrote the estimate and told my insurance some of the damage to my vehicle was not caused by the accident. Ted wasn't at the scene of the accident and had ever seen my car before the incident. How does he know what happened and how it happened? I don't care if you are in the auto body business and how long you have been at it. You can't make assumptions when you were not there. Go where they will write the estimate and keep rheir opinions to themselves.

Great repair experience after an unfortunate accident. The front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable on the processes. The advisors were the same and Ted and Teddy went above and beyond. My Corolla had a recall on the paint, and Toyota sent me to Corona Auto Body to have certain panels painted to match the panels that weren't having an issue. All I can say is, I'm impressed! Fantastic customer service and they did such a stellar job with paint. These people gained my trust to take any other car to them if I ever had an issue.

I took my 2019 Honda Accord in for repairs for my front bumper due to a collision. I first heard of them from a customs shop owner who mentioned them after my accident. So I chose them for my body shop of choice and I am so glad I did. My car looks amazing. Brand spanking new, they matched the paint so well. We brought our car to Corona Auto Body after a car accident and they were fantastic. They were fast and the work is beautiful. They were incredibly honest when we brought our other car which needed to go to the dealer for work instead to keep it in warranty. We used them again for paint work on our vehicle and they had it done way ahead of schedule. We would use them again and highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I did not do my care repair with corona auto body because the guy who did my inspection and quote was more interested in saving money for the insurance company than returning my car to its precolision condition. He intentionally left part of the damage out of the quote saying that its up to the insurance company to decide even when he intentionally did not bring it to the insurance company's knowledge by intentionally leaving it out of the quote

For anyone that wants their car fixed correctly and professionally, avoid going here at ALL costs. After trying to get an inspection from one of the reps of this shop, it was clear that this rep was completely incompetent and unaware of how cars should properly be fixed. He informed me that the cars that go in and out of this shop paid by insurance companies are fixed as cheaply and as fast as possible. He then said he wouldn t even bother fixing cars with any modification (welcome to California buddy), and that the shop would only do things the way the insurance companies told them too, including avoiding replacing damaged parts. The exact opposite of what someone looking for quality work wants to hear. You ll know the guy I m talking about when you see him. He looks like a sad version of the lead singer of Disturbed.

4 out of the 7 employees were over the top helpful. Had a few problems with the workmanship, but they did make it right after four times. Finally had to get management involved after the adjuster was being a little combative and condescending. Live, learn and adapt to change Mr. adjuster.

Teddy is absolutely the best. I have the best experience here after my accident they took really good care of me and communicated throughout the entire process of how long it was gonna take an updated meet anytime there was a change.

I had my auto repaired 10 years ago at Corona Auto Body and the left driver side front fender developed a stress crack where the fender is attached next to the hood. I was told at the time of the repair that all of their work is guaranteed for life.I brought the vehicle in on 1-21-14 for an inspection. Their Customer Service Manager inspected the vehicle and stated that it was indeed a stress crack, and that their work is guaranteed but not necessarily the fender, which was due to an inferior fender and not their work. I questioned him regarding the fact that they provided the fender and I did not purchase the fender and then brought it to them to be installed and painted. He took my name and number and stated that he would call me the following day.Two weeks passed and since I had not heard from him, I called and spoke with him regarding the status of whether or not they would warranty their work. He again asked for my number and stated that he would call me the following day. Another week passed with no call back. I then contacted my Insurance provider and asked for their assistance.I was advised to bring my car back down to Corona Auto Body and once again speak with their Customer Service Manager who advised that they would fix the fender but they could not perform the work until April. I would like to mention that he once again asked for my number, I believe this was for the fourth time he had requested this information which led me to believe that they had no real interest in doing what they had agreed to.April arrived and once again I brought my vehicle in and spoke with their Customer relations Manager. I once again had to reintroduce myself and the reason for my visit. He advised me that I could drop off my vehicle and that the work would take a few days. The person working behind the counter handed me a blank vehicle check in sheet and asked me to leave my name, address, phone number, which I did never imagining what would come next.When I was notified a week later that my vehicle was finished, I arrived and was handed my keys. At no time did any representative of Corona Auto Body walk with me to my vehicle and follow up as far as the work completed. My vehicle was parked between to other cars, I did look at the repaired fender and proceeded home, which is approximately 3 miles from the shop.I parked the car in my driveway and went to the mail box. As I walked back towards my vehicle, which allowed me a view of the right front fender, I noticed a large piece of the front right fender had been completely broken away from the fender and was held in place by a fender bolt. This fender was undamaged prior to dropping it off at Corona Auto Body.I contend that they did not want to honor the repair from the beginning and were going to get me back for having pursued the issue with my insurance company.I would fervently advise that if you have any work performed at CORONA AUTO BODY that you take photos of your vehicle prior to dropping it off and would further state that they are COMPLETELY DISHONEST and are nothing short of THIEVING VANDALS!!!!I stand behind everything that I have stated and would challenge Corona Auto Body to join me in taking a Polygraph. If I had the means, I would pursue this matter in Court but I simply do not have the time. I will purchase a fender myself and have a friend paint it for me.

Beautiful office. extremely clean ansd I felt very welcomed as o walked in the door. very knowledgeable staff and prompt service. Their customer service was up and above any other body shop I have ever been to. The easy drop off and convience of rental car office inside their office..what can you say except Outstanding.

Corona Auto Body is the only automotive body repair shop I will take any of my vehicles to. The service is prompt and the staff do a great job of helping you feel like you're a part of the family, I had some damage done on my 2017 Dodge Ram and in a matter of days the repairs were made.Do yourself a favor and don't bother with anyone else.
